Bought a shrimp ring here for 5$ i checked expire date and it says good until August 2019. Once I got home I put it in fridge to let it dethaw then opened it and let it dethaw some more as it was dethawing I noticed it had yellow white and black spots on it and smelled super foul. My family almost ate that. I know it was only 5$ but come on that's a health risk and is very disgusting!

Without a doubt, this is my "home store". Prices are competitive and quality of certain items is better than the more expensive supermarkets. All cashier's and floor staff is great! We are going through the Covid-19 crisis and this store is handling it as all stores should! I hope the owners are giving their staff a nice bonus...!

This No Frills is much better than some others. When we were looking for a certain size of No Name Cat Food, the staff here explained that with the lockdowns they've had problems getting it, but will do so in future. The other nearby No Frills implied that they no longer stocked that particular brand. The condition of the store is not bad for this type of budget grocery store.

I went into no frills around 7:30 and the only employee I could see on the floor was standing over top of a loaded cart on his phone, he was specifically on snapchat. I asked for help and he didn't even acknowledge that I was there. if I could give the store half of a Star I would. also the fact that every-time I walk into the store I get followed around like I'm about to steel something. go to Walmart it'll be the best option.

I probably won't shop here again. Store cleanliness wasn't great and the clerk at the till was not very pleasant. She put my things down the one side of the conveyor belt. I was trying to put my items in bags while having a 3 year old decide listen is no fun. The clerk started running the next customers items down the same side of the conveyor belt and started cruising my bread and other items into the end. There was a divider and a second conveyor belt. I don't understand why she wouldn't have used it. Then my food wouldn't have gotten crushed and she could still help the next customer.

The items are often not available by Sunday and apologies are posted on the entry doors. Cashiers not observant of sale stickers on items they are scanning. Day old items are not changed in the computer and need special attention. Yesterday we noticed 3 items that were not reduced. The girls just scan the items without looking. Also your special stickers are misleading and unless one reads the fine print, you get suckered. However overall your prices are good, just clean up the aggravating little things, like cashiers paying more attention

This has been my store for many years. I consistently spend $200 a week here. I have never had a bad experience until today. The cashier who was working at till #3 at130 this afternoon was so extremely rude. I get it's different times and everyone is stressed but in customer service there is no absolutely no reason to speak to customers the way she was. The young lady who checked me out was wonderful on till #6.

Shopping carts need a quarter to use and need to be returned to the front of the building to get the quarter back (no cart coralles in parking lot).

This was my first visit to this store. I was pleasantly surprised how spacious and well set out the store is as well as it being well lit. I was also happy to see they have a small selection of British items, which saved a trip to a speciality store. The store was well stocked with a wide variety of products. Although there was a long lineup to the checkout, it moved very quickly as all tills were open as well as the self check out. This will be one of my favourites moving forward.

This is not my regular grocery store but I shop here for very specific things because of the low prices & excellent selection: granola & snack/energy bars and frozen fruit & veggies. I've shopped for other items occasionally but have found the variety of brands to be quite limited. It's a bummer that they don't bag groceries for customers.

Usually shop here for "deals". Went last night for fast and fancy rice around 4:30pm. Only Chinese style and vegetable on the shelf. 15+ boxes of other flavours on the top shelve to be restocked. Went back this morning, Oct 26th at 10:30 and the shelves were exactly the way they looked the day before. Just Chinese and vegetable. What are the kids doing at night besides stocking shelves? Tik-Tok, dabs and Facebook? Won't be coming here for a long while.

For the 3rd time this week I went in to get chocolate milk and pop that were on sale. I was told on Tuesday evening to come in Wednesday at noonish. Came in asked where the chocolate milk that was on sale was the guy showed it to me I took it went to get gingerale that was on sale...still didn't have any any AND sale ends today....no rainchecks.... at the checkout found out the chocolate milk was wrong size and not on sale....chocolate milk that is on sale was out....no rainchecks.......not the first time this has happened advertised specials run out early and no rainchecks......hard to keep shopping there

An excruciating and unsettling experience today. I was with my grandchildren and a male employee came up to me twice to ask if I needed help. I politely declined and after staring at my eldest grandson for an uncomfortable amount of time, he said "nice kids" very loudly. And then he walked away. I use curbside pickup and if there is anything in my order that is out of stock or produce that doesn't look 100% wonderful, they call and we can discuss options for substitutions. Much better than having no say in what substitutions they make, and the person who calls is always pleasant and helpful. At the pickup spots, they come out pretty promptly and load your groceries into your vehicle. Very satisfactory!

Staff always stop what they are doing with our hesitation to show you were something is. They don’t just point or say the isle. Shopping has changed because of Covid (no longer enjoyable and leisure based). I’m thankful they assist so we can find what we need. Love my PC points too, and I use their express online shopping when the week is busy. Always accurate and they take the time to write a personal thank you note and call if there are any substitutions or non-available items

Generally, they will have what's needed. Ensure to check lower and upper shelves for product as items not always at eye level. This is the nature of a no frills store. Cart maintance outside is not the greatest as pay carts extending into throughout-fair lanes for traffic.

This store is my FAVORITE. They are a great product and our go to at home. I love this grocery store! It is amazing and always has great stuff. My favorite thing from there is the fruit! It is great quality and is very fresh. The shopping is a great experience. I prefer this No Frills located on Lakeshore. The current changes, arrow markings on the floor, cleaning of carts along with the person outside with helpful directions, make it easy to navigate the store. People are cheerful despite the constant, upgrading changes present at this time.

Went into the store today to pick up a couple items. The line to check out was wrapped around the store interior. Covid or not come up with a better system. Decent grocery store. The points system is great for earning free groceries and the PC brand is great. This location tends to get very busy and it often means waiting in line for some time. They also don't bag your groceries (like all No Frills) and the produce is unreliable in quality. The prices are really good here for what you get at this store and the location in Cochrane is good.

I am finding that this store is usually out of a lot of items my family needs on a regular basis within the last year. Items they have always had, including milk on a few occasions which was hard to believe but true. Most of the regular employees are great, however one young girl on cash, in particular, is very rude and actually yelled at me, when I commented on her lack of service. When I addressed it with the store manager he was very short with me when the cashier turned on the crocodile tears conveniently, as I was trying to explain what had transpired. I never complain about a store so it really takes a bad situation for me to do so. Sadly, this store is going down hill fast.

This store never has what you want. The shelves are never restocked. When they have specials, they run out within a couple of days. And often do not have the item again. Saturday morning 8:30 am as anticipated store was busy & lineup stretched down to milk section. Appreciate that there are now Self Serve Debit Only machines as well as cashiers. One customer in particular was very rude while in line with his 3 items. Complaining about lineup, only had cash, kept on n on. Finally another customer mentioned that it was a Saturday early morning maybe he should shop later since he only had 3 items to purchase. Was just an unpleasant start to the day. Whether you have 3 items, 20 or 38 items who cares stand in line, keep comments to yourself & WAIT.

Was in this No Frills for the first time to get some items for my son. When Who I believe might be the owner a male Was telling a female , guessing the store manager in a loud and rude manner near the cash register his dislike of where the Doritos were being displayed . I mentioned to the polite and friendly cashier that she should inform the male that he should be more concerned about his actions in front of customers then the placement of the Doritos. I have worked in customer service industry for over 26 years and this was very unprofessional. When you have concerns you bring up to your staff in a private place and never talk to a human being in the way he was.

Went there this morning at 10am. Saw about 8 workers on the floor. I went to the produce section and every section had a piece of rotten food. A rotten orange with mold, bruised and rotten apples, moldy pears, every section had a rotten piece in it. FAIL. What are the 8 workers doing? Get them to work! Last time going there

Although I do like this store I find the fruits and vegetables not so fresh. Fruit molds within a day too often. I can always find my staples, always at a good price and the staff is very pleasant. This week before Thanksgiving the store was absolutely full of shoppers. From the time I got out of my car to when I returned the owner and staff were working to the max to give everyone good service. buggies were sanitized, shelves were stocked, fresh goods looked crisp and replenished, until you got to the line for the cashier. It went from the bread around the freezer and dairy section and to the front cashiers. I was shocked. I was equally shocked when the line moved forward very quickly. I did not have to wait long at all. Thank you for the great job under difficult circumstances.

Friendly staff. Good selection. Great prices. That was a while ago and now with the Covid19 the wonderful staff has been so nice, understanding, pleasant despite many cranky people. They've taken their time to make sure we all know where to line up and also help with self check out. Most of the staff is fairly young but are truly mature. Make sure Mark sees this! Nice and bright store, good selection, easy layout. Decided to try out No Frills tonight and I wasn't disappointed. The prices here are on target with other stores, and the produce section was packed full and fresh. Snagged a few really solid on sale deals and the cashier was friendly and obliging to our price matching. The frozen vegetables were a little on the low stock side and there wasn't tons of 2% milk left but it was a Friday evening so thats to be expected. Best part of the experience was the clean parking lot, tons of carts ready to go and not having to walk a mile into the store. I will return, thanks Mark's No Frills!

When me and my grandmother go shopping here no one helps my grandmother who's 91 bag her grocerys and I have a disability with my back! Some help would be great for the elders! We love shopping in Cochrane all of Morley do their shopping in Cochrane 90% of Morley people's income go to Cochrane but some help with bagging and lifting heavey stuff is difficult for me and grandma!
