Made an order today for an arrangement that was not delivered today as agreed upon. No communication as to why and now my plans for a romantic evening with my wife have been ruined. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. Will be wanting my refund promptly and avoiding future services from you and hoping others avoid you as well. Not sure how you are rated so highly. Update: The owner apologized profusely and I'll indicated that the driver somehow missed the delivery. She offered a free comp on the flowers and fresh ones for Valentine's Day. Both flower arrangements were excellent and fresh. Thank you for the excellent service.

The Silk flowers are gorgeous. Almost life like. However, I ordered Dusty rose pink but received petal pink instead for the flowers. This was for a themed wedding based on dusty rose pink. The Petal pink does not match.

I called at 11:30am on Mother’s Day. I was told it was pretty late for a delivery that day but since my mother lives in the neighbourhood- they could do it. I spent $60.00 delivery included in that price. My mother LOVED the arrangement they delivered - she raved to me on the phone about the beauty and freshness of the flowers. This was my first time as a customer with Rainbow Flowers and gifts. Having dealt with the generic websites online for other florists in the past i was disappointed with the bouquets that my family had received. This time, I decided to call right to Rainbow Flowers and speak to the staff. I gave them my budget and a description of the flowers my mother loved. She is still raving about the bouquet. I live several states away in the US and feel like I found the best way to get flowers to the family that I can be proud of sending. I will be a repeat customer of Rainbow Flowers. Update 5/19/18. I called Rainbow flowers again for a custom bouquet for Mother's day. Again, mom was thrilled with the gift. Amazing value, working directly with the staff, I've been more than pleased and will continue to call from the U.S. and have her take care of all my family floral needs in the Windsor area.
