I don’t think you can get any better customer service than they give at King’s Florist. I don’t live in Winnipeg anymore but every year they have called me before my grandfather’s birthday because they know I like to send him flowers. This year I wanted to do something a little different and they took the time to email me photos of the plants they have in stock so I could pick one out to send him. Both gals I spoke to were so friendly and helpful! Such great service!

I have been meaning to write a review for quite some time now...King's Florist was able to help me pick and deliver an absolutely beautiful orchid, to a very dear friend of mine, even though they were about to close for the day! They were outstanding, in assisting me and even made sure it was delivered that night! If anyone is looking to purchases flowers, I highly recommend King's florist because they treat you like royalty!

There is no flowers I've ever had last this long. Excellent quality flowers! Shop can use a bit of a touch up for appeal, but other than that. Brilliant :)!

I like this store as it has all kinds of flowers and the staff was so helpful. It was time to close, but she stayed for over 25 minutes to help me with the gift flowers. I am very thankful for the lady who helped me out that day. For sure I will come back. The other thing I want to mention is that the price is also nice at here.

I used to go to Silver Heights floral shop due to proximity. Recently, Silver Heights floral shop never answers my call several times and its voicemail is outdated so I end up coming to King's florist shop for the second time around. My first visit pre-Valentines was very pleasing. The staffs were very accommodating so I purchased a lot of things. Today I met Darlene and her husband. Not only they are both lovely but also their customer service was excellent. I insisted on paying extra but the couple still gave me a discount on the carnations & cards I purchased. I do not mind coming back again in this store.

We have had many interactions with Kings Florist over the years, but this past week we ordered a flower wreath for my Dad in Laws funeral and we were blown away. I just gave them a price range and said lots of color and flower variety and this is what they made! It was huge and breathtaking. The compliments were many and Mom's expression when she saw it spoke volumes. So thank you Kings Florist for your beautiful skill and quality of arrangements. Your flowers touch many hearts.

Not just a late delivery of almost a week, but no communication from this outfit to let us know. Emails were sent but no response offered by this company. Do not order from eFlowers as there is a good chance they will put your order into this florist’s hands.

Had flowers delivered and they looked nothing like the ones on the website. The website did not show wilted flowers or a scrawny bouquet. This place is a bunch of scammers hoping nobody would notice.

My wife's 60th birthday landed on Good Friday, but King's Florist delivered a beautiful bouquet an hour before we arrived at the hotel room I had booked for a surprise. She LOVED them. Thank you King's Florist for helping to create a memorable moment, especially during this COVID situation when we couldn't get together with loved ones.

Bought red roses for Valentines day, they were old... Never got a chance to inspect the flowers before they were wrapped. I would expect FRESH flowers when paying $80 for a dozen of roses... I am not coming back, especially for Valentines day flowers.

Great customer service. The lady I spoke with was very personable and I felt like I could trust her. After being screwed around by another flower delivery company for two days, Kings Florist had my order delivered in a couple hours. Very professional and highly recommend.
