They have really lovely products but poor service. I was unhappy with the cashier who was more argumentative than helpful when it came to packaging my African violet.

This is my go-to florist on West Broadway in Vancouver's Kitsilano neighbourhood. The family-run shop is always well-stocked and I enjoy that they always remember who I am and ask about my family. I have bought many a house plant from Garland, and they always flourish in my house where plants from other places do not. The quality is wonderful. I've put them on my regular route in the neighbourhood, stopping in every week or two for fresh flowers as well. Their small bouquet selection on the street front is always lovely.

Always love their arrangements and have had great service, even during the busy Mother's Day weekend! Managed to squeeze my order in last minute and called me to remind me to pick it up when I was late.
