Ordering the arrangement online was easy and the delivery was very prompt. However, for ordering the "deluxe" birthday arrangement, I was disappointed with the look and flowers. The flowers looked subpar and the overall look was cheap and incredibly dated (included fake birds on it). Perhaps I should have went in person and picked out exactly what I wanted, but I have gotten much, much nicer arrangements elsewhere for the same cost.

What was purchased through the online store was not what was delivered. We ordered a premium arrangement and at best, what was delivered was the standard arrangement. Terrible Customer Service I ordered 2 bouquets of a dozen roses to be delivered, both arrived without flower preservatives and when I called to ask for a packet of preservative I was told it must have fallen out of the bouquet (which was all wrapped up an stapled shut= impossible) and that NO the driver would not drop off a packet that day or the next day. The flowers therefor only lasted 5 days before being thrown in the trash. The owner did not care at all.

I saw great reviews on here so I used Flowers By Design for my mother's Mother's Day arrangement. I figured calling directly would allow me to explain that I didn't want just a simple little Arrangements I wanted something quite nice. I had a couple comments by people that saw the arrangements and they sent me a picture and I was definitely disappointed the arrangement was very subpar. Definitely not worth what I have paid for that arrangement. It was a very cheap selection of flowers. My mother was gracious but friends that saw it were not impressed. I definitely was not happy either. Absolutely not worth the money.
