We ordered a bridesmaid bouquet a little over a week in advance, when pickup day arrived and the bouquet was not as expected. The manager Lidy was very flexible and comprehensive to fix the bouquet at the last minute. She took time and patience to help fix the bouquet to leave us satisfied. The price was also way better than other flower shops in the area (we checked a lot of them). I would highly recommend this flower shop, make sure to speak to Lidy, she's great. We also got some groomsmen boutonnieres and petals.

A relative that couldnt attend the funeral ordered a flower wreath online. The wreath was quite small and theres a cheap namecard that came with it (not even ribbon) that has a section "for the funeral of (deceased)". What yhrew me off was that they shop mistakenly wrote MY name in that section and crossed off and right next to it was the actual deceased's name?!?!? As I was the recipient or person supposed to ensure the delivery was delivered to the funeral home but a note was left that it is for the funeral of the deceased. I find this EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL to both the deceased and myself. Seriously, its not hard to get a new card and rewrite the information as it was just a cheap 1mm thick card. ESPECIALLY if it is for an event such as a funeral. I am truly disappointed that there will be a shop that will just cross out a name on something important like this. Truly unbelievable!!

* NOT HAPPY* I called from across the country to send Christmas flowers to a friend. We had requested and paid for fresh cut flower arrangement for Christmas. They were delivered on the right day... however half of the baby roses (suppose to be full size roses) were severely wilted after a few hours. Clearly not vibrant and full of life as promoted and featured on their website. After receiving an phone call from my friend who wanted to advise me of the poor condition of the flowers. I followed up with the manager of the store, they attempted to rectify their mistake and send out a new bouquet. This would have been great, except for the fact it was a totally different bouquet than originally ordered. It was taken to the front desk of the hotel and left for the hotel to arrange!? I thought for over $75 they should have at least the florist arrange them.... Also they sent the wrong flowers which were much cheaper that the roses originally ordered. Chrysanthemum mums with a sporadic rose here and there, instead of Full size rose arrangement!!?? Poor quality, attempt at good service and ultimately a disappointed customer and flower recipient. :( Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!

I went to a few florists to inquire about a bouquet mostly full of greenery and flower fillers for a bridal photoshoot. I showed the girl a picture of a small arrangement i'm trying to achieve with practically no flowers (just the greenery itself). I was told it would cost $100 dollars... For what? It's outrageous to pay $100 for some green leaves. I went to another florist on the same street a few blocks away and explained the same scenario. She told me she could do the same arrangement for 40. What a price difference. I wonder where they're getting these prices from. Felt like a complete rip off to me.

Great service! You can order online from anywhere in the world (I ordered from Bolivia) and have it delivered to Vancouver (I got it for my sister). They were exactly as pictured on the website (including a vase). I even told them to deliver after work (at a specific time) and they called to make sure she'd be home. I was very disappointed with my last purchase! no beautiful bouquets...it seems like this place is stuck in time with ideas, please google what is out there on the market now! also it took a lady forever to add a few flowers to already existing bouquet that i had chosen, there should be at least someone who has any sense of taste and beauty but not just an ability to put a few flowers together and wrap it up ( she manages to mess up even this stage :/)

Unbelievable quality, and fantastic customer service. The bouquet I ordered arrived at a decent delivery time, and the quality was one of the best I’ve received. The shop clearly takes pride in their work. The flowers have lasted 7 days, and were in full bloom at 4. I will be ordering from here in the future.

I had a bit of a disaster happen- I had ordered flowers online from another shop nearby, and they did not specify that they wouldn’t be open Victoria Day (my Mom’s birthday)or get in contact with me to say they wouldn’t be able to complete the order! ???? I panicked and began phoning other florists this afternoon- thinking there would be no hope for same day delivery. I was wrong! I had half an idea and a picture and they created a beautiful bouquet and boutineer for us. The clerk asked lots of questions about size and shape of bouquet, preference for colours, preference on a couple specific flowers she thought would work well, etc to ensure we would get what we wanted. I'd definitely recommend them as a wedding flower vendor. Very easy to work with, friendly and the order was perfect. I will definitely be back to buy flowers for gifts from here. They sell cut flowers and I also saw a few options for potted house plants (orchids, ferns, succulent, etc). Plus they are an independent local business which we prefer to support.

This is the WORST experience I have ever had ordering flowers online, and I have ordered from various florists in Vancouver over a dozen times. They delivered a Get Well arrangement when the recipient wasn't home - and was in fact, continuing a family holiday unbeknownst to me when I ordered. I was blamed for providing a phone number that wasn't in service, that when they tried to call me on my cell it didn't connect (yet I have call display and can see exactly when the call came - they left no message and foolish me, didn't think it was important to call back if they couldn't leave a message). They delivered the arrangement and left it on the porch, told me the driver left a phone message for the recipient (but remember, I was told I provided a number that was out of service). 8 days later, I find out that someone found the flowers on the porch & picked them up - they will be dead by the time the recipient gets home. I contacted Teleflora, with whom they are affiliated, and was told that under no circumstances are deliveries to be left when there is no answer. Now I"m trying to get my money back. Wish me luck. This could take some time. I will NEVER order from them again and I will tell anyone who asks why.

they overcharge for corsages/boutonieres which arent very good quality. White roses = tiny green roses? Take the extra time to go out to point grey or another downtown florist for grad because the price and the quality just didn't meet the standard for me here.

Absolutely beautiful! My mom called and ordered me flowers. She said that I like jewel tones and turquoise and a couple flowers I might like, and asked for something unique. Love the arrangement they put together. The vase is perfect, and my favourite shade even. They were delivered about 3 hours after calling, and she was so nice on the phone and so was the man who delivered! I'm assuming they are husband and wife based on their website. I definitely recommend them, and will be buying myself flowers from here in the future! It's always beautiful to see their storefront as well - I live nearby and get to walk past quite often.

I bought wreath for a funeral. The size and quality looks nothing like the website. It’s much smaller and thinner, and contains much less flowers. The message wasn’t printed on a ribbon but instead hand written on a cheap piece of paper with a pencil. If you have family events where memories are important, do not shop here!

Do not recommend at all, neither in person or even worse for delivery. One point for actually providing a delivery service, however, just go somewhere else. I ordered flowers for delivery. Not only they were much more expensive than other places (only ones left for delivery at that moment) but when the flowers came, around 40%of the flowers were already withered, brownish yellow color, and estel edges. Also in person, really unfriendly and expensive, poor quality and selection of flowers, while being more expensive than other davie stores. Save your money
