Very nice store, good selection and good quality. We did not know what to expect from this one or not. It was done and it just happened to drop out and about the only thing that was going! I would definitely recommend that you have your own health and money, but you may need to know how much supplies. Would return again!

The biggest problem is selection of types of products. What they have is of good quality, but if you are looking for anything slightly off brand or not a staple food, you will be disappointed. There was a staff issue when I was there and they didn't have a single person in the meet department, the lady at the cash register said they all called in sick, so I couldn't buy any ribs because there wasn't even a price tag. Not exactly a good practice for any retailer...

I have had great experiences here before with the regular staff but I just had a conversation with the assistant manager that completely turned me off this store. Very rude, impatient and clearly had no time or interest in talking to a customer. I was stopping to grab some snacks and a head of lettuce for the chickens I am transporting but after talking with Brian I just walked out and I'll stop elsewhere for my snacks and snacks for the silly chickens.

I've been to many different IGA in Canada Alberta but the IGA in Whitecourt had the most number of of item on sale. Prices were very reasonable. I was there on Wednesday if you are wondering. Maybe the sale is every Wednesday? The only thing that was a bit deprecated what's the selection of sushi. Other than that the place was clean, the staffs were friendly, and the lineups on the check out till was very short. The place is wheelchair accessible. There were a few local stores in that strip mall. Canadian Tire was just across the street as well. Finding a parking spot was a bit of a challenge but within reason.

Best place to get groceries! The vegetables and fruits are always in stock when I go and the selection of items in the store is surprisingly plentiful! There's always so many tills open too which is perfect when I get off work and need to shop during the busy time.

Nicely stocked store, it is a bit small but surprisingly has a good selection of items like you would find in a larger story but in a med sized one. Not quite the smallest grocery store but like I said, med size. I found everything I required and asking for help was pleasant and there was not scoffing or unwillingness with the attendants.

We love to shop here but it has started to slip in some areas. Shelves seem to be more bare. Staff are usually amazing. Prices are a bit higher sometimes than neighbouring stores but they do offer airmiles.

Well stocked and well lit. Found the aisles to be thoughtfully laid out and there was a concise plan, unlike some stores where you have to play hide and seek to find your groceries. As always there are great deals on Airmiles there, you may pay a bit more for the items but if you shop deals I have found it to be on par with everyone else. This trip the vegetables were about as scarce as I have seen but the bakery was well stocked.
