Disgusted by the experience a disabled woman had at this business. If the policy is not to bag customers groceries (to cut your costs), wouldn’t common decency lead you to make exceptions for people struggling to bag their own groceries, for whatever reason? Or maybe the store owner could personally help this woman - think of the good will that would have generated. Shame on you.

Always cheaper than any other store, small enough so I don't have to walk for days looking for stuff and it's clean. The shelves could use more frequent organizing.. a few times I have had to struggle grabbing items from the back of the shelf. They always have just one cashier which can be rather slow.. but all in all, it's the best place for affordable groceries.

Corporate doesn't allow for the little extras like having staff bag or help those who need it to their vehicle. The staff is typically very friendly. Guy that owns it is not so much. Cheap stuff. Get what you pay for. Iga has fresh bakery and amazing customer service.

Store itself is “meh”, but the online ordering, PC Express, is excellent. The products picked for our orders are always of good quality, and if they’re out of something, they will let you know via email or phone. The online ordering is a great addition to the store, honestly.

Spoke to Romeo because I was looking for something that was in flyer, I couldn't find it. He went found flyer, gave the flyer to another worker, told her it may be with bulks, she only looked where I looked, then said I don't think we got it in. I asked if they would be getting it in later this week, she answered I don't know. So why couldn't Romeo tell me the same instead of walking off. I'm new to Whitecourt, and where I came from I always shopped No Frills, but not getting a good vibe from Whitecourt No Frills sorry to say.

My wife and I went for groceries tonight. I was so impressed with the Asian woman. She was able to convince my wife on PC Plus card.Never anyone offered us the benefits of this card. This cashier was the only one who gave us prior knowledge on having it. She is very fast and has a pleasant smile to all the customers in line up. She’s very good in sales.

To read further that the women has a disability and still wasn't offered assistance to speed things up makes me ask my self how you can say you run a business that cares for paying customers.
