I was here to pickup my free 12 piece edible arrangements box for my bday. Ashleigh and Alannah were extremely helpful and very good customer service. They made my oder ready for pickup in less than 30 minutes of my phone order. The fruit arrangement box had great presentation and my friends enjoyed it with me. I will definitely order from here again.

We recently ordered an edible arrangement to be delivered out of the delivery area for the store. The manager went out of his way to ensure that the arrangement would be delivered on time. We are still hearing about how wonderful the 'Mother's Day/Birthday' arrangement was with all the balloons, teddy bear and how beautiful and delicious the chocolate covered strawberries were weeks later. Not to mention how pleasant and professional the driver was when he delivered them. Excellent Customer Service! Pleasant staff on the phone! Will definitely be ordering from here again!!!

Not impressed with the delivery service at all. Purchased a very pricey bouquet of fruit for a friends special birthday. The fruit was left at the door step at 3 pm while my friend wasn’t home, she did not receive any phone call even though I left 2 phones numbers for them to call. If I didn’t call to wish my friend a Happy Birthday 5 hours later the fruit arrangement wouldn’t of been found. Just happy it was still there on her porch and no animals got into it. But the fruit was not up to quality at this time and was starting to go bad. So disappointing!

Epic failure on Valentine's Day. Ordered an edible arrangement for my wife on Valentine's day. After a long wait it was finally delivered at the end of the day. I later find out the arrangement was missing the plush bear I paid for. I called the store and they apologized and told me they would deliver the other half tomorrow. Tomorrow never came, still waiting. First and last time I order from here. The fruit wasn't even that good.

Went into the Anne St location maybe the staff was fairly new?? Did not seem that knowledgeable about the arrangements they offer. called the owner to get clarification.I had just joined there rewards club and redeemed a $5.00 coupon but I did not realize there was a coupon code for free delivery that was worth $16.00 kind of disappointed that the sales clerk did not catch this a make sure customer got the best discount available. Customer service not equal at all locations.

Barrie ON store - I ordered the sympathy bouquet with white chocolate Peace Dove pineapple pieces - it was perfect! The recipients loved it. Same day order was delivered by 3 pm (awesome)! I added chocolate covered strawberries and there were other options to add to the order which sounded really good too. Loved ordering online - pictures of all the options and then the ordering page with all the extra options was so helpful. I will be ordering these arrangements instead of flowers from now on. Great work Edible Arrangements!!

Honestly kind , friendly and patient customer service.. Options to customize with or without chokolate... I never asked if I could choose the fruits... maybe it is awailable. Prompt notice on delivery. Prices are acceptable considering it has to include labor and other expenses. I highly recommend it.

Highly disappointed! Had ordered something just over a month in advance for a wedding. Called 5 times to cancel the order. 2 of the 5 times they say they'll call me back. I never received a call back. Was told 7-10 days for a refund. I was first told about a refund on the 15th. Then on the 22nd I was told the refund wasn't put through until the 19th...which was not indicated to me. Still don't have a refund. Very poor customer service!

Recieved a mother's day arrangement from my sister and it was delicious, strawberries and pineapple were great and the cup is gorgeous. Very disappointed in the chocolate dipped ones though, as compared to the advertised photo on their site mine were very rushed and barely dipped. For the price she paid, I feel bad.

I have made a few people's day by ordering one of these healthy arrangements with just enough chocolate to make you feel you are cheating a little :)

My husband made a purchase that was to alter a tray to guarantee it was gluten free. It was a complete and total lie just to make the sale! It was not gluten free and we were refused a refund. We will never buy here again! Extremely overpriced and rude staff! Update: They knew exactly who we are because they called us to edit or remove our review. If you didn't want a negative review, you should have resolved the issue when we called about the problem...instead you argued and said tough luck, our information is all online about gluten free as if you can lie to a customers face in store and then point at your online site. Horrible business!

I ordered an expensive and beautiful Edible Arrangement to be delivered to office staff at a school and it never arrived. I confirmed twice this week even upping the quality of my order and cost the second time. I called the store twice today and was on hold the entire time. Got home and called customer service number and they did not receive a response either. If I don't hear in 48 hours, I am escalating this. Not only was my token of gratitude completely washed away but what an overall embarrassment. ‬

Ordered for my mother in laws birthday. Delivered to address but she was not home at the time (only gone for about a half hour) The delivery person placed the arrangement on the front step right in direct sun (plenty of shady areas on her deck to place it) When my mother in law got home and found her arrangement all the chocolate items were melted. Quite disappointing for the $ value spent.

Just tried them out. Placed my order for V day a week in advance. Thought it was all good and it would be a nice surprise for my lady when it gets to her. Found out later that the delivery person did not even attempt to find my townhouse when she got there. Tried to call me and when i didn't answer (i was driving) she skipped me and went to the next place. I call back later now that i am home and says i have to wait 45 min to an hour before she comes back. When she does make it back she wants me to come out of the complex and meet her even after i gave her simple instructions to get here. I'm pissed that the delivery person ruined my surprise and I'm attempting to get a refund of my delivery fee.

Very disappointed...called at 4:00 to find out about the delivery, btw 1-7, then get a call at 5:45 to say no Unicorn was unavaiable, a bear was replacing it...excuse was it was mentioned on the website...NO! Delivery was 6:30, after the child is in the tub, story and bed. Sad , will not order from this location. Second year in a row, terrible service!!!!!

The fruit was wonderful and fresh. The service needs improvement. We were double charged when their computer malfunctioned. It has been over a week with no satisfaction. Be careful people. Manager is VERY slow in responding. I had to call him twice. Still waiting to have a satisfactory response. This is the second time we have used this place. Adding this note July 19 - I did receive a reimbursement today. The manager also called last week in response to this post. May use this service again, but will pay cash only.

I have order online twice from this location, both being deliveries. Not only are the staff kind, courteous, polite and professional but the service and quality of what they create and produce is excellent. Their fruit is fresh and delicious in all the ways it should be and if you crave sweeter, chocolate covered strawberries and pineapple have you covered. Add-ons to your arrangements like balloons, edible numbers and even teddy bears will add a personal touch. It's a great place, with a great idea, doing a great thing well!

Huge shout out to Romel from Edible Arrangements in Barrie. When I say he went above and beyond for me I mean it. I called today at 2pm for a same day delivery. He asked me what my budget was and told me right away if he could have it delivered on time. I was even back and forth about the delivery location and Romel was extremely patient. By the end of it all he moved mountains and arrange to have it delivered to a location in a delivery area that was already done for the day. Not only did he make my day but he made the day of the recipient. Thank you so much for not only taking my order but having it delivered before 3:30pm - LITERALLY WITHIN AN HOUR AND A HALF OF ME CALLING ASKING FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY!! Your customer service was outstanding. The fruit is pretty amazing too.

My spouse had an incident with this store - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. One of her best friends' parents both passed away in a tragic/sudden accident. Even during this COVID pandemic. Her group of friends decided to get a fruit arrangement here instead of ordering flowers as it would be something different from everyone else. They reached out about 24hrs after the arrangement was delivered, only to find out her and her brother had gotten sick from this place! Because of grieving they hadn't eaten anything else in a while which is why they decided on the fruit in the first place. Had they have known this would've gotten her sick, they probably would've just stuck with the flowers to begin with! Store owner was very rude - my spouse was only asking for some sort of compensation for the incident that happened. Only to be held up on the phone for over 30 mins being yelled at by the business owner. Store owner was incredibly rude and you can tell he has no heart. My spouse is a front-line worker and deserves better than hearing news like this when she tries to do nice things for her friends. This place is absolutely appalling and we'll never order from here again.

PROBLEM FIXED - Justin called and advised the situation, agreed the communication was...not to par, however it's now been resolved. ------------ Not sure how to start. The 1st week of Dec/19 I placed an order to be delivered on the 20th of Dec to a business customer. Transaction at that point was fine. Got an email on the 20th stating "undelivered". I called my customer and they WERE open (shared business center on Parsons), but was told by this provider the doors were locked so what time did they try to deliver??? Answer is unknown...

So for Valentine's day this year I decided to order my girlfriend some chocolate covered strawberries from edible arrangements since I work out of town. Just got called by the Southside location to be informed that they're no longer going to be filling my order today. They waited until 7:30pm to tell me! So long story short, Valentine's day is ruined for us. I expected better service after shelling out $100 for a few strawberries and a stuffed teddy bear. Very disappointed.

My husband was told I'd receive my delivery in the morning and it didn't arrive so they said I could pick it up in store, I ended up picking it up myself but he had already been charged $15 for delivery but when I asked they said that it was sent out with other deliveries but returned because I wasn't going to be home to receive it (which is entirely untrue) and wouldn't refund the delivery charge for something they did not deliver

In an oversight they sent my client a happy birthday balloon arrangement on Dec 24th. The receipt is blatantly for a holiday arrangement with merry Christmas balloons and cost $183 so you would think that one would notice that kind of thing. I was credited for the balloons. I naturally insisted they send my client an apology for sending the wrong gift. I could not recommend this particular location to anyone and will not be buying from them again.

I was extremely pleased with the service from the Barrie Anne Street location of Edible Arrangements. We sent an arrangement to surprise a friend and knew they would be home for the day. As luck would have it, they happened to run out just as the delivery arrived. Rather than leave the arrangement undelivered, the driver called me and I was able to get in touch with the recipient and they met the driver right away. I was so appreciative of that extra attention from the driver to avoid a missed delivery.

I ordered an arrangement for my wife and scheduled it to be delivered to her work on Valentines Day. When I called to check on the order I was told they were very busy and wouldn’t get it to her before the end of her work day. I offered to stop and pick it up between 5 & 5:30pm on my way home, I was told it wouldn’t be ready by then but they would deliver it to our home (Perfect) I thought, I received a call a half hour later informing me it would be between 9&9:30pm and that the owner would deliver it, I again said I didn’t mines picking it up but was assured it would be delivered. The last time I checked my phone for the time while I waited at home for my wife’s gift was midnight. No email, text message or phone call with an explanation or apology. If there were an option for negative stars I would offer that here.

I ordered chocolate covered Strawberries for my boss; birthday. The online ordering was easy to use. When I arrived to picked it up it was already to go. The staff was extremely helpful. There was not a birthday sleeve available to go into the box so she called management and I got a free Helium birthday balloon which was a wonderful treat. The berries were large and tasty. It was an overall great experience and I will definitely be back again. :)

This was for my Uncle a little something, on his retirement. I found out that when they delivered this to them, they didn’t know who it was from. Can I give a 0 star? Could not find the address and accused me of having the WRONG address? None the less when I called in the evening, they have told me they made two attempts but no phone call to me? or the receiver? They made the Third attempt after I complained and got an answer at the door saying "the receiver does not live here anymore." THEY STILL FAILED TO CALL ME to notify me. Ruined my Valentines and wasted my money. I called the next day to ask what happened, they accused me of wrong address again and hung up on me!!! SUCH A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I hv always called to place orders for Edible Arrangements for birthdays and other occasions. I receive emails often for their promotions. I received notifications for free box of fruit for 3 purchases and also for my birthday this past week. I called in on Wednesday to place order for pickup on Saturday. I was told that if I wanted delivery wud charge me $35.00 I was on my way to meet some of my friends for lunch and also gift one of the boxes to friend had birthday during the week. Was suppose to pickup at 12.00 pm got there was not ready The person at the counter promised me she will walk it to my car in 15 mins Waited 20 mins. Went in nobody in the front. Woman came from the back did not hv clue and said not ready. Also there were chocolate dipped strawberries in a display with price of 6.99 each or multiple 5.99 each Enquired about it and the rep quoted me 7.99 each. I m very disappointed.

He made sure my order was taken, processed and delivered despite difficulties such as being a bit further than their normal delivery area. Ordered "Sweet Baby Boy Bouquet" and was very disappointed in the arrangement. Ordered this particular one as it had blue coloured chocolate strawberries with white crispies which was really cute for the celebration of a baby boy. The arrangement didn't come with these strawberries but a white chocolate covered strawberry with only a small drizzle of blue. Nothing about this - said baby boy!! When placing the order or when it was being made, should I have not been advised this was not available for the bouquet?? For the price, (Barrie charges delivery too btw) I was extremely disappointed! When addressed to store owner, he thought nothing was wrong with the alternative that was provided. Glad I shopped local and tried to do my part and help out - NOT!!!

Have been shopping/receiving gifts from Edible Arrangements for years. Always a hit, always the best, freshest fruit and chocolate you will ever taste. Everyone is always thrilled to receive a gift from Edible Arrangements. I have never heard of one complaint and have recommended this company at least a 100 times. Please continue doing what you excel at.

I placed an order on line on 2/18/2019. About 10 minutes later I received a phone call from the store stating they were out of stock of the item I chose, and they were cancelling my order. I asked if there was something similar to what I ordered that I could change to. I was told to go back on the website and find something to order through there. I said, as we are on the phone already could you just suggest something. He suggested something I agreed and then he said "But we'll have to charge you for that so.." at this point I asked for the order to be cancelled he said Okay and I hung up. On Sunday March 3rd, I realized I still had not been refunded the $63 that was taken from my account when I purchased on line. I called the store, somebody answered but said he couldn't help me and I'd have to call back when the store was open. I called back on Tuesday March 5th. The lady who answered the phone said she'd take my information but I'd have to wait for the manager to call me back because she couldn't help me. On Wednesday March 6th at 12pm my order was finally cancelled and I received the refund on Friday. The customer service was absurd, and I absolutely shouldn't have to ask (on multiple occasions) to receive a refund because they don't have correct stock.

I received an arrangement today for a celebration. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the strawberries. There were at least 15 strawberries. Most of them were rotten tasting. I had to even spit out one of the strawberries and throw it out. I have ordered many edible arrangements and have been pleased with the Newmarket store. The Barrie stores quality is not acceptable. I have never complained but this time I phoned and spoke to Rummel. He did nothing to satisfy my concerns. He wouldn’t even replace/swap the strawberries. He just argued they were all fresh despite my comments about them tasting old and rotten. Very disappointed, I will not be ordering from the Barrie store. Kathy

We ordered a birthday arrangement for my daughter. We were told it was$100.00. We agreed thinking it would be something spectacular for that price. We were totally disgusted a d angree at what we were given. It was the smallest arrangement t we had ever seen. The fruit were fresh but the whole thing wasn't worth more than $25.00. Did arrange to have it re-delivered but its going to have to go in the bin now as I don't trust it. I received what looked like a beautiful arrangement for my birthday. Unfortunately the fruit was not ripe so it was not edible. When I called them about it they were very apologetic and sent me a delicious box of 12 chocolate dipped strawberries to make up for it. Awesome customer service.

Out of convenience, I have ordered from this store as it’s the only to service this area. I’ve ordered from other stores south of Barrie and their quality and customer service is far superior. I made a last minute urgent call to Edible Arrangements in Barrie, in hopes of honouring my Dad (when my plans to see him from out of town sadly fell through). I thought for sure the answer would be ‘No’ with only about an hour before closing on a special occasion like Father’s Day, but when Rommel, the manager, promptly and politely answered the phone, listened to my plea, and then said ‘Yes’ they CAN get an arrangement to my Dad the same day, I was impressed to say the least! Options, ordering, and payment were simple and speedy. Speaking of speedy… I could not believe this beautiful basket of fruit got to my Dad in less than an hour! AMAZING! Excellent customer service by going above and beyond, and a beautiful and delicious product ~ the fruit was 'Fresh and yummy’ and the variety and design were wonderful. I would highly recommend the Barrie Ontario Edible Arrangements location. Thank you Rommel for not only being a Father working on Father’s Day, but for making sure I was able to honour my Father through your passion and commitment.

Ordered an arrangement for $49.99, I was told chocolate coating was free, it wasn't( $10.00), didn't want "get well soon" sign, the girl said she would look into, nobody looked into and it cost me $10.00. So when I picked it up I was charged $75.00 plus tax. It wasn't worth $25.00! I never thought to look up reviews as I have had a good experience prior but I DO agree with other review about the shady business practices. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW AWAY MONEY. PS: When I complained when I picked the basket up, I was told someone would call me to take care of. It has been a week and I haven't received a call. That tells you everything you need to know.

My husband order a surprise platter for me, to be delivered for Valentine's Day since he happens to be away. There ended up being something that was unavailable for the platter and the store tried so hard to be discreet when they called looking for my husband to see about switching it out for another product. I really appreciated their effort! When the fruit was delivered today, the gentleman was so friendly and all the fruit was super fresh! This is our first time using the Barrie location and they did not disappoint. Edible Arrangements has always been one of my fav gifts to receive from my husband!

Really disappointed. Stopped in this afternoon (June 28) shortly after 3 p.m. to get a lemonade and even though the door was unlocked, the signs inside were turned off. Someone finally came out of the back. When I mentioned that the signs were turned off, she said "We closed 10 minutes ago." I said that the door was still open, she said :We're cleaning". So I said, "Well, if you're cleaning, I won't bother you" and walked out. I just checked the website for this location and their hours on Sunday are posted as 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you're closing early, lock your doors.

Order online for a friend's birthday from the US. Wanted it to be a surprise and last minute found out she was not going to be at work where it was suppose to be delivered. HIGHLY recommend the Barrie location!!! Called in on very short notice having no idea what I wanted to order.
