This little floral shop is really beautiful.. I bought a bunch of ranunculus plants in various colours, which I’ve never seen on this side of the border. The service was excellent and the store was absolutely beautiful, clearly a lot of thought is put into the selection in this store. I’ve always wanted to stop by this store to check it out, and I’m so glad that I did, I’ll be back!

I can’t say enough about the customer service from Jeroen, Shelley and the staff at Flowers & Company. They really make sure their customer is happy and go the extra mile to deliver that! I will definitely be going to them for all my flower needs going forward for trees like this Fiddle Leaf Fig tree I got from them and all the beautiful bouquets they’ve helped me with. ???????? My family ordered quite an elaborate bouquet for me for my 50th birthday. Unfortunately, covid hit and everything was put on hold. Went in today to redeem my credit. I didn't want anything too big so they allowed me to do a bouquet for now and another bouquet for later. I couldn't be more please. Magnificent! This describes my entire experience with Flowers & Company in White Rock. Flowers were for an anniversary and on the initial phone call to arrange delivery, staff actually took the time to go over options (without me being rushed into making a decision), help make suggestions and delve into available fresh flowers before placing my order for the 3-orchids in a pot. I really appreciated that level of professional and helpful service. The flowers that arrived were stunningly beautiful and healthy plus the pot selected was exquisite. At first glance items may seem expensive but based on my experience there was excellent value here from what I saw for the finished product. Plus my wife was blown away... so how can one put a price on that for an anniversary??!!

Lucky I read Sissy's review before I called them. I was looking for a flower shop which can make my wedding bouquet and flower crowns. I still believed other good reviews. I called them and I clearly stated I wanted to ask some questions for wedding bouquet. Right after, the lady who picked up my call asked "is this call for placing the order?!" with quite aggressive tone. Then I needed to repeat I wanted to ask inquiries not the order yet. But she still kept asking this call for order or not with a bit of irritation. I explained what I wanted to know for this phone call, then she said I can see their website which I did many times and couldn't find the answer. After few conversation, she also told me she's not in charge of the wedding flowers and I need to contact with different person. I just want to buy beautiful flowers for our special day from the person I can trust and who can offer great customer service. Unfortunately, it seems not here. They might repeat the Sissy's tragedy again.

Did not have a good experience with this florist. Ordered flowers on Nov 13th to be delivered on Nov 24th for their anniversary. My parents waited at home all day in anticipation of the delivery but it never came. Called the florist who advised they don’t deliver on Sundays, yet no one called me to let me know or give me the option to cancel, but they charged my credit card right away. Florist was kind and apologized and offered to add some extra flowers to the bouquet. Unfortunately I’m not impressed with the flowers that arrived - it is hardly worth what I paid for it, and doesn’t look like anything extra was added. Not good value and won’t be ordering from here again.

Shelley did the flowers for our wedding and absolutely nailed it! The bouquets and table arrangements were beautiful and the flowers held up so well throughout the day and into the night. She was so easygoing to deal with and took all of my request on board to construct the perfect bouquet full of all the flowers I had requested. We had so many compliments on the flower arrangements - they smelled heavenly and really made the setting extra special for the reception.

Went in the store on May 16 to inquire about flowers and bouquets for a wedding on May 27th, lady at the store wrote down a list of items i was interested in and also took my credit card info, she said that if i wanted to go ahead with the order, it would save me a trip to go pay for it and she can just put my card through once i call OR email them to confirm if i want the order by Monday May 21st. It was made very clear that I just wanted a quote for the flowers and did not place the order yet. I didn't end up calling to confirm the order as i had changed my mind. They called me on May 26th 5:05PM asking me to pick up flowers (they close at 5PM on saturday and are closed all day on sunday). I told her there had been a mistake and i had never confirmed the order or wanted the flowers, and she said that's not true and had already made the order (over $600) and charged my card. I think it is extremely unprofessional of them to just assume i wanted the order, charge my card without my consent, and to call me last minute (after they are closed) to ask me to pick up the flowers. Then she also proceeds to tell me that she found me really odd and weird how I did not tell her the flowers were for a wedding- but even if i did or did not, why does it matter, and why would she know its for a wedding if i didn't tell her (I don't feel like i should be judged for inquiring about flowers for whatever occasion it may be for). Anyways, they refuse to refund the amount and has put the $600 through without my consent- i don't have the flowers with me (not sure why I should pay for flowers i did not order and did not intend on picking up)

I ordered flowers online from this shop based on their beautiful website. Unfortunately what was delivered was very disappointing, especially considering how much money I spent. The work wasn‘t professional, there was an abundance of greenery (more than was necessary) and despite it being a Christmas arrangement, it wasn‘t very festive. All in all, a disappointment, both for me as sender and for the recipient. ***update: I received a very understanding email by Shelley from Flowers and Company. The situation has been rectified in that I have been very generously offered a replacement arrangement. Thank you. I wish Flowers and Company all the best for the future.

Overall a good first experience. Two shortcomings; the flowers were not ready at the agreed time and the ascent colour required was not available. A small discount would have been a good gesture to encourage future business.
