I bought more than $ 1,000 from this florist, but in the end I was confronted with the disrespectful and bad attitude of the owner.

The shop is situated in one the most beautiful locations of Vancouver. The flowers are unbelievably gorgeous, attractive, and awesome. When I got there for the first time, I could not imagine how various extraordinary types of flowers could be thoroughly embedded in one place. The customer services of both the owner and her assistants are so appreciable. The shops itself is so cozy, pleasant, and well ornamented. Great wooden interior and exterior shelves design is another inevitable factor makes me be so fond of this flourist.

Lovely florist tucked into the quaint lane behind the post office on Bellevue and 14th. The owner is always friendly and they offer a wide array of flowers and beautiful, modern and unique arrangements + pots and cute decorations during the holidays. Definitely drop by the next time you are in Ambleside.

Glow Acupuncture & Wellness Center

We love buying cut flower arrangements and plants from this beautiful and charming place. The owners and staff are super friendly and helpful and they have a gorgeous selection of flowers and unique plants. Whenever my orchids die, I take my planters in and they redesign them and plant new things for me.

She has one of the most beautiful flowers so the flowers are glowing in there and I think just because she loves them and when she talks about the flower she describe them in such a way that people talk about their kids or there doge. FULL OFF LOVE

This exquisite but accessible flower boutique is a true gem, nestled away along one of the most scenic promenades in West Vancouver. The owner, Atoussa, is an absolute delight. An elegant lady, she has a high sense of aesthetics, which she combines with a frank and down to earth approach, offering advice as a trusted friend would. This lady with a blooming personality, helped us choose an arrangement that was both affordable and lavishly luscious! A busy flower shop, with high quality flowers, everything felt natural and not contrived like other flower shops that look like show rooms. Her personable, courteous approach with a beautiful classical French melody playing in the background took me away to the cobblestone backstreets of Paris, where one picks up a bunch of flowers and brightens the entire street, cradling them in hand. The shop is too crowded and tight in room. The music is too loud to communicate with the shop keeper. The owner does not know how to interact with the customers in a professional manner! The guy who works in the shop is more customer friendly than the owner. So I would leave a zero star if it was possible.

The place is absolutely gorgeous. Beautifully designed flowers but unfortunately the service was so poor that it took all that beauty away. The owner was completely indifferent, it’s surprising, such a lack in passion for someone who runs a flower shop. There was a guy who was really trying, he was lovely but every time he would check with her she would basically put no attempt to help us or to sell anything. We got there at 5:50 and after many attempts she said it’s 6 and she wouldn’t put a bouquet together. She said she can sell flowers as they are. Why would I go to a beautiful flower shop to buy single roses as the are? U can get that in Safeway. It was more than disappointing. The two stars are for the guy who tried but was not the owner.

Such good service that she's an inspiration for me for my own customer service! In retrospect and in light of her awesome approach and attitude, I suspect that she was probably in the right all along. Always respectful and prompt delivery and good advice. Don't hesitate to be her customer. Her disposition makes it an entirely delightful experience!
