To begin with they only had one till open with a huge line if people. They finally opened another till after keeping everyone waiting. A long haired employee named Scott I believe was rude and refused to sell liquor to my girlfriend who is 28! Because I was leaving the store for having accidently forgetting my ID, I am 26 years old with a full beard! He didn't even attempt to look at her I.D and I hadn't given her any money or touched the alcohol myself in any way. He was just rude and seemed like he didn't want to be there. Needless to say you have permanently lost a customer in this situation. Do not recommend there are plenty of other liquor stores you can go to.

Was here on the weekend.... disorganized, staff rude. Cashier said F&$& twice when ringing through my purchase , when I looked at him he said "oh I'm allowed to swear ". I complained to the other employee who said he was "the boss "... I asked for the regional managers information and they said they don't know who it is. So I am leaving a public review here and will be following up with the superstore manager on Tuesday. Terrible service, unprofessional . Will never shop here again.

They didn't have what I was looking for, but a staff member gave me a car with a website on it that had the locations of basically everything and was very helpful, he was left on his own and a line up started, he had to call for help 3 times before his colleagues decided to come help. He went as fast as the computer would let him and was entertaining to help the time go by.

I like to shop at this liquor store whenever possible as I find the prices to be more reasonable than most of the other liquor stores in the area. Their selection is pretty decent too, and because of this they tend to sell out of alot of stuff, especially on the weekends. The parking in the area can get pretty congested so don't park directly in front of the store but out a bit to avoid the risk of an accident .

Best prices in the city for booze. Especially nice scotch. You can get the Lagavulin 16 year for around $85 vs $120 anywhere else. The only downside is that the beer is warm. So shop a day early. They have ice for sale but no mix.

4 stars because they do not have a cooler/cold room. Aside from this fact, they always have a great selection of domestic, import and craft beers (which seems to change and adds variety). Lots of wine, lots of liquor - all products priced very well, often a lot less expensive than any of the other local liquor stores. Also located centrally, so it is accessible during most southside commutes.

If you're shopping here, you're probably looking for a deal. The best kept secret is the PC label beers which are brewed by Big Rock Brewing. They're not the most exciting, but they are cheap, passable, and worth the buck a can price. All the beer is stored warm, so shop here before buying your groceries so your beer has time to chill in your car.

Same really as my post about the main store. Know what I want and where it is. Stock is low in spots. Hope they are getting a re-up soon. I bought the last bottle of original Jim Beam... to be fair I just moved back to the area. They were not prepared. Store clean and service was solid if not exceptionally vibrant. Hell it is a pandemic. Thanks for keeping it real Alberta. Ftards. This review lost a star because of one employee (in basically a week's worth of visits) who did not adhere especially well to proper use of face mask.

This is the best value liquor store in the city. Keep you eye out for good sales Wednesday - Sunday only. Very good selection of wine. Hard liquor and beer selection is average. Go here for the price, especially if you're buying in bulk, as case discounts are offered on just about everything

Extremely dumb cashier. Rang up everything in my cart on individual bills so I had to make 4 transactions. As well after seeing me come in with my cousin and grandpa, decided to tell me after loading up my cart with $200 of drinks that she wouldn't sell to me (ended up selling to me after some arguing). This cashier made it out to be as if it was me in the wrong. Hearing that the transaction took way longer than it should have after taking the blame for this moron is the nail in the coffin. They will not be getting business from me or my family in the future.

The bulk price is displayed large, and the real price is in fine print, without any special markings. This is highly misleading advertising (especially since the quantities are types you wouldn't naturally go for), and I wouldn't be surprised if it is illegal. You don't notice a 10% discrepancy on your final bill, so I was fooled the first few times I went. Also, they have Chiles in their Argentina and vice versa. Not a big deal, it's not that complicated, and I had trouble finding a particular wine because of that

Very nice store and people . Been shopping here for a long time but on my recent experience I would say very bad . I went in and wanted to buy one of their expensive whisky , the guy open the cage took it to the cashier which is fine with me . But what was not cool was that he went and waited on the corner until I have paid and the cashier gave him a wink they didn’t know I caught it . Mr manager that open the cabinet or what you call yourself stop assuming people are thief’s because of their race . If you are reading this you know who you are. I am glad to see the shame In your face when I paid . Thanks ????
