Ordered Orchid Rose Paradise. What arrived was far from Paradise. Modern design for the Murphy Brown era maybe. No orchids, wrong roses, wrong accent flowers, wrong vase, no refund or price reduction for the substitutions. If you’re going to substitute this drastically call the customer first. Good thing my wife likes flowers and is a graduate of the St.Clair College Horticulture program to know the actual worth of those flowers.

I met Kathy (owner) who went out of her way to put together two of the prettiest flower arrangements I’ve seen in a very long time and did it in less than 15 min. She literally saved my occasion and my guests absolutely loved the flowers. My new florist for life :). So happy I met Kathy. Will recommend all my family & friends.

Wonderful service, very caring! I placed an online order, a chocolate arrangement for my daughter for her birthday. The balloon I added wasn't with it, so I called and she was very apologetic and so kind. She sent it the next day with a stuffed animal and a note..at no charge for the stuffed animal! As a business owner, I know that customer service is top priority, and in my opinion, what she did is top notch. ????

I came here looking for flowers for my wedding and the results were amazing! Not only did the owner help me pick a perfect bouquet, the matching centre pieces she created were amazing as well! The store inside is very clean and bright, with lots of plants and decorations throughout, yet spacious enough with lots of walking room. The owner is very knowledgable and helpful! I highly recommend this place!

Hands down the best place to get your floral needs. Not only did I get amazing flowers for my wedding party but they went out of their way to bring them out of their delivery zone (came all the way out to the town of Tecumseh) but assisted all the guys with the placement of their boutonnieres. The hall was beautiful and my wife and her bridesmaid's bouquets were flawless! Have since made many more purchases for my wife and mother. Never been disappointed. Still waiting for my refund for flowers that were never delivered for my 94 year old Mothers birthday ( upset her greatly thinking I had forgotten her birthday) apparently they need a computer specialist to do a refund ??? Very sad way to conduct a business hall of shame for you contacted them 3 times still waiting

Nothing like the picture, not even close. The fruit came in a cheap plastic basket not a nice wood one. The fruit did not look as nice as the picture. Not worth the price of $80

I called to have a nice flower arrangement sent to the funeral home. I have never tried Victoria's Flowers before, but when Kathy answered the phone, she was so friendly and very helpful. She helped me pick out something real nice for my uncle. She took her time with me and I never felt rushed. She also assured me that they would be delivered on time. Worst service ever. Messed up our arrangement and when we called to address the mistake, accused us of insulting her and even went to the lengths of calling the police for "Harassment". We may have been persistent, but all we wanted was the proper arrangement we paid $200+, for the funeral celebrating the life of an amazon father, son, husband, uncle and friend. Not only did we have to say good by to a beloved loved one, but deal with the extra burden of arguing over wanting what we paid for, on a day we all struggled through. Disrespectful, poor excuse of a florist.

I placed an order for a gift basket and a floral arrangement on a Saturday morning for a friend who had a recent death in her family. Stacey called me in the afternoon to let me know that they received the order too late and the delivery was missed for that day. It would not be able to go out until Monday and her florist was off for the day and off on Sunday. I explained that I wasn't sure if my friend would still be in Amherstburg on Monday. she told me she would call the florist and get back to me. She called me back in 5 minutes and said the florist would come in on Sunday her day off, to get my arrangements done. My friend received them on Sunday morning took pictures and sent them to us. They were absolutely beautiful and she was so happy with them. thank you so much for going above and beyond to shed some hapiness to my friend and her family in such a hard time. I cannot thank you enough. ❤️

We have received a basket from one of our out of town clients, and the basket that was delivered to our office was full of rotten pears. The pears were so rotten they had smooshed all over creating a giant, leaky mess over the contents of the basket and left a mess wherever the basket was put down.

Let’s just say I just placed my last order here I placed my order ahead of time made arrangements for a time ( which they are saying i. Didnt). But I just checked my notes I had written befor I called !!!! So when it didn’t arrive I recalled was told you will be first delivery.... np. Then I get a call two hours later it still hadn’t arrived!!!!!!! I call ship AGAIN said it’s minutes from delivery He had wrong address !!!! Also the gift was for new baby I said the THREE NAMES FOR THE CARD. Card has one persons name. On it LEFT OUT HUBBY AND NEW BABY. Which I wanted on there !!!!!!! Really and zero apologies I certainly don’t have money to throw away and won’t order again. !!!!! What bothered me MOST. Was I ordered here. As I TRUSTED. They would give me good service as I’ve used them many times. When I called upset she went on about the beautiful fruit basket she made. ya at 89.00 ???? It should be. NEVER AGAIN

Very disappointed with my order. The arrangement looked incomplete and unfinished. I was embarrassed when I saw it at the funeral home. I contacted them but they did not respond. I would not recommend any online orders.

I got my flowers for my wedding from Victoria's Flowers and everything was absolutely beautiful!! Kathy was so helpful and I'm pretty novice when it comes to flowers (also am from the states so I was really trusting these other reviews) so anything I was unsure of she would tell me what looked good and boy did everything turn out AMAZING. Also she was super willing to stay in my budget and let me know what my best options were. She was on time for her delivery and everything was correct. No mistakes. I couldn't be more pleased!!! Would give them 0 stars if possible. Basket looked NOTHING like the picture and they cannot use the excuse of “due to global blah blah blah” paid over $100 for a basket with nothing from the picture coming in it.. literally not a single thing. Everything was substituted with things from the dollarama and dollar tree with exception of the stuffed animal. Incredibly dissatisfied and disrespected. It’s unfortunate that they take advantage of customers like this. If you decide to buy here (which I would never recommend) go into the operation and LOOK at what you’re going to buy because the website is not reflective of what you will be ordering.

Ordered a basket that was $105. Online it showed a beautiful wicker basket filled with delicious snacks, at the $80 price point. What we received was a lime green plastic basket from the dollarstore, with a matching lime green bow. I have to say, compared to what is picture online, I did not receive that I got.

My parents received a fruit basket from here the other day and the fruit was already overripe , bruised , and mushy (not all, but the peaches and bananas were) . I’m not one to complain, but when my mother called to tell them she was unsatisfied (she didn’t once ask for another basket or anything for herself; just wanted them to know how unimpressed we were) the manager never apologized for anything . She defended her products to the end and basically told my mother she was wrong . Awful customer service , awful basket .
