We worked with The Wild Bunch for our August 2019 wedding. They made a perfect bouquet and boutonnière based off our emails and phone calls as I live out of province. The bouquet was so unique, whimsical and wild and exactly what I was hoping for. They were great and suggested florals and greenery that would last based on out pick up time and ceremony. Communication via email alone may take a little longer but they are a busy shop and they will get back to you with answers.

I would rarely leave a bad review unless I had an awful experience. Went in to buy a few things for bouquet I'm putting together (spent $80+) and the two women who worked there were very rude during the whole interaction! Beautiful selection of flowers with a lot of options but the worst treatment when I was the only one in the store. Sad to say, I won't be back here.

Have been working with Nassi & Alexandra for almost an year now and I I'm always amazed from the beauty of their flower bouquets. Nassi and Alexandra are so nice and easy to work with. They listen to your needs and give their honest and expert florist advise. During these hard times its so nice to have such beautiful and uplifting floral arrangements around the house. When I was married a few years ago we also used them and I can't say enough. They were professional and went above and beyond to get my view for the big day.

Ordered twice from this place. I love their designs but the value is questionable. The bouquets they show on their website and social media tend to be the largest size so unless that's what you order, you may be disappointed. I also find that they don't always use the freshest flowers and there's usually more foliage and leaves than actual bulbs. For the price they charge, it's a bit disappointing.

Disappointing :/ received a lovely but sparse arrangement and had the amaranth and ginestra wilt and die the following day, with the rest — except the one orchid – wilt and die within 4 days.

Wow is all I can say. Floral was one of the areas I knew nothing about for my wedding. I also lived MILES away from my venue and had to pick everything based off pictures. The Wild Bunches team literally made all my wedding dreams come true. I sent so many pictures and talked to them all the time over the phone about what I was wanting and they made it all come to life and then some. I literally still dream about how perfect my bouquet was. I also made a ton of last minute additions which they handled with such grace and made me feel like I wasn't just another bride. These girls are seriously angels and I cant thank them enough.

I have to have a fairly disappointing (or exceptional) experience to leave a review. Unfortunately it was the former. Beautiful selection of flowers and arrangements, which you will pay for. I’m happy to spend the money on something like floral arrangements, which brings me and my space so much joy. Unfortunately the customer experiences leaves much to be desired. Purchased an arrangement over the phone and inquired if I could add a few one-off pieces that I selected upon arrival. Brought my vases so that I could ensure whatever I chose fit their style and height. I was met with “if you want bouquets for those we’re fully booked today”. That may be the case, and I can understand not wanting to get my hopes up if that was what I wanted. I shared I just wanted to choose a few pieces to complement their design and was provided no assistance other than bringing some vases closer to reach (as you can’t enter the shop). The entire exchange left me feeling like my business was more of an inconvenience than a selection on my part to support this local business. Really really disappointing and grateful to have experienced prior to selecting my wedding florist.

All of our bottle arrangements were perfect as well, the colours, design and choice of flowers were so well done. They have a distinctive style that I love, so I knew the flowers would be great, but my expectations were exceeded. They are friendly and easy to communicate with to boot. I will be back for more!

The website was beautiful and ordering was easy. I placed an order for the "By the Bottle" custom creation to be delivered to a friend on Sept 4th. When she didn't mention receiving the flowers I called The Wild Bunch studio to inquire on the order. It took a while for them to figure out the issue as they couldn't confirm if it had been shipped or not. When they called me back about 10-15 minutes later, they had the answers. It turns out they delivered the flowers, but on the wrong day. On the order, you note the delivery day but for some reason they didn't do this and ended up delivering much earlier than I ordered. Since this was being delivered to a school, who knows where that delivery went. What I appreciated (and why I would use them again) is how they handled this situation. The team took responsibility for the mistake was very apologetic for the mix-up. They committed to re-delivering the order first thing the next day - which they did. This bouquet arrived to my friend and was beautiful! She was really happy with the result and will brighten up her classroom

Even so - the staff were friendly while they were busy getting everything ready. This is probably my favourite place to order flowers from in the city. They are unique and always stunning. The person I sent the flowers to said that they were the most beautiful flowers they have ever received from anyone! My other favourite part is how they are presented with the minimal yet stunning white paper wrapped around them. Highly recommend!

I have been looking their Instagram for a long time and first time I got a chance to get their flower. So I was so excited. But I was disappointed maybe because I had a high expectation for this store. I was not satisfied the taste of design, also it includes few flowers and very large paper wrapping and feels a bit pricy too. Little bit sad experience, I thought I should have looked their completed product first before I decided to purchase. When I’m looking at their Instagram, I feel I know the store well and I like this store’s taste even though I never visited the store, but you won’t know until you get to see the the real one. Each person has different preference and expectation, so this is just my experience.

Purchased a bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day and requested for a delivery. I didn't even get a notification regarding the shipment nor a call. Overall, the bouquet looked different from what I expected. I was very much disappointed at the condition of the flowers and the flower colours that I was expecting from the photos that they had on their website. I won't purchase their flowers from now on.
