Always a beautiful arrangement, and the prices are decent. I like that it is a local shop right in the middle of central Windsor. I have moved to Australia so getting flowers to family for different occasions is really all I have as a way of giving a gift on time and the staff there have gone above and beyond for us making sure it will get to them on time given the time differences sometimes making it difficult. I will absolutely keep using them in future.

I found a gorgeous arrangement on the Flowers For Freesia website! It has a beautiful vase with a picture of Thomas Kincaide's Garden of Grace on it. Freesia did a wonderful job and it was delivered to it's destination within a short time after my phone call! I looked at it often because it was so beautiful and I know the vase will always be enjoyed by the family member who keeps it. Everyone to whom I spoke was friendly and helpful! Thank you!! Went there to get birthday balloons for my 5 year old. I told the guy this and the guy behind the counter offered to me beer balloons. Like really . I said my child is 5. Not 20 . He says to me I'm joking. Just wasn't impressed and the balloon is completely deflated with in 2 days. Just sad.

The customer service is absolutely incredible. I called Flowers By Freesia after hours (around 5 pm) to place an order for same day delivery if possible (after being told by several Florists in the region that it was too late for same day delivery) and Margaret offered to deliver the flowers herself when all the drivers were gone just to make sure my mom gets her flowers on time for her bday! The flowers themselves were stunning and the quality was amazing. I highly recommend Flowers By Freesia.

I ordered the Peaceful White Lily basket for a funeral, I thought it looked very nice in the picture on their website so I ordered it over the phone that morning. They delivered it to the funeral home that afternoon and it was even more beautiful in person. This is the first time I've ordered flowers from Freesia, I am so pleased with their customer service, timeliness and their attention to detail in this arrangement, it really was absolutely beautiful. They are definitely the florist that I will be ordering all my arrangements from. Great job!!!!!!!!!!

Very regrettable experience. I ordered an $80 bouquet based on the pictures on the website; but when I received a picture from the recipient it looked like a $15 grocery store bouquet. I called the owners to rectify the situation, but was told how wrong I was. I told them I did not want to write a bad google review, but they continued to be belligerent. Will never use this service again.

I ordered 3 arrangements for a funeral visitation thursday at noon and they were delivered by 3 pm same day. I ordered on the phone and was given excellent advice and my family was thrilled with all 3 bouquets. My Mom really loved the Beautiful Heart bouquet with the Angel keepsake, which was suggested by the florist. Wonderful experience in a sad situation with good quality fresh flowers and very prompt service. A heartfelt thanks!

Worst customer service ever!!!!! I have been to three florist before I went here. She was so condsending and rude. I went to ask about flowers for my wedding. And before I could say anything she was telling me I had to do homework about what I wanted. Everything I said I was wrong. She refused to give me a very rough price and said I was an idoit for the prices I got already. Which were at least four hundred under her lowest. Dont go her unless you enjoy being insulted

Very disappointed for first time trying to purchase flowers, sign on the door window says knock or call for serive. I knocked serverall times watching the staff walk bye me for over 5 minutes. I tried to see if door was open and the lady started being very ignorant with me pointing at the sign like I cant read and follow directions and roudly shut the door in my face without asking what I needed.

I am so thankful to Flowers By Freesia. After a disastrous experience with another florist in Windsor, I was left in a predicament to get flowers delivered to my mother on her birthday. It was almost 5 p.m. and called a friend in Windsor who referred Flowers by Freesia. What a blessing they were. They went above and beyond and truly stepped up to the situation. Once they became aware of what had happened, they really delivered. After expecting the order to be delivered the next morning, I received a call saying they would drive the flowers to my mother that evening. Way to save the day for her 70th birthday!!! Amazing Customer Service. I will be using you for all of my future orders!! Thank-you!!!!

I ordered a plant arrangement for my mother for Christmas and was not impressed when I saw a picture of what she received. Nothing like what was in the picture on their website. I emailed them to let them know how disappointed I was and received an email back asking for me to call. The next day they tried to call me (I thought to apologize or try to make it right) Instead I was told how I hurt HER feelings with my complaint. I think she actually expected ME to apologize to her. The basket I ordered was SUPPOSED to have a poinsettia, cyclamen, dieffenbachia and pothos. Instead of the 2 tropical plants that would last for years, they substituted them with a little tree. I sent it for Christmas but wanted it to be something that she could keep long term. (I thought she could just switch out the poinsettia for another plant after the holidays. When I said that the item received didn't match the picture I was told that the picture was 10 years old. I suggested that maybe it should be removed if they don't sell that any more. The only solution they offered was to refund my money & take the basket back-not something you can really do once it's been delivered. Trust me-stay away from this business!

I needed a funeral arrangement. Called and spoke with the owner, extremely nice and polite. Was very careful to ask what I wanted and how much I was spending. She then asked me for some suggestions from her website. After that I let her handle everything. The arrangement was absolutely stunning. Then the next morning when I was at the funeral home, the other owner was making another delivery and came to check on the flowers, to make sure they looked good and still had water. Excellent service.

I placed an order with this company for over $120 based on a photo from the website. When the order was received it has about half the size with only a couple of the flowers shown in the picture and whatever little flowers there were died the following morning. I called to advise the owner of this matter and he was so rude called me a liar on the phone and told me that I could send him a photo of the arrangement but he would not care. Absolute terrible product quality and terrible service . I have them one star in order to write this review to hopefully keep others from being ripped off.
