Blown away by my experience ordering from Celsia Florist today. I placed a same-day order just after 8 am this morning with minimal expectations given that I was the one who left things to the last minute. Not only was the bouquet delivered by 2:30 pm, it is simply STUNNING. One of the most beautiful arrangements I've ever seen. Not to mention that whoever wrote the personalized card even fixed a small typo in what I submitted. If every experience is like this, I truly can't understand why anyone would ever buy flowers elsewhere. Side note: I've also purchased potted plants from Celsia before and that was an equally wonderful experience.

Stunning!! I wanted to sincerely say thank Celsia Flowers for such exceptional works. I ordered these flowers for my friend's milestone 30th Birthday. She received the flowers- her (and I) are completely blown away at how beautiful they are. I have honestly never seen such beautiful flowers!! I received my plants within 3 hours; it was packaged nicely and the plants were beautiful. The pots were a lot sturdier than I envisioned, so I was pleasantly surprised. Their website was very aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate. Their photos were great at depicting how the actual plants look and their live chat was very helpful. Celsia was and still is my dream florist! I am a wedding photographer, so I feel like my standards for florals are pretty high. Joh and her team created absolutely gorgeous florals for my wedding in September 2016. I could not have been happier with everything they provided and how it all turned out. It was perfect. My first time using Celsia was for 2 floral arrangements last weekend for my Celebration of Life, and I was blown away with how gorgeous and how perfect they reflected my dad. I only gave a few descriptors..., the bouquets were being placed at the The Shaughnessy Restaurant at the Van Dusen gardens and needed to compete with the stunning backdrop, they had to have a tropical feel with some splashes of red, and they had to have lots of flowers as my dad loved flowers. These guys nailed it!!! I don’t think I’ve seen such a gorgeous bouquet as these. Thank you for helping us make last Sunday such a beautiful day. The bouquet is still going strong in my dining room. I’ll definitely be getting my next bouquet from Celsia.

I’m not one to usually leave negative reviews, however I have had a terrible experience with this florist. We hired Celsia to provide flowers for our wedding in 2020. Unfortunately, we had to postpone due to the ongoing pandemic. Ultimately we ended up canceling our large BC wedding because we are out of province and it is not safe to travel. I have reached out to Celsius numerous times to discuss the deposit we paid (in the thousands) to see if we can receive at least a portion back. We gave them ample notice so they can rebook another event and they would not have had to order/pay for florals for our wedding. They will not even acknowledge receipt of any of my emails! The last one asked someone to please at least respond to me as this is really unprofessional and NOTHING! Not even a no. I would strongly advise against booking a wedding with this florist. I’ve never experienced anything like this.

Shopping with Celisa is an overall amazing experience. Their customer service team is incredibly thoughtful and responsive and they pay attention to every last detail, down to the beautifully put together packages, complete with handwritten cards (and even address labels!). Not to mention that the plants and flowers they sell are extremely beautiful and well designed. I would 100% recommend them both for large company orders and for personal flower delivery.

They have the sweetest customer service that makes you feel you’re best friends already and you can tell that they put so much love in their craft! We had a great experience with our flowers from Celsia Florist! We had a very small wedding last weekend and didn't plan to get any flowers, but my mother in law insisted we at least get a bouquet and boutonniere. And I'm so glad she did! When I went online, it was very hard to find prices and packages that suited what we were looking for. And then I found Celsia! They were recommended to me by my officiant and had the perfect option for us to just get the flowers we were looking for. I gave a pretty vague description of what I wanted and listed some specific flowers and Celsia delivered 10000%! They included all of the special flowers I asked for and the bouquet looked so gorgeous. I ordered a few months early and they even reached out a week or so before to confirm everything. I felt so special carrying my beautiful bouquet on the day and my groom looked great with his boutonniere! It's been almost a week now and the flowers are still going strong in a vase on our kitchen table. I smile every time I walk past them. Gorgeous flowers and wonderful experience working with this team! I highly recommend them!

I placed an order for same day delivery and was delighted to know that it was delivered around noon today. I just FaceTimed with my mom and she told me she wasn’t sure who the flowers were from since there was no card or message. There was an option to submit a message online to be written on a card and I had asked to write happy birthday and that I loved her. I asked my mom to show me the flowers as I was hoping it would look somewhat similar to their signature look displayed online but it was no where nearly as impressive or beautiful as the online photos. I could tell my mom was really appreciative of my gesture but I could also tell she wasn’t inlove with her flowers. Not gonna lie, I was a bit heartbroken that my mom was not blown away by the signature arrangement flowers and that they were no where near as beautiful as they appeared online. I also got my mom to send me photos and it looked like no thought was put into the selection or arrangement of flowers. I had really high hopes as they have great reviews and their IG photos of their flowers are stunning! Flowers appeared fresh but the selection and arrangement was not special in comparison to the beautiful photos I saw online.

Used this florist twice and had very good service both times. They use the best flowers with very good colour combinations. I ordered the flowers at 9AM and they were able to deliver by 12pm. The customer service reps through the online chat were very helpful in making my experience seamless. Would highly recommend.

It's my mom's first birthday without my dad. When he passed, we received an abundance of white bouquets that lasted for days. We also laid white flowers in his grave. My mom specifically does not like white flowers because it reminds her of the day my dad passed away. Because we cannot physically be with her this year due to COVID restrictions, I sent her Celsia's Signature Bouquet. The staff at Celsia was not only compassionate, but they understood and they delivered a bouquet that brought tears to my mom's eyes. The rest of my family thought that she doesn't like flowers in general, but she loved Celsia's flowers. Thank you, Celsia, I will be a returning customer for all my floral needs!

I placed a phone order with Celsia for a bouquet to be sent to my friend. It was short notice but the flowers were delivered the same day. I had left the design fairly open-ended, simply referencing one of the photos on their website. I am across the country but subsequently saw photos of the arrangement and it was absolutely spectacular! The bouquet was just what I wanted and envisioned, actually exceeding my expectations. The flowers were unique and gorgeous, the delicate colours were perfect for my friend, and the calligraphy on the card was above and beyond! What a lovely touch, (and I would like to express my compliments to the artist, the writing was beautiful!) The delivery was a impulse surprise for my friend. It all went off perfectly and I really wanted to say thank you so much! My google search suggested Celsia is “upscale” and I certainly am so pleased I chose the right company from whom to order. A beautiful bouquet, sweet touches, all delivered with care. Celsia is upscale in quality, service and design for sure! I have to say upfront I can't comment on their flowers, cause I simply wasn't given a chance to buy them. My review is about their staff and the way they deal with their prospective clients.I went there after my local flower shop was closed over the weekend and I desperately needed my wedding bouquet for the next day (very last-minute, I know). As I came in, the 3 girls who work there didn't even say hello and tried to ignore my presence for a good couple of minutes. When I was finally noticed, I tried to explain what I came for and was met half-way with a firm 'No'. I tried again, this time making it more specific, saying I need something very simple with only couple of seasonal flowers and nothing like a massive rose-overflown typical wedding bouquet. I was told all the wedding bouquets have to be pre-arranged and nobody will do it for me at such a short notice. I pointed at one of the small bouquets next to the cashier and asked if they could prepare one of these from some left-over flowers. Again, they said 'No'. Eventually, taking a retreat, I asked if they can at least recommend any nearby flower shop where I could go, to which the answer was... 'No'! Seeing my disbelief, one of the girls murmured something about Granville Island and the other mentioned... Whole Foods Market. I almost laughed out loud. Needless to say, I easily found a nearby florist (Aria florist and wedding design) where I was listened to and attended to with friendliness and respect. Oh, and guess what - they prepared my simple wedding bouquet on the spot!

I was live in New Zealand and I bought flowers for my mom's birthday, because I saw the pictures on their website was great. BTW, my mom's birthday is on 27th which is a Saturday and I have asked them to delivered it to my mom to make her a surprise. I booked it more than days before her birthday. But then i received the email on 27th 8.39 said my mom's phone number was wrong. due to the time difference, I replied them with correct phone number on 10am. Then I thought they could delivered to my mom this time. But...at 2 pm, they said due to they received my email so late, and they didn't open on Sunday so they will deliver it on Monday.... Excuse me? it's been late for two days! Then I thought I could give them second chance, at least they will make a good bunch of flowers just like photo showing.However, the flowers finally received shocked me, only three roses, some wild flowers and all grass. I could't believe it's made by a designer!!! and in my life time I never seen such a bad design and disappointed service. really upset and couldn't make my mom happy. I just feel sorry and I will never, ever come back again. wish you good luck! the worst online shopping experience!

I felt like I was basically across the counter dealing with absolutely amazing people... it felt that 'in person'. The day before Christmas Eve, 5000 kms away in Mexico where I live, I emailed Celsia, my dilemma, I needed to get my daughter a birthday gift (Dec 24) nothing Christmassy (the gift I'd sent by mail had not arrived). The attention to my order was over-the-top wonderful, and the care in delivering (and switching out a spray of greens) at last minute (because she has a cat and I'd selected something dodge-ey) was incredible. As was follow up. I later received a photo from my daughter and true-to-the-website-image, there was a gorgeous combination of live plant, and a separate spray of perfect aromatics. I highly recommend this wonderful and responsive team of amazing people.

I ordered stems for my wife's birthday. Celsia couldn't confirm when the stems would get delivered all along. I kept calling a few times and getting the answer that they had lots of other orders to handle as well. Eventually the flowers got delivered at 3:30pm with uncertain waiting. Does it make sense that you would expect the birthday stems to arrive almost end of business day, though I didn't specify the delivery time? By the way, the ordering web page doesn't have delivery time asked. Don't blame on customer for it.

Website is super user friendly, chat service was a great touch. I got my questions answered immediately. I order flowers in the morning and they were delivered that same afternoon to their recipient. It was crucial that the bouquet had the wow factor and they absolutely did. The bouquet that Celsia Florist put together was FANTASTIC! Worth every penny. I called Celsia Florist only a week before Christmas and asked them if they could make an Advent Wreath for my holiday table fitted with some special candle holders I had just received. They didn't hesitate to help me, even with the late notice, and quickly said they could do it and gave me a very reasonable quote. All of my interactions with Celsia Florist were wonderful- Kathlene was especially lovely and went out of her way to help me. The end result was a beautiful wreath that lit up our home for all of Christmas day, everyone commented on how much they loved it. We are still enjoying it two weeks later. My husband got me the dozen-rose bouquet for the Valentine's yesterday. Although I am thankful for the gift, we were not sure if this is what he ordered yesterday morning at the shop. He wanted the flowers delivered to his workplace and the clerk promised it be delivered by 5:30pm as that's when they close. He said sure, but by the time it was past 5:30pm no flowers were dropped off. He was worried as he paid $100 for it but thought to himself maybe they are too busy. After 7:30pm ish, no flowers and no message from the shop. He called the shop which went through the voice-mail as the shop is closed. Furious by now that he sent his co-worker(let's say his name is Tom) to the shop to see what's going on. Luckily people were still there and obviously forgotten all about his order! They asked if Tom wanted to carry the flowers or should they deliver it- seriously?! After your own mistake? Tom ended up carrying it for my husband. The shop never gave my husband an apology message although he left his number with them when placing the order. So yes, we are not sure if this is what he ordered. After looking through your website for the Valentine's day gifts, mine looks nothing like what you guys arrange. It looks almost too plain. Your web is full of beautiful arrangements but I am not convinced if those are actually your works. Oh! And my husband requested to put a "Happy Valentine's Day" card in the bouquet but it wasn't even there.

Over the years I have purchased stunning floral bouquets from Celsia as gifts for friends and family and I always dreamt about having them design for my wedding. Well last week my wedding floral dreams came true in a big way. I knew they would be amazing, but I was truly blown away. Apart from marrying my best pal and celebrating with friends and family, they were my favorite part of the wedding and brought me joy all night long. Was very sad at how small the bouquets are for the price. Possibly the neighborhood factors into this, as I receive the same quality of flowers (harder to find and higher end varieties) at Flower Factory for a much better price. I would have received double the flowers with them. I had followed Celsia on Instagram for a long time and was expecting much more. The girls in the shop were lovely and nice, but I just felt I was definitely over charged for what I received.

Definitely recommend this flower shop as I’ll be using them for the foreseeable future. Here is my experience with them. Due to an unfortunate situation with their courier service, a mishap occurred with the delivery of flowers on Valentine’s Day but before you make a judgement based solely on this please read on. The owner was extremely apologetic and not only did they offer to refund my purchase, they made up for the situation by delivering bouquets of tulips to my fiancé and her students for Easter! Not only was I impressed by their willingness to surprise my fiancé, they made it a very special occasion for her grade 2 students. Any owner with that type of kindness and generosity deserves my business not to mention their bouquets are beautiful and the staff does a great job tailoring to the situation. Thank you Celsia!

Updating from a 3 star to 5 star rating. My first order from Celsia was less-than-stellar. The bouquet that I had requested didn't look like the photo they had on their website, and my mother ended up rearranging the flowers herself once she received the delivery. The company contacted me with an apology the day after I posted my initial review and provided options for a second order to make up for the first. I could see from their emails that they were really committed to making this a special experience for my mother, and their level of customer service was above and beyond any I've ever received. I placed my second order for Valentine's Day and the bouquet that was delivered was ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful bouquet. I highly recommend Celsia if you're looking to purchase flowers in Vancouver. Their staff are friendly, delivery is prompt, and their arrangements are beautiful and unique. I ordered one of their posy bouquets, and was beyond impressed! The website only shows a few default patterns, so I was a little bit worried if they would make what I wanted... and was surprised in all the best ways. The bouquet came out EXACTLY the way I imagined it, and the way my girlfriend would have wanted (believe me, she's picky with her aesthetics). Although I gave fairly specific orders, there were many ways that they could have executed them. Perhaps there's some coincidence in how it came exactly as I imagined. BUT the fact stands that they went out of their way to go way off-template, to cater to my needs. The only con I can raise is that the shipping cost was fairly high... but to some extent that's out of their control, and I was able to specify an exact date of arrival (2 days after my order), so it's really not a big deal.

I ordered the $75 seasonal bouquet for a family friend who is going through a rough time, in hopes to enlighten her day. I requested to have the flowers deliver yesterday at noon. It arrived at their doorsteps close to 5pm. I have gone to the store to manually pick out bouquets for my friends and have always thought they looked gorgeous. This was my first time placing an order for a delivery. After receiving pictures of the flowers, disappointment was an understatement. I definitely do not think it was worth $75, for wilting flower pieces, selection of flowers, and overall arrangement and presentation. For ~$90 and for this company’s well known reputation, I thought the flowers would be fresh and beautiful. The store bouquets and online pictures are definitely much better and I think it’s because at the store, I can manually choose which one I want to purchase. Whereas, ordering online, I don’t think they care or put much effort into the presentation since the buyer can’t see it before hand. I’m not confident to order flowers with Celsia anymore since it’s a hit or miss.

I ordered this arrangement very last minute for same day delivery and had to call the shop twice to ask questions. Each time the person on the phone was extremely helpful. Only thing was I asked for an update to delivery via text on after purchase and didn’t get an update. I emailed the store after they were closed and still got a reply back the same night. I sincerely appreciate the effort from the team. I was quite surprised really. Review: Premium pricing for average flowers. For me, it was a real disappointing "reality vs. expectation' situation. I ordered the Season Cocktail Arrangement for my grandma's birthday and received a cheap-looking arrangement (carnations and daisies) with a lot of green leaf fillers. The arrangement was scraggly looking and looked nothing like their sample photos. Attached photos for what I received and what they advertise. I've ordered plenty of flowers arrangements before and even with disclaimers it's actually comparable to the photo and final product, but I did not find this to be the case.

Celsia Florist Vancouver did an exceptional job of putting together and delivering two amazing plants for my sweet daughter-in-law. The Hoya Kerri double heart plant is incredible. It fit the pick me up gift I was looking for. Also a snake plant for my grandson who loves snakes! The pots are simply great..cement! I looked for a florist online as I'm from the Calgary, AB area. Celsia caught my eye with their amazing creative options. They definitely will be on my list for a repeat! Take a look on their website for photos, as I haven't yet downloaded the ones delivered. The plants my daughter received are even better than the ones on the online shop!! She is very happy with her very cool new heart plant. Quality. I wasn't going to write a review but it really bothered me after 3 yrs .My wife ordered our wedding flowers from them back in 2014. We met with them in person and selected the centerpieces and bouquets from their gallery from their website. We ended up spending more than $3000 on these flowers and they arrived at our banquet like garbage. Looked nothing like what they had posted on their social media/website. It was absolutely cheap and pathetic looking. They looked nothing like the flowers in the picture in terms of the arrangement and selection of flowers. We selected centerpieces and bouquets to be full of roses and other flowers they all arrived with just 1 or 2 roses and the rest just grass and random leaves. it was as if their posted photos were there to just deceive people. They charge 3 times more than other florists and yet the quality was poor. To me it was like they scammed us, if it wasn't for my wife who said just leave it i would have taken legal action towards them for scamming us. My two brothers who got married after us used another florist, our centerpieces were around $150 each theirs were only $20 and the arrangement, selection of flowers (at least they had REAL flowers not grass and leaves), and freshness of flowers were all above Celsia Florist. If you are planning a wedding or even looking for flowers for valentines day I would recommend you not to use them. You will regret it!

The arrangement was beautiful. However, all the flowers were in full bloom already when I received them. After two days,1/3 of the arrangement already wilted. They should use fresher flowers in my opinion. I think an arrangement should last at least 4 days without any wilting. I properly watered them, it’s just the flowers were too old already.
