The bouquet I ordered included tulips but the shop was unfortunately out. They were extremely quick to call me to notify me of this, which I greatly appreciated. I was told they would substitute the tulips with something to make the bouquet as close as possible to the original I ordered. The arrangement is absolutely stunning and I couldn't be happier with the adjustments they had to make. Excellent service and friendly staff, I would highly recommend the store!

Yesterday, my husband and I were excited to see their new store location and pick up our Christmas arrangement for the fireplace mantel. There stood a beautiful arrangement with an angel that took my breath away! It was ours! We were welcomed by a team of smiling faces (obviously proud of their creative work and rightfully so!) There was so much to see in this much larger space I didn't know where to look first! There were so many decorative pieces throughout the store and displayed along a wall of shelves!. There was a large dining table & chairs decorated for the season that made the store a welcoming space to sit and talk about decor needs for any special occasion or to add that special touch to finish off any room in the house. If you are looking for timely creative design and great customer service this is the floral shop you must visit!

I had a wonderful experience ordering flowers for my grandmother. I am not from windsor and the business sent me photos of the arrangments to help me choose the perfect bouquet. They are right across the road from her nursing home, which made it more conveinent. The staff was helpful and pleasent to converse with. 10/10 in my books. And my grandma was over the moon.???? I attached her beautiful spring arrangment to the photo section.

Ordered a corsage online. I saw the option to have it delivered for a 10 dollar fee, so I took it and paid for it. The day I am supposed to receive the corsage, they call me at 6pm and tell me they don't deliver to my location. Obviously that was a problem, but when I went in to pick up the flower the next day they were very kind and apologetic and refunded the delivery fee

I was here yesterday looking to purchase a bouquet for my grandma as my grandpa had just passed that morning. I took some photos of bouqets so I could send them to my aunt for her opinion as she was the one paying for them. While I waited for her response I told them I was going to run to the grocery store and would be back in 20 minutes. When I arrived 24 minutes later they had already closed the shop and left. It was also still 13 minutes till their closing time. I am very disappointed/ upset as they new my grandpa had passed that morning and they still had the audacity to leave. They weren't that nice anyway for the price, I will be going somewhere else today to buy flowers for my grandma.

Can't tell you how impressed I was with this place. The gal working in the back (I assume the owner) was in the middle of a huge order for a much more important customer then little old me... When I told her I was looking for an arrangement for my wife's birthday she dropped everything and put together a beautiful and more than generously priced arrangement for me. Not only did it make my wife's day, it made me appreciative that truly nice people like her still exist in this world! I would highly recommend Authentic Floral Design to everyone.

Jana and her team were outstanding! I came into her shop less than 3 months before my wedding and she surpassed my expectations with the flowers for my wedding. I ordered 4 bridesmaids bouquets, 4 buttoneirs, 2 corsages, 35 centre pieces, 2 large floral arragamments for the church, and my bride bouquet. She listened to my requests and offered her expertise when I asked her for ideas. The day before the wedding she showed me all the flowers and on the day of the wedding she delivered all the flowers where I requested. I highly recommend doing your flowers with Jana because you will have no regrets. Wonderful people to work with!

Flowers were nice, but they really butchered the card - misspelt words and the presentation was in no way what I had written in the order. Edit: Spoke to the owner. Apparently there is an issue with the software that prints out the message for the card, where all the words were capitalized. Spelling mistake may have been an error on the printing operator's part. Owner will be discussing this with the other company involved to improve quality control. For the future, I would recommend calling in and making sure with the owner.

This shop was terrible they advertised teacup boutques for Mother's day and at last minute the order cant be processed . So they decided to send a.dfferent boutique which I was ok with. But when my mother received them they were a mess like no one cared to make it look nice and the flowers were not fresh.

I called from out of town shortly after the store opened. I wanted to ask some questions about a particular gift basket. I spoke to Michelle and she gave me some great information. Talked it over with my husband and called back 10 minutes later to order the gift basket over the phone, as I am not comfortable ordering on line. Michelle said she could not guarantee same day delivery but to my surprise she called me at 2 p.m. to say that the gift basket had been delivered (outside of the Windsor area). What great service! Would use them again for sure.

About a month ago I ordered a dozen long stem red roses for my wife for our one year wedding anniversary. Authentic floral design said that they could do this so I prepaid for the roses and had arranged to pick them up the following week. When I arrived to pick up the roses, the store employee informed me that they didn’t have my wife’s roses and that “they had no record that the roses must be red” (which I had clearly stated to them when I paid) and that “they used all their red roses as it was a busy funeral weekend”. The employee then tried to offer me purple and yellow roses to which I said no... and then began going through a funeral arrangement trying to find red roses from there (these red roses were already wilting!). At that point I asked for my money back, seeing as authentic floral design HAD SOLD OFF MY WIFE’S ANNIVERSARY FLOWERS which had already been prepaid for!!! So I guess there is no guarantee that your flowers will be there for you even if you ask and pay for them ahead of time... this place is honestly a joke!... I only wish I could have given them a zero star rating!
