The lady there is sweet and helpful. The flowers are nice, and they have good houseplants. Prices are up - but so is everything lately, and that's not all on them. However, as the plague is spiking due to omicron, neither of the two men working there who were doing flower arrangements and wandering around were masked... while coughing a bit. Hey, I get inhaling a bit of pollen and needing to cough. But mask the heck up right now just to be sure. I'd like to be able to keep supporting small local places, but the shops should try to keep us safe while we do so too.

I have had a great experience every time I have been in here! They assemble bouquets in front of your eyes, but also have premade bouquets in case you are in a rush. The owner is meticulous and has an excellent eye for design- if you pick one kind of flower you like he will choose other things that go well. He even put little water bottles on each individual stem when I told him I would be transporting it a long way! An extra bonus: it is RIGHT at the alma bline stop.

A bit on the pricey side, but what do you expect from a business situated in the Vancouver West Side? The service here is excellent, and there is a wonderful selection of lovely orchids here. These guys have made my mother very happy on Mother's Day.

I had forgetful day and needed to get a bouquet last minute for my girlfriend. The owner was awesome, open on Thanksgiving and able to pull together a beautiful arrangement last minute! I will go back if I’m ever in need of a last minute get out of jail card ????!

They have very good taste and always special order the most healthy plants with long lasting blooms. Parking is a challenge but they are worth the effort.

This is my go-to florist over the last 8 years in the city and they've never failed me in terms of quality, service and speed. I usually tell them the purpose for the bouquets, gift preference, and a few other notes, and I let them surprise me. Their price is extremely fair and I even had them import a particular flower once. If you're looking for style and quality, this is your stop.

Ordered flowers three weeks ago for my mom to be delivered today for Mother’s Day. She sent me a picture of what arrived . Looks NOTHING like what I ordered. The one I picked out was vibrant colours and no greenery , lots of flowers. The one that arrived was washed out pale colours. Looks nothing like what I ordered . Disappointed to say the least. Would not recommend this florist . In response to your response, the order was under my husbands credit card. I have emailed you the details and pictures.
