We photographed a wedding this past weekend where York Flower Shop did all of the florals. We all couldn't stop talking about the flowers all day! I couldn't stop taking photos of her and her bridesmaids bouquets! Blown away is an understatement!

York Flower Shop provided all the floral for our September 2019 wedding, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! When we met with Gretchen, I showed her so many pictures where I liked only one aspect of the arrangement (one flower in the arrangement, or just the bouquet size but not the flowers), and she did such an amazing job of integrating all of those things into a cohesive look for our wedding. I routinely tell people that the flowers turned out more beautiful that I could have ever imagined.

Christine at York Flower Shop was amazing the whole way through! She was so kind to me when we had to change the wedding a year and then when I made last minute changes to the amount of flowers(COVID restrictions, etc.). Our flowers were absolutely gorgeous and the reception space, as well as the church, was so well decorated by this team. I can’t say enough about this flower shop! I am so disappointed by this shop. I had a consult with christine and brought in a photo of what I wanted. She assured me she knew exactly what i wanted and I trusted her. I asked for muted colors with one purple accent flower. The day of my wedding the flowers arrived- they were bright pink and purple! Nothing like what I asked for! Not even close. They didn't match anything at our wedding. The men were supposed to have mauve boutonnieres, they were purple. The wedding was 2 months ago and I am still heartbroken over it. We spent literally thousands on these flowers. Additionally, I had ordered bracelet corsages for moms and grandmothers, 2 of them broke even before the ceremony. I am so very let down and saddened by this flower shop. I would not recommend

My daughter bought me a $50 arrangement for my birthday. Several of the flowers (two of the four sun flowers) wilted and died within two days and within four days most of the arrangement was sad or dead with only the lily remaining. I did all the typical things ; cutting the stalks, replacing the water from the first day. It was obvious these weren’t all fresh flowers. I have had much better luck with supermarket flowers. I guess they are Okay for a funeral, but a waste of money for a gift.

We met with Christine to discuss the details and she provided many great ideas based on my inspirations found on Pinterest. The flowers for my bouquet, my bridesmaids' bouquets, the alter, and the centerpieces were absolutely stunning and just how I envisioned! The flowers brought so much color and beauty to our wedding day and so many guests complimented on them. Also, several of the flowers have been drying nicely so can be preserved for years to come! Christine's team delivered all of the flowers right on time and set up everything perfectly to what Christine and I discussed previously. I can not recommend York Flower Shop enough! I called four days before I needed flowers for my small and intimate wedding and they created exactly what I needed. I gave a description over the phone and they made my bouquet exactly as I wanted. Not only that, they went above and beyond. I wanted my bouquet to be able to be disassembled so I could distribute a rose to each guest. The florist wrapped each rose separately with greenery so it could be presented beautifully. I hired York Flower Shop to do all the florals for my October 2021 wedding and I am SO so happy I did!! I worked with Gretchen who went above and beyond to understand my “fall boho” theme. She was the perfect person for the task and she brought it to life even more beautifully than I had even imagined! Not to mention, she is the kindest and most fun person to work with! On my wedding day, I shed a lot of happy tears but the first ones were when Gretchen presented me with my gorgeous bridal bouquet- I didn’t even know I could love flowers that much!
