I can't say the service or quality of product is value for money here, charging $59 for a single flower which looked like nothing but left over scraps from another arrangement seems a bit out of line to me but the icing on the cake is when you complain. If you do decide to complain expect to be spoken about and sniggered at. I would not recommend this place if you would like a professional service. . . very disappointing to say the least!

I bought these for my girlfriend's birthday only for them to look like this 3 whole days later. Dead and rotten, turning fresh water green and flaky... To the "response" by the owner - thank you so much for replying 6 whole months later while I literately watched you reply to other comments. The vase is mine, the flowers are yours, I still have the receipt if you want :)

This flower shop is absolutely gorgeous! I ordered a couple of Christmas arrangements and a little bouquet with white, cream, and blush colour theme. They were so friendly and super nice even I couldn’t make my mind well haha. My arrangements looked fantastic and exquisite that everyone at the party loved my arrangements! I needed a flower arrangement for a set price, I wanted to spend $100 for a beautiful arrangement to celebrate the anniversary of the death of my best friend. The arrangement I got was not only NOT worth $100, but the flowers that were chosen to add to the bouquet were crushed and were not the right choice, those flowers had bent stems and died the next day, and a few stems of fake dry things were put in too. I was overcharged especially for that specific say being a holiday that was completely irrelevant to my occasion. I was so disappointed and felt that the honor of my best friend was insulted and I was ripped off. It broke my heart for my friend and I felt cheated. I will never spend a penny here again, it looks good but their principles are not just and I don’t feel they care about their customers at all but just looking to take money for a half hazard job. I would have had a much more grand and beautiful bouquet had I gone to Safeway who’s flowers are always greasy and last much longer.

Purchased wedding flowers here. The bridal bouquet was pretty, but the flowers looked old and unfortunately clashed with the example I provided. I had to have flowers replaced by another vendor last minute. The boutonnieres were also ridiculously large and half of them broke off before the wedding even started!

I love this store, they have a huge variety of plants and flowers...In my case is very close to my office so all my plants are from that store. I have 2 succulent, one soil Bamboo and a water bamboo and they are beautiful, the guy that is in the afternoon always give advice of how to take care of my plants and my flowers. They have some discounts on Fridays. Really good service.

I chose Vivio flowers to create the centrepieces at my party on June 24, and they did an amazing job! Never have I seen such beautiful flowers -- being surrounded by them made my day even more special. It was a pleasure to work with them. We met several times to discuss the style and how the flowers would fit in to that vision. They always responded quickly to my emails and was as sweet as can be. I was a budget conscious bride and they took that into consideration, making sure we stayed within the guidelines I provided. In the end, I received very high quality flowers for a reasonable price and so many compliments from my guests, too!

I got off work at 7:30pm and needed some flowers for later that night. Vivio was the only store in my area that was still open, so I ran over to them and got there at 7:55pm, 5 minutes before they close. Even though they had put away all their flowers and were getting ready to close, they still helped me and put together a beautiful bouquet within my budget. They never once showed any frustration or anger because of me coming in right before they closed, and because of this experience I will continue to come here for all my flower needs!

My friends recommend this flower shop. So I gave bouquet from here for my mom. This flower shop is really so pretty, I haven't seen the beautiful flower shop like this. There are many small things even though except of flowers. If you want to decorate home or present some flower, you need to come here definitely. My mom was really satified and me as well. I'm going to be a regular here.

All I had to do was give them my budget and her favorite colours and they whipped up a masterpiece right before my eyes! STAY AWAY!! 1. CHECK AGAIN ON THE PRICE BEFORE PAYING!!! 2. FLOWERS BOUGHT HERE DIES QUICKLY!!! My mom was tricked to pay FULL PRICE for only HALF of the bouquet!! She found out right after the payment and requested for a refund, the lady used different excuses to NOT giver her back the money?? She even wanted to only give my mom a SINGLE stem as refund instead of giving her the other half of the bouquet?? And the funniest thing was that these very expensive flowers didn't even survive longer than what she got from urban fare :) SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY.

They had been recommended by qualified parties and so I was so disappointed when I saw what the florist had sent to my wife on her birthday. Had given $100 budget, she received some cut flowers, no container, so by the time she got them home, some of the flowers were blown. Called the Mgr the next day and she agreed they had not got the information, so said they would make up a smaller arrangement that my wife picked up. The attendant did not know anything, but found some more cut flowers and this was in spite of the manager agreeing to a vase, so I give up on them.

We had an unexpected and disappointing experience with this shop a few months ago when a family member bought orchids as a gift for my engagement. Within 2 days of receiving it, I realized that the leaves had turned yellow and the flowers were wilting. Upon returning the plant to the store, they replaced the plant with another stating that we had over watered it (which we didn’t). The same thing happened again after 2 days and this time we showed my mother-in-law who is a florist and she immediately diagnosed that the plant was ill with a fungus and should not be kept with the other orchids. When we tried to return the plant they said that this was not possible and insisted that we were over watering the plants. I subsequently showed them other orchids in their store with the same problem for which they did not have an answer. After realizing that they had a batch of sick orchids, instead of refunding our purchase, they told us that the owner who was consulted by phone had asked that we leave the store and refused to speak with us. It was one of the strangest and most unacceptable experiences I had from a vendor, where they knowingly were made aware that they had defected products, but still refused to provide a refund and assumed that initially replacing it with another defected product was sufficient. I had planned to complain to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) because they had sold a defected product that ended up making my other orchids sick, but I decided to let time and poor service take its toll. It was a very strange encounter and customer service experience, and I do not recommend others to shop here.

Not even worth for the one star! I ordered my bouquet on August 30th and should be completed on September 14th. At the almost final moment, I received a phone call from their florist Patricia. According to her, she can't make my bouquet with my cost which I paid for already. It was 2:50 definitely I was middle of something and should be done by 3:00 and I told her I'd call her back after that. However, unbelievably, she had already left 3:10! The lady who picked up my call-back said, she doesn't wanna make my bouquet even any reasons! Either their order system for the specific flowers and stems or their prices, I said I would be able to change my idea. Yet, they still don't want to make it work before 4 days before my pick-up date! They think it's totally enough time for me to find another shop, and Yes! Patricia said so! Moreover, the workers in this shop keep telling lies or making fake stories for the co-worker to put blame on the their customer. They never think they are wrong. Their apologies doesn't sound true. They totally messed up!

I've had a good experience here twice, so this time I spent more than normal and got a large bouquet. The flowers were great on day one, but half the bouquet went limp and brown two days later. I called to politely ask if this was normal and told 'sometimes that happens. Thanks, goodbye'. Not impressed with the customer service and lack of desire to 'make it right'. I thought I'd give them another chance so I just bought another bouquet (Feb. 2018) and wow, the same thing happened. My wife was shocked when I told her what I paid. Vivio will not be seeing me or my credit card again.
