Bought back dozen roses. They lasted nearly two weeks

I ordered flowers on May 15th for delivery on May 17th. Almost immediately after I placed the order, I tried to call RYF to ensure no strongly scented flowers were included in this order for my 89 year old mother in law. No one answered the phone, nor did they today, May 17th. The flowers WERE NOT DELIVERED. I am embarrassed now that my MIL did not receive her birthday present and I am out $100.

This place seemingly used to be a legitimate business. Now, you pay for flowers and never receive them and nobody answers the phone and nobody is ever in the shop. The person who ordered flowers for my wife's birthday has to go through their credit card company to contest the charge because the service was not rendered. Her birthday was 3 weeks ago and we have been unable to reach the proprietor. Avoid at all cost. Also, I will preempt any attempt by the owner to say that the order was not received. It was received. We have an order number. Close your business down and stop taking people's money.

Awful service. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. almost 2 days after placing an order it still hasn't been delivered. The lady on the phone was giving me excuses on how the delivery man is to blame and even hung up the phone on me. Very rude and lousy customer service. Please save yourselves the headache. Do not use them.

Have always been pleased with this florist. My go to for years. Maybe a change in ownership? $73+ for bouquet you could get for $9 at any grocery store.
