I have ordered from Bruce Philip florist for several special occasions since moving to Windsor five years ago and we have always been happy with the flowers and the service. A few days ago I sent a bouquet to my wife and she was not home at the requested delivery time. Rob went out of his way to come up with a solution and my wife was thrilled with her flowers. Thanks so much h Rob. I highly recommend Bruce Philip florist for all your florist needs.

Ordered the "Stunning Beauty Bouquet" on the phone early in the morning. I asked to be delivered at 5:30, and they decided to send it out at 2. Luckily i went in to the store to see the arrangement, it was absolutely awful. The picture online showed no green, and the entire arrangement was green leaves with 2 cheap purple stems coming out. I asked for a refund immediately and the lady had no idea how to refund the debit machine. Took her 20 min and ended up giving me cash back. Horrible experience, will never return.

Ordered flowers last minute on a Sunday, called them over the phone ask for what I would like I asked for delivery they showed up within 2 hours with exactly what I was looking for super easy. Very good coustomer service will order from them again in the future.

They kept me updated on delivery of my order (and made multiple attempts to ensure delivery as soon as was convenient for the recipient) and were extremely pleasant to deal with over the phone. The arrangement itself was disappointing. While it did contain the same type of flowers advertised and it is understandable that substitutions must sometimes be made that can change the colour scheme, the shape and style of the arrangement were far from what had been pictured on the website. I'd recommend going in and speaking with them directly to make sure you're both on the same page and your expectations are realistic.

Ordered the Wonderous nature "best" arrangement. What was delivered was not what the photograph showed, the amount of flowers was was significantly less then what was portrayed in the photograph, very misleading. Not worth the money charged. I won't be dealing with them again.

Outstanding service and quality! I phoned this florist from my home in BC to send some flowers to my niece in Windsor who had just had a baby. The hospital switchboard recommended them and I am so glad they did. I spoke to Linda and she put together an amazing floral arrangement with teddy bear and sent me a photo of each for approval before sending out that same morning, on a busy Saturday no less! My niece was delighted and sent me these photos of her own. I cannot recommend them enough. Your loved ones will not be disappointed.
