@kennedyrumbolt its petty to bring personal issues into someone's workplace. Personally knowing both of you this did not happen (for anyone wanting a REAL review)- Hands down best service. I was helped by a young fwllow, dark hair with glasses who I'm pretty sure was the manager. Every one is very sweet and helpful with every customer every time I go in. They have Great recommendations and they explain things in a variety of ways for everyone to understand ????

The customer service was absolutely atrocious. I was spoke to like I was a toddler, with no knowledge of anything. I was helped by someone who claimed to be a manager he had dark hair with glasses, a young fellow for sure. I will not be returning to this store as I was made to feel so embarrassed. It was a horrible experience. If you want friendly staff who are willing to guide and teach you, DO NOT GO HERE

Great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My only concern was how fast the menus change! It made reading them very challenging. The young man helping me agreed, but it didn't seem like he had any control over it. ???? Too bad.

If it would have been possible, I would rate this store and the staff zero (0) , ignorant people. The person who helped me, wasn’t helpful, first he came wasting time and wasn’t polite. One of the worst experiences ever, it was waste of time visiting your store, not coming to the store again, there’s no value for the customers here. ???????? They asked me to email the concern but still no help was provided, useless company. I tried to explain the concern still didn’t got any response from this arrogant people.

Nice on the inside, but barely any stock, literally like 2 or 3 items, everything else was out, no oils or sprays at all. I would head to the store downtown, they had a huge selection of everything.

With less than two weeks until the mask mandate ends, Fire and Flower denied service to someone with a medical mask exemption. They know that asking for personal medical information is illegal. I hope consumers spend their money at the other dispensaries that respect personal medical privacy.
