It's an ok place.

As a local, here's my spin...you will get most of the staples here, not a very big grocery store like the big cities but fresh enough.

We bought our groceries here while in Jasper Town. The store was clean and organized, products were easy to find. Staff were friendly and prices were reasonable. We also bought their reusable bag and we later realized it would have been such a good souvenir gift to give to friends back home, however, we made a mistake of assuming that all co-op stores would have it but it was not the case. Oh well, at least we got to buy one for ourselves as a souvenir. It is such a good quality reusable bag.

Good up until the cashier was asked to hand me over a bag since she didn’t offer one for all the groceries I was buying. Storms off when asked, gives me one bag then I need to go over the counter myself to get me another one since not all groceries fit into the one given. First, always ask if a bag is needed Second, anticipate... one bag does not fit a couple large items. Not impressed

Surprisingly awful customer service. My husband spoke to a manager named Will who was refusing to refund 1.50$ for bad carbonated mango water. Eventually he agreed to refund the unopened bottles but initially said they wouldn't. Even though we had bought the items less than 2 hours ago and brought them back with the receipt. It doesn't take much to be polite, a little respect goes a long way. We will certainly be taking our business to Robinson's from now on.

Horrible cashier. The line up for the payment is very unclear. There is three or four register separated, but one line from on register (which blocks the view of the other register) went up to ask if there is a line in one of the register, the cashier rudely said all the way around, then as we walk away, she checked out someone that wasn't even in line. Then as we are next in line, one of the register was free and called us over, as we walk over (we pass by the rude cashier from the first encounter) she pulled my jacket and said "here" as she just finished with a customer without realising I was called by the cashier behind her. You NEVER touch or pull a customer without permission. She rudely said "I was trying to help" when we got upset. Why she feels she can pull on my jacket ? Is it Cause we are Chinese and assume we don't speak English and you can't simply use your words? This post may not matter as it is a tourist location, but I thought i should warn anyone going to the store with the attitude of their staff.

Fantastic. I was expecting it to be tourist-town prices with everything marked up 50%. The prices were the same as the big stores in Calgary and the produce was super fresh and there was tons of funky international foods (I guess serving all the tourists). Really friendly staff - definitely worth a stop.

Wanting your name and number during this covid drama is over the top. Your workers are not medical Heath professionals government employees or anyone of highly qualified peoples. They are not people whom are trained to take temperatures or perceived to be trusted to keep this information privet. What makes life even harder is seeing how inflated prices have become in this store. I’m all too familiar with the jasper tax however tgp of jasper has got to be over %200 inflated. Never shopping here again.

They have the essentials so that's nice. Not much variety among different brands though. Prices are somewhat high, but overall there's few grocery stores in the area, so the options are limited.
