My friends brother is in hospice at the end of his life. When I went in to purchase my friend a plant at 11:10 am, I was greeted with eye rolls and asked to leave the store because “they weren’t open yet.” I politely clarified that they open at 11 am and noted that it was already 10 after. I apologized for any inconvenience I caused (although it was during open hours) and asked if I could simply purchase one plant. The woman working said NO. She walked over to me and said, “We don’t need your business, I’m not done opening the shop” and she told me to get out of the store. I understand it’s Covid and people have bad days and shops open up a bit slower, but the fact that I was in the shop during open hours and declined service for absolutely no reason other than the fact that the employee was late and the shop wasn’t set up is unacceptable. Her rude tone, eye rolls and unjustified treatment was very hurtful, especially to someone who is currently grieving the loss of a friend.

I'm a returning costumer since the shop was at Broadway and Burrard. Very satisfied and happy to buy flowers from this shop. Store owner is very nice and friendly. Thought she was closed permanently when store was closed at Broadway. Now the store is between 12th Avenue and 13th avenue on Granville street. Trust me you will not regret visiting this store for any occasions.

There was no poster/ board outside stating that people cannot enter the store and I was told very rudely that I would need to exit. Its understandable that they would not want too many people inside the store at a time but there is no reason to be rude.

This is a beautiful flower shop located in South Granville. Rosemin has an amazing eye for beautiful and unique arrangements appropriate for various seasons. She is always so sweet and helpful. She put together a beautiful winter arrangement for me recently. The shop also carries crystals and gratitude rocks. Worst experience! Treated me terribly. Made me feel so bad. Used to get friendly service until they turned cold. I spent more money than I should have only to be treated badly by unfriendly staff and owner. They are not willing to cater to customer's requests unless you tell them their bouquets are a work of art--and they are mediocre. You have to suck up to them or risk getting the side-eye. Any special requests are really rudely spurned. So insulted. They have lost a formerly loyal customer. Never again.

I have to say, I loved this flower shop while I lived in Vancouver and I love it even more now that I am living abroad. Rosemin has taken such good care of my flower requests for my grandma, mom, and aunties for special events. She has accommodated last minute changes and additions, and her professionalism is one of the main reasons I decided to write this review today. The bouquets are always beautiful, and apparently last longer than many other flower stores I have previously purchased from. Her and her team are amazing! Thank you so much!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my girlfriends birthday which was supposed to be a surprise. Then I received a call from my friend saying she received a call from the flowershop telling her they had some flowers for her so she went and picked them up. My friend said the flowers were lovely which was great however, when I sent an email to the shop about I hope I will not be charged a delivery charge I received a response saying because she picked them up they just added more flowers. I have never ordered flowers from this shop and will not ever again. They did not even ask me if that was okay with me and personally, you ruined my surprise.

Went in today to get flowers for my 5th anniversary. It is just unreal how much this place feels like "the best place in the city for flowers" just by being inside and talking to the owner Rosemin. I asked for "something with purple and about $30". In 5 minutes she prepared an incredible arrangement. My wife told me tonight that she did the flowers for our wedding. Sorry I didn't know that to tell her today!

Had a wonderful experience this morning. I called shortly after opening at 11am as I was looking to have a large white orchid arrangement for the office and was hoping to have it ready same day. After trying several different florist shops in the city who had no available stock, this florist had plenty of fresh supply and arranged 3 tall beautiful orchids in my vase within 20 minutes. The arrangement was stunning, and she even offered her lovely assistant to carry it to my car parked a few blocks away! Service was top notch and I will definitely return again.

I ordered flowers for my Mom who was undergoing surgery at VGH at the age of 94 years young. Rosemin, the owner of the shop, specifically ordered the flowers for the two arrangements I wanted but, due to Mom being in Cardiac Care, she was unable to deliver the flowers on the date requested as flowers were not permitted. She contacted VGH every day to see if it was possible to deliver them, but only managed to do this nearly a week after Mom's procedure when she was out of ICU. Different fresh flowers were used and the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous - my Mom loved it. Rosemin was always in contact to let me know the status on the delivery and her efforts to make sure the arrangement was delivered will not go unforgotten. I will definitely use Queen Bee Florist again, should I have to send flowers in the Vancouver area. Thank you, Rosemin!!

The only place I ever go for flowers! They are so easy to work with and always exceed expectations to create the perfect bouquet - I have not had a single person who was not gob smacked by how beautiful and perfectly arranged the flowers were...one person even said she felt like "Miss America" when I presented it to her LOL. Not only that, their prices are very reasonable - I was at Buds in Kits and the same orchids at Buds' were double the price. Queen Bee is the best!

I went on line from NS and looked at a whole bunch of sites and even started at a couple but the process was too complicated. Then I landed on Queen Bee. Because the store hadn’t opened for the day I had to send the order on line which for me is much less satisfying - BUT the owner Rosemin Jutha sent me a note personal note back and said that she would be happy to take care of my order! I will be recommending this shop to everyone! My boyfriend went in at the start of October to surprise me with a Fiddle Leaf Fig (the plant of my dreams). The store owner was extremely nice and welcoming, and helped him find a beautiful Fiddle Leaf at a really great price. After three weeks of having the plant though, some leaves started to turn brown at the edges. We weren’t sure if this was from root rot before the plant came to us (as there was a leaf or two that was edged brown when it came home), or due to the warm temperature of our apartment. Regardless of what caused it though, they told me to come back in with the plant so they could take a look and trouble shoot for me. I expected them to just give me a few ideas on how to save the Fiddle Leaf and send me on my way. Instead, they completely surprised me by making an exception this one time and offering to exchange it for another one at the same value! For a small business to do that, especially during hard times like these, is quite amazing to me. Their great customer service and all around good vibes were very much appreciated and I hope everyone goes to Queen Bee Flower Shop to buy their plants and flowers. I know I’ll be a loyal customer of theirs from here on out. Thank you so much ladies! I hope you know how appreciative I am and how much you made my day ????
