I met Morgan because I had worked at an office upstairs of her shop. I personally prefer artisan flowers over purchasing the every-day supermarket styled flowers. I usually like to go with the more organic and eccentric looks. Morgan's style is that! She really can make all my visions come true! Since I have met her, she has made bouquets for many different occasions: flowers for my mother & mother-in-law for our gender reveal, flowers for my friend's funeral, flowers for when my friend was having a bad day, flowers for our baby shower and flowers for my tea party! Flowers have delighted recipients since the forever, and now more than ever when visiting is risky business, flowers means so much more - especially when creations are as beautiful as the ones Morgan so thoughtfully put together. They're updating the website, so a few items were missing, and I also had issues with technology, but she called to consult and kept me updated at every step, she even sent me a picture of what was sent at my request. The flowers looked fresh and the design was reflective of autumn, and most importantly, the recipients were elated. I wont hesitate to use Umberto's again and highly recommend them for your Lower Mainland floral needs.

I moved to White Rock about 15 years ago. I was a single mom and didn’t know a soul. Without a vehicle, I walked around my new neighbourhood and walked right into Umberto’s. Umberto and his son greeted me. Upon discovering I was new to town, Umberto grabbed a bunch of roses and gave them to me as a home warming gift. I was so thankful as I wouldn’t have been able to afford fresh cut flowers on my budget. This first meeting represents this family-owned floral shop. Angelo and his beautiful wife, Morgan have kept the family business thriving. They are important part of the community, professionally and personally. Since that first stroll to their shop, they’ve been part of my life and this seaside community in various ways. Umberto’s pays tribute to the family and their neighbours through personal care through their creations and how they treat people. Thank you Umberto, Angelo and Morgan for making a difference in my life.

I am so insanely impressed with the customer service provided by Morgan at Umberto’s. I ordered a last minute bridal bouquet and she worked above and beyond with my budget. The flowers were everything I could have asked for, with seasonal spring colours and a pop of blush to accent the arrangement. She even added in a bridemaid bouquet for my jr. bridesmaid. How the flowers showed in the photos we took was amazing. I would highly, highly recommended this florist!

Morgan prepared my bridal flowers and they were absolutely gorgeous. From the bridal bouquet to the junior bridesmaids bouquets to the boutonnières, she outdid herself. Oh and the cocktail table arrangements? Stunning! I received compliments all day with many people asking which florist I used. Morgan worked within my budget and she went above and beyond. I think the biggest compliment I could pay her is that I will definitely use her services again plus I will recommend her to all my friends! Thanks Morgan!

The BEST place to get flowers. I tell them how much I want to spend, what the occasion is and let them do their magic!!! I’ve been buying flowers from Umberto’s for over 20 years. It’s a wonderful family business run by fantastic people. They always are so polite and friendly, always welcoming you with a big smile. They always do beautiful bouquets that last sometimes for weeks. The flowers are always so fresh. My best friends wedding flowers were all done here and they were gorgeous, just amazing. I’ve also done funeral flower arrangements from here and they were exquisitely done. Today I got my Moms birthday bouquet, and again it was absolutely beautiful!!!! Thank you Umberto’s for always being there to add a little more beauty to any occasion, I will always come back again and again. Morgan was very friendly and did a great job accommodating a same day order for a bouquet when friend's dad passed away. We expressed a preference for a large bouquet in a specific colour palette and requested a couple of certain types of flowers. Morgan went out of her way to make it happen, even finding a few pastel dahlias to add to the bouquet! They delivered the flowers within hours, in a gorgeous vase, and brought my friend's mom to tears. Morgan even sent us a photo of the bouquet so we could see (it was 2' tall!). I would highly recommend and would absolutely work with them again!

Excellent custom made bouquets. Just tell them what colours you want and how much you want to spend, and Angelo or Morgan will take care of you. Delivery service is speedy and reliable and the flowers seem to last far longer than those from a super market.

Thankfully, the woman who I dealt with went above and beyond in order to ensure that the delivery date was honored. She even called a taxi to that she could persoally deliver the flowers. Despite the fact that this was my fault, she was extremely kind, understanding, and pleasant to deal with. The flowers were beautiful and my daughter was thrilled with the arrangement. I will recommend Umberto's an will use them again for future orders.

Due to a family illness we had to organize a wedding in just 3 1/2 weeks. Morgan was very understanding and very accommodating...and the bouquets she created were stunning. We sent her pictures of basically what we wanted and she worked her magic, everyone commented on how beautiful the flowers were. Not only were the flowers beautiful but Umberto’s price was the best of 4 quotes. I would highly recommend Umberto's.

I have used Umberto's flowers many times! They are always absolutely gorgeous, and the service is so personal! Morgan has done personal touches on orders and always goes above and beyond to make your order special! Most recently I ordered Valentines day flowers for my Mother and Grandmother when I was put of town. Beautiful! Fresh and just stunning! Very reasonably priced. They delived them (for a local delivery fee of only $10) and the delivery was extra special because of the amazing service! (Delived by the owners who also handcrafted the order!) Just cannot say enough good about them! Small family business that does an absolutely phenomenal job! Will use them again and again for special occasions! Thank you Umberto's for making my family smile when I couldn't be there!

I asked for a custom bouquet with camelias and forget-me-nots, which I hadn't been able to find anywhere else. The lady at Umberto's told me that she couldn't get the forget-me-nots because they were out of season, but that she could get tweedia, which look very similar. Camelias only bloom for a couple of days, so most florists won't stock them. However, she got me camelia branches with leaves and buds, and a week later the buds bloomed! 5/5, would buy from them again

Morgan did the flowers for my wedding and I can't say enough amazing things about her! We had her create the bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages, and we bought flowers from her to make the centerpieces ourselves. I was a bit nervous about the flowers because our budget was quite modest, but Morgan was able to work within my budget and the arrangements she created were absolutely stunning. I almost didn't want to leave for our honeymoon because it meant less time looking at them! I was planning my wedding remotely and she was super easy to work. I sent her some photos that I liked, we chatted on the phone about them and she was able to take those ideas, add her own twist and make them totally unique. It was so nice to be able to relax and trust her vision. Umberto's is now my go to for sending flowers to my family in Surrey! I only wish I lived in town, so I could get more for myself, too!

Ordered flowers for Mothers Day (same day delivery was available as per their website). After ordering and paying through my mastercard, the shop was called to confirm. The girl who answered asked for the address and name the flowers were for and stated it would be delivered in the afternoon. My husband called them around 6 to check if they had delivered yet. The girl said that orders online did not go through and the flowers will not be delivered as they have no record of it... This is strange as we had called and confirmed after placing the order... Whats worse is that no compensation was offered. I now need to check my mastercard statement to see if the payment went through.
