While it's generally well stocked, they need to work on removing produce and meats which aren't suitable for sale. I've picked through many fruits and veggies that are overly bruised and even half molded and meat which has turned green

Many grocery stores act like the pandemic is over. But this store still have the safety precautions. I feel safe. Good produce. Well stocked. At my normal store last week I bought roton onions, baby potatoes that were like powder, and dried out lemons. So a drive to Beaumont is no big deal.

The large amount of yellow burns my eyes, but it is a very well managed store with affordable prices and a wide variety of stuff. As long as you bring eye protection, your shopping experience should be nice.

It's like the title goes, there's no frills there. Nice, clean, consistent, cost effective grocery store. If you want fancy bread/meat /cheese etc probably best to look to Sobeys or Safeway.

Very clean and organized store. Happy to have this store close by as it compensate for not having Real Canadian Superstore at Beaumont. The staffs are very courteous and friendly. AlthoughI don't like the fact that only 5 items or less can use the self checkout system. Will shop here more often.

Fantastic experience with this NoFrills! The staff are friendly and the store is always so well-faced. I’ve never been here when a flyer item is out of stock which is SUCH A PLUS. I had a few concerns with an online order but received a call shortly after from the owner who really took the time to listen and remedy my issues, SO PROFESSIONAL! This is definitely a well-run store and one I shall frequent more often! Thank you!

Rude Rude Rude! I asked if I could get cash off my PC card, the girl said no, so when I started to ask where I could, she kept going off on how they didn't do that, she then got her manager to come over who told me the same thing, each time I tried to ask where I could, she interrupted me. Finally after the manager left, I asked the girl for the bags I need as I know they aren't free, and she tossed them at me. It reminded me why I don't usually shop there. I'll grab my groceries on my way home from work, and forget about supporting local stores!

I am a senior citizen, I rarely step out for errands during these unprecedented covid times. No frills flyer had Eggplant ½ case 11 pounds advertised for $13.97. I called various stores and none of them had this item in stock. Finally customer service at Beaumont No Frills said they have it. I told customer services lady May to confirm it and she reconfirmed it. I drove all the way from Edmonton to Beaumont store 25 Kilometer one way and I was told by Chris and May that it was a mistake they never had it. She noted my details and told me that manager will call me to see what can be done. Next day Catherine produce manager called me and told me that computers can be wrong, It is my fault, I should not have called customer service to check if item is in store or not, I should call produce manager in future. When asked her to check if any other store has it? She told me that it is my job to phone other stores. I am totally frustrated and disappointed at such a careless attitude and tone of Catherine during the call. It was total wastage of time, energy and resources of customer during these unprecedented time. Customer does not deserve this. This shows store is behaving irresponsibly during covid times causing grief to senior citizens and unnecessary traffic at the store as left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.

It used to be really good a few years ago. Prices aren't really competitive unless you bring a flyer with you to prove price matching. Employees aggressive since covid. Switching from recycled boxes to plastic bags makes no sense. I think I'll go to Sobeys going forward.

One time my husband bought a food that I need to bake, he threw the box where the instructions are located. I called the store to ask if they can look for the instructions, (just trying my luck because I know it’s a busy day, it’s Saturday ????) the employees are so helpful and so kind to find the instructions! ???? thank you so much guys for doing your job even it’s beyond your responsibility.

Alright and decent store. Grocery store is simply "meh". Not necessarily the best in terms of cleanliness and having the freshest of produce. Not so great for social distancing either. People for some reason are incompetent of following arrows and find people at "no frills" out of all places rude and obnoxiois. Back to the store itself, recommend going else where. You may pay more , but better quality in terms of cleanliness, produce and quality of goods

I visited this store in March 9,2021 using the PC Express SELF SERVE following the simple instructions on how to collect my PURCHASED items a value of over $400. While exiting the store I was stopped by 2 clerks one who asked to see my receipt which I thought was odd seeming as how my emailed instructions did not mention that I would be stopped and searched. I gave one clerk my receipt as she was attempting to open it another clerk joined her I asked her why are you searching me the more senior clerk said oh it’s because you have such a large order and I thought we weren’t taking such large orders over a $100 dollars” being unable to open the taped receipt I took my receipt from her and told her I have to go as I had my kids waiting for me and no where in the emailed instructions does it mention that I need to show my receipt. Upon returning my cart I saw the same senior clerk. I asked her is it normal procedure what you had done to me to be SEARCHED I was the only black person exiting the store you only stopped me and no other customers do you realize that was racial profiling you and your colleague stopped and requested and attempted to search me where in your policy is that normal procedure. She yelled at me saying oh you’re calling me a racist GET OUT OF MY STORE!! I contacted the store manager and explained my experience with his staff and their customer service. He refused to acknowledge and apologize for the racial profiling and his staffs lack of respect in both conversations I had with him on March 9 and again on March 10 he insists the issue is with PC Express. Even after I explained several times I had no issues with PC Express my ONLY issue was with how I was approached searched by his staff and when I called them out on their racist behaviour against a BLACK PERSON told me to GET OUT OF MY STORE!! And he refused to apologize for that. Absolutely shocking racism exists and persists because it is IGNORED UNACKNOWLEDGED DOWNPLAYED OR SILENCED

Stopped by for a few things and noticed how dusty the items on the shelf are. I mentioned this to a clerk working nearby, they looked indicated this is disgusting and blamed the stocking clerks. In the middle of a pandemic i agree this is disgusting and the staff, management and owners should take better care taking care of the cleanliness of the store.

Dropped in to pick up something from the pharmacy for my sinus infection that I picked up while camping! First off you can tell a well managed store by how organized and clean it is, and this place is awesome! Very friendly staff too and the safety protocol set in place was very impressive. There was one who I believe was in management, Barb, that must have thought I needed help, which I actually did. She even asked if I needed anymore help after the aid from the pharmacist! Talk about customer service!! If this store was in my town I would have no problem shopping there. But now I know where I'm going to head for my supplies when I go that way camping again.
