Using this service was the biggest mistake I have ever made. I spent 80$ on practically nothing as a special surprise for my wife, who I cannot be with because I am stationed away at this time, only to have them screw it up and deliver the flowers on the wrong date. Why have people select a delivery date when ordering only to ignore it and deliver them whenever you choose to. When i called, their solution was to pick them back up and deliver them tomorrow.... really? The owner kept making up excuses and was rather sarcastic with her responses. I will never recommend this company for any purchases.

I live in the UK and placed an online order for delivery to Tillsonburgh. This is the first time I have used this florist, in fact it's the first time I've tried to do this. It worked perfectly. I placed the order 10am UK time, my beautiful friend received them 4pm same day Canadian time. Wendy was great and kept in touch with me by email. I choose Floral Buds & Design because I liked their online displays. And because this was an international order, unlike other florists they didn't require me to call them to place my order. My friend was over the moon and loved her flowers.
