Update: I was given a call by Patrick, (one of the owners) he was very understanding and agreed the flowers did not look up to par. He offered to send a new bouquet and after my mother said he didn't have to do that, he told us he is sending one regardless. My mother hasn't received the flowers yet. But I do appreciate and understand his intentions, and that it will be a beautiful arrangement. __________________________________ I sent my mother a flowers for Valentine's Day and some of the flowers were already wilted, yellow, and very dry. The photo on the site is showing at "Deluxe" and I did order Standard. But I still don't believe the Standard selection should be dying flowers. I understand it won't look as filled with flowers as what's displayed on the site, but I'm not happy with the arrangement or amount of filler leaves. The bouquet looks alot cheaper, and is not worth what I paid. I will mention though, I was able to speak with someone earlier in the morning prior to delivery that was around 6pm. They were very quick and nice on the phone with helping me fix some missing information, about delivering after 4pm for when the business (location) opens. However, their delivered products don't match my experience from the morning.

Great family run business that has never disappointed. They get busy around your standard flower favourite dates such as Easter and mothers day and Valentine's Day but they always try to make things work in a timely manner. The family has always created beautiful arrangements every time I have asked and they always ensure delivery or pickup when requested. They are excellent to work with and have always created beautiful arrangements!! They even let you know when they have or don't have certain flowers and will try to replace missing pieces with better or more vibrant flowers. Highly recommended!

Placed an order Dec 18 for my in-laws, but noticed I was double charged. Called them to get back one charge Jan 4, 5, 8, and 25th. They took down my information and were to look into it and get back to me. They’ve never got back to me. After talking to them on the 8th, it sounded like things would be taken care of. Lo and behold I get my Visa statement and there’s the double charge still there. I called again (25th) and they again said they ‘d look into it and call me back. Never heard from them yesterday or today, so called Visa to let them get the money back, as I’ve already given them ample opportunity to rectify their error. I had looked on the reviews on their website and saw mostly 5 stars before placing the order. I now wonder how legit those reviews are. I left a review on their site, much like this. It will be interesting to see if it gets posted.

This florist excellent courteous and very fast. I had to pick up three dozen roses for my baby shower on the Sunday at the last minute and they were the only people in the city that could accommodate, and they did so in less than an hour!

Great flower shop, excellent customer service, beautiful arrangements! I placed an order for delivery from out of town, and received a call the day of the delivery stating that the employee arranging the flowers wasn't happy with the stock they had on hand. The employee offered to put together another arrangement at no extra cost, and it turned out wonderfully. Very happy with this shop, would definitely order from them again. Highly recommended.

A family run business that will exceed expectations for whatever your needs are. You are treated as if you are apart of the family, meaning your needs are always a priority. The arrangements and selection are varied so there is always something new available. Highly recommend! They also offer pick up or delivery as needed too! Very accomodating I was very pleased with my past orders and will continue to use their service as opposed to the grocery store.

EDIT: Was contacted the next day to resolve the problem of not being delivered. I'm torn with this review because there were some pros and some cons..... PROS -The teddy bear was amazing, well built, cute. Just generally a great product. -Despite only being a teddy they made it looked good with a bow and card and stuff... -Delivered fast. -Helped me out to get what I wanted even though I called later in the day. -Very friendly on the phone and accommodating. -was contacted the next day by someone to resolve the issue CONS -Lack of response through email they provided to me until next day. -DELIVERED TO THE WRONG HOUSE AND SAID THE WRONG NAME... Great bear and great service where it counts they get good stars but their delivery service needs to be resolved as i see other negative reviews involving it...

I live in London and ordered online to be sent to a friend of mine in Windsor. They called me a few min later to let me know some items weren't in stock and if I would like a different arrangement, I let her know it was no problem and to do what she does. They put together a beautiful arrangement for my friend! She loved it! The delivery man was excellent also! He waited patiently for her to come out as she was busy with one of her babies and a diaper fiasco!! Thank you, you guys did an amazing job!!

Order a vase of flowers.. got a little squat arrangement with candles. STRIKE 1! Flowers died 1 day after they arrived. STRIKE 2! Did they not water them BEFORE they left the store? I've never seen flowers die so fast! If it were not for the good customer service from the little old lady that runs the place, this would have been a total wash. FYI? Left a negative review on their web page. Didn't get posted.

Not realizing the time difference between England and Canada and how late I had left it, I Made an order 10 mins before this store closed to have flowers delivered for my Niece..... (did contact another store but they refused as they were closing so couldn’t deliver). The lady I spoke to was so helpful and as I needed the flowers delivered same day she agreed to deliver (maybe with a little hesitancy ????). I’d like to thank this store especially the lady who took the order for delivering at such short notice and for delivering a beautiful bunch of flowers, (my Niece loved them). I will surely be using this store in future. If I could leave more than 5* I would. Thank you ????????

Sent my Mom flowers for her birthday and Lisa at K Michael's Flowers did a beautiful job on the arrangement. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and the price was very reasonable. Really happy with my experience using K Michael's to send a surprise flower delivery to my mom. Their website was easy to use to select an arrangement and schedule delivery. They created a beautiful bouquet and even included a large balloon with the arrangement free of charge. My mom loved it!

I live out of town so ordered flowers from a distance for my mom's birthday in May. The shop had creative control over the bouquet style and the florals. I was a little nervous not being able to see what I was paying for ahead of time, but the bouquet turned out to be absolutely stunning, it blew me away and was actually nicer than anything I would have picked out myself. My mom loved them so much and they lasted for about 3 weeks. Super impressed! This will be my new go-to place when I want to send my mom flowers. ????????

Edit: just heard back from the business and they were more than apologetic and willing to offer a solution. I do want to retract my initial comment about the lack of professionalism because I know they are doing everything they can to get the orders out in a timely manner. I am grateful for the quick response and generosity of the solution! Ordered flowers that were scheduled to be delivered yesterday to a business and they never arrived. I called probably 5 times this morning with no answer to check the status since I received no notice of them running late and wanted to make sure my order was placed despite receiving this confirmation email two days ago. The flowers ended up being delivered around 11:30 today but were missing the $25 chocolates that were also paid for. I’m fortunate the business they were being delivered to was still open for a half day today to receive the late delivery. I am normally very forgiving of something such as the tardiness. However, when you add the lack of notice, no response to my attempt at communication, and a part of the order is missing, it’s hard to be as forgiving. Nice arrangement of flowers, but will not use this shop moving forward due to the lack of professionalism alone.

I could not Believe that this Store Used a vase with a $1 Price sticker from DOLLARAMA Store left on my Delivery, how cheap can you go , considering the price that this store charged for the Flowers. To make matters worse the flowers lost Colour after a few Days & had to Thrown in the Trash. there is Nothing classy about this Store,and i will never use it again.

Edit: Shortly after leaving this review, the owner contacted me to address the issue. She was very pleasant and apologetic about the situation. She surprised my mom the next day with another beautiful bouquet. I truly think she went above to make the situation right. I would use this company again. The flowers were extremely late. Like nearly 7:30 pm before they were delivered. I guess that the driver had issues finding her house? Even though it’s all perfectly displayed. She called him back, and he said he’d have to coming later in the day because he is busy doing something else at the moment. It would have been nice if they delivered earlier so she would have been surprised for her birthday. Or even if he called me, who purchased them. Also, the actually arrangement significantly differed from the online photo. I understand that some flowers need to be substituted due to what’s available. However, this looked different. Also I purchased at the $80 level and it looked as big as the image portrayed at a $60 level. They arrangement was pretty, however I don’t feel I got what I paid for.

My daughter received a gift of 20 long stemmed lovely dark pink roses for her 20th b-day. Within 2 days the heads had drooped. They had sufficient water. We arrived at K Michaels flower shop (4:45) on the 4th day due to a holiday. The owner apologized and threw the large bunch in the trash. Se explained that flowers sometimes arrive within 3 days on a truck without water. REALLY??? Then mentioned they may have froze. THAT's more like it. She was not friendly at all and a bit rushed as the store closed @5pm. She grabbed 20 new roses (different colour), 1 sprig of babies breath & 3 pieces of greenery. She manhandled the roses rather violently as she trimmed the stems and wrapped the chintzy bunch in floral wrap. Advertisement for this shop brags about the European feel of the shop. I am European & you would never receive this low level of customer service in a European floral shop. Europeans "arrange" their floral bunches, not just wrap them. The only thing European here was the owners accent. I have had better service & quality of product @ a grocery store. I also noticed floral arrangements in prep stages with the same "frozen" pink roses in them. Hoping the shop had the decency to replace those as well before delivery.

Since they are down the street from my office, my first experience was as a walk-in. I work with them to send surprise flowers to my girlfriend on occasion, and she is always thrilled with the arrangements. Typically I'll suggest a specific flower or two to build from, and they take it from there. I like how they keep my account information handy, so after a quick phone call, the order is on its way.
