It is a good place to shop i town. They dont usually have same deals as a real canadian super store in edmonton. The prices are high compaired to edmonton. The staffs are very friendly

The place is spacious and good for shopping. Sometimes the price is wrong, so I always check the price on the receipt after purchase. Most Canadian supermarkets are similar. Costco is the same.. But It's ok. I can check. They also sell "Kimchi" here. I used to go to St. Alberta supermarkets occasionally to buy Kimchi. Kimchi tastes really good when eaten with ramen.

Cashiers are not very friendly when they see a non-white come to the counter. It’s 2019, should not have to feel like you’re not welcome at a store. Experienced it twice this week and my other colleagues also. Definitely won’t be back.

I would give this store a lower rating if it were possible. It used to be an awesome place to shop with competitive pricing, the old owner was more than willing to price match and treated their staff way better. personally this store has gone down hill not just because of the obvious increase in prices but the lack of staff morale, the drop in product quality, lack of experienced/trained staff and serious lack in compassion which is something I believe the previous owners had a lot of.. the produce is terrible, meat is over priced... half the time they don’t have what is advertised in the flyer... I’ve been ripped off countless times, paying full price for so called “sale” items.. save your hard earned money and go to no frills or superstore.

I go there because it's there. It's one of only 2 grocery stores in Westlock. The prices are crazy expensive and the produce quality is terrible. The meat is often off as soon as you bring it home. There is also many empty shelves. I will say kudos to the staff though, all friendly and helpful. They do a great job even though I am guessing ownership doesn't care that much about the quality of food they offer.

Prices are honestly ridiculous on a lot of items unless you get discounted. Produce is going bad extremely quickly which I find strange. Deli staff are often really rude to the point that we no longer buy deli meat from this location. Although the worst issue is one of there employees was leaving work and speed out if the parking lot cutting us off almost causing an accident. This is something I have dashcam footage of so I wouldn't mind having a manager contact me or my husband because it's unacceptable.

False advertisement on hours... + NUMEROUS horrific experiences. The store sucks. NO customer service whatsoever. Customers are normally right.. in their eyes the customers are wrong! ALWAYS! Don’t waste your hard earned money there. I suggest just driving half an hour and going to No Frills in Morinville because you’ll actually be treated like a human there.

They all too often do not charge the clearance price but charge the full price. Today I was overcharged more than $10. They were good about giving me my refund but were not apologetic. They don't realize it costs extra fuel and time to go back to the store. This has happened to me 8 times that I'm aware of in the last couple years..

Very poor experience, came to the store to pick up cat food and look at baked goods when I get told I have to leave by some lady manager I believe. Very unprofessional, as I was a paying customer and it made me very uncomfortable. I hope she is taught some manners/social skills.

On the recommendation of a newer employee, i went to this store for the first time. The employees were helpful and friendly. The store was neat and clean. Selection was good, except for no sugar added Ice cream. The prices were also quite good. When i am in westlock, i will shop at this store. Congradulations to the employees, for working so hard, and still managing to be cheerful, during this Covid problem.

my son had day surgery on May 29 that was pushed late and I needed 3 prescriptions filled asap - I ran in at 8:55pm (5 min before closing) and not only did the lovely pharmacist fill them on the spot for me but the staff member who walked me out was very friendly - even though I'm sure I ran their closing late! Thank you so much for making a stressful day easier!!
