Excellent for a craving for those of us who miss our food. They have a wide variety of products but personally I have not found some corn tortillas that I liked. The take out food is good in terms of taste but the prices are a bit over the top, a bag of plantain chips for $3.50 isn't actually that expensive but that's what they mark up their price to be. Fresh food is a bit on the expensive side as well and the staff aren't very friendly or welcoming. I was there yesterday and the lady serving me was very rude. She was in a rush with me, was on the phone, and wasn't welcoming or friendly. When I said I'd prefer to wait for the fresh empanadas that she said were coming in 6 minutes (she wanted to give me the last one under the heater) she gave me major attitude. It was just a really big turn off to be honest. Considering how things are right now in our economy businesses should be grateful there are customers who choose to come into their business to buy food, not turn them off from returning or turning them to write a bad review...

The hot food counter in this place is a hidden gem of Edmontons take our scene. A changing selection of choices from all of South America and all of them delicious. Fresh and hot cheese empanadas will change your life. The Columbian empanadas with a side of fried Yuka topped with pork, salsa, and salad is my other staple. The take home options are unlike any other store in Edmonton. Pre seasoned meat reade to cook and serve along with the best selection of tortillas and toppings in town make for amazing at home meals for 4 for about $20. Along with all of that of course a selection of Latin American staples. Great place, shop there often.

Fantastic supermarket that carries grocery items from central and South America. I found a recipe for a Spanish beef stew and one of the ingredients was Sofrito so we went to this store and found it. We looked around the store and it was great. There is salsa, beans, piñata’s, Mexican hot chocolate and tomalies. I definitely recommend this place for the your needs for Central and South American food. It’s family operated and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

A family-own and operated Latin-American grocery plus store. Offers a variety of goods (from Latin-American countries), some of them not easily found or not found at all in other stores in Edmonton. A hallmark of the Latino community in Edmonton. I remember coming here with my parents as a little kid, saying hi to the owner Don Jesus. It’s got all the ingredients you’ll need for Latin food. I come here to buy corn tortillas, dry Chiles, mole, frozen corn tamales, cheese, candy... basically everything in the store. There are bigger Latin stores on the south side but this one has a special place in my heart. It’s also one of the only places in the city you can run in and get an empanada, or tamal. Try the fried yucca with pork ????????

Came here for ingredients I couldn't find in regular grocery stores. I found erything I needed and wound up trying sweet bread which was delicious. I had fun wandering through the aisles. I'll definitely return again.
