I ask: how much is the ice? The clerk says: "2.99". I asked: "2.99?" just to make sure. He replies: "Yes, 2.99". He throws the bag of ice on the counter (almost to break it). I pay, and look at my bill. Guess what? The ice was 3.99. If they are not able to display the prices clearly, they should at least articulate properly when they speak. This store is the worst part of Lake Louise. Better do your groceries before coming here since they don't even offer a great variety of products.

There is a decent amount of food/stock and the workers are happy and helpful. The the prices are staggering. Its nice for small items such as milk, eggs bread. But I recommend visiting Canmore for a big shop.

The only grocery store in Lake Louise, the store is not big so no section for bakery or deli and meat but they have varieties of vegetables.... The range of fresh produce here was not good; we had to wait 2 days for a milk delivery and 1lb of vacuum packed chicken was $15. The less fresh stock was slightly less expensive however it was not the most appealing.

We have been to this plaza before but i dont think we visited this local grocery. More of a half convenience store but with fresh foods, sandwiches and treats. Lots of convenience selections and some unique items at the cash like maple candies and ice wine chocolates etc. Today our purchase was a few small bottles of pop and some snacks for the road.

It's like an oasis after a long travel. Been there numerous times after a long drive and it has always been a pleasurable break. Lots of food options starting from full meal to a quick bite. The location is fantastic. The mountain stream flowing behind it adds to the beauty of the whole thing. Even if you just sit beside the stream you can unwind from your daily life.

You've got to be kidding me. Everything is so overpriced it should be illegal!! Lake Louise needs another grocer. These owners are ripping people off charging 2x to 4x the cost on every item. $3.99 for a box of Kraft Dinner. $3.78 for Peace Tea that cost 0.98 at Walmart. Pack groceries before you visit . Don't give them a cent. Theyre Criminals!

The village market is a little grocery store in lake Louise. it has a choice of things but not a big choice and the prices are about three times the amount of any place. They don't have a lot to choose from. It's the only little store in the area for groceries and things like that. It isn't a tourist town so you pay a lot more for the things. if you're going to need a lot of things you should stock up before you get to lake Louise because they don't have a lot of choice and the prices are be there like I say three times higher.

I was camping in Yoho and was on my way up to waterfowl lakes near Saskatchewan crossing. I stopped at this “store” on my way for the sole purpose of buying Olive oil to cook with as I had ran out of my supply I brought. It was a Thursday, I had arrived at the store just before noon and the store was closed! The sign on the door said “…closed to allow for social distancing while we restock our shelves…” What does that even mean?!? Why are you closed in the middle of the shopping day in the middle of the summer?! What grocery store closes in the middle of the day to restock?! Restock before you open or near closing… I was livid as I needed a single item I could only get there and now had to drive and extra 2 hours out of my way to Banff and then back up North and almost didn’t get a campsite as I arrived at the campground 3.5 hours after I had planned to… was not impressed. DO BETTER!! SMH.

The only market in town so they can charge whatever they like sadly but its not the worst. For locals there is a 10% discount just tell them at the register. They have a couple phamacy items if you are in need. Some snacks and some fruits and veggies and bread etc. The staff is very nice also.

This must be the most expensive supermarket I have ever set foot in. A one liter bottle of Coke Zero and two chocolate bars cost more than sixteen dollars. However, the cashier was really helpful and friendly and you get everything you need in here.

The only groceries store in Lake Louise. It's pretty tiny, so no in store bakery, deli or meat section. It has a small bulk food, fruit and vegetable section. Along with the typical dry goods and freezer section. There's a high number of on camera signage, so maybe there's a lot of tourist stealing. Didn't buy much, seemed to have all you need though But prices aren't much more expensive than in Banff (where prices are already more expensive compared to Canmore 20 mins east of Banff. Still in Canmore it also is more expensive than in Calgary etc.). So basically just buy all your groceries before even heading into the park area if you can :)

Located in a prime location in the Samson Mall at the Centre of the village of Lake Louise you will find The Village Market where you will find produce, dairy, meat amongst many other items youd expect to find in a grocery store. Lake Louise Is in a remote area so the prices are slighty higher due to the cost of getting most goods to the mountains, stop and be greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Snacks such as sweets, canned food, bread, fruits, sausages, vegetables, etc. are neatly displayed in the village market, so it is recommended for those who go camping or hiking. Bearing in mind that Lake Louise is pretty isolated, really frustrating that the one store closes in the middle of the day for 2 hours ( or roughly as they 'aim to open again at a certain time' ) so that they can take a delivery. I mean - really ??!
