Super cute little flower shop. Whenever I go there I feel so fresh. All the plants and flowers are amazingly fresh and beautiful and smell so nature, and feel welcoming too. I went there for bouquet this week. As i know, most of flower shops usually already made bunch of flower bouquets and put the prices there. But in here he makes whatever you want, as you give him fave colour and budget. And his aesthetic sense is excellent.

You can tell by the strikingly well-designed interior that the owner has an exquisite eye for detail and it shows in his flower arrangements as well. Lots of really interesting plants and vases to peruse. I predict this place may become Instagram famous. I'll surely be back for more!

My boyfriend and I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother's birthday. We live in Alberta and she lives in Vancouver. Mosen was so kind and went above and beyond with customer service. He delivered it to my mothers home and when we received it she was so happy. It made her day! The bouquet was SO BEAUTIFUL! I'm so glad and will be purchasing more bouquets and plants from here

Whenever I'm having a bad day I visit this store and it makes me so happy. The plants are so cared for and healthy and wonderful, and the store is so well put together and beautiful. I never write reviews, but I've been here a few times and it's just serene, the owners really care about the plants well-being before and after they're sold. As soon as you step into the store it's so peaceful. The prices are good, and I've never had a plant from here die on me. Please do yourself a favour and visit this wonderful little place.

On Christmas Eve at 4 pm, we decided to send flowers to our daughter and her husband and his family in Vancouver. To our great joy, we reached Moshen at Bita and ordered a bouquet, which was delivered to our daughter's apt. Building at 1 pm on Christmas day, to their (and our) delight and surprise. It was a wonderful addition to their Christmas and we were impressed by the service and would recommend Bita. And the flowers were beautiful!

The most beautiful florist shop in Vancouver. Completely packed to the brim with healthy, beautiful plants. The experience feels almost magical. You can circle the small shop ten times, and always find a new treasure on your rotation. I recommend getting your hostess gift, your birthday gift, or your just-because gift here before anywhere else. The owner was a lovely, knowledgeable man who knew care instructions for every single plant in the store, and more.

My experience was horrible. After reading several reviews of the shop being a cute friendly place, I walked through the doors and it was the furthest thing from it. The guy who works there and claims to be the manager was being exceptionally rude and told me “I don’t have time for you” when I asked him a question about a plant. Truly the lowest of the low when it comes to customer service. as well as basic respect. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES????

This place is pure perfection! Such awesome prices for plants and potters. They repotted a plant for us right in store. The owner seems to love his plants and gives great instructions on how to care for them. And it's so beautiful inside and everything is so green and healthy! Love love!

Fabulous customer service and very knowledgeable. I felt the prices were fair, I got this hanging plant with its vase for $20. Side note, the owner is an excellent musician and I was quite surprised to find myself plant shopping to live music. If you have a couple extra minutes, ask him about the santur and his experience playing it!

Wonderful little flower shop! They have a gorgeous selection of tropical plants and amazing flower arrangements. I bought my brother's engagement bouquet here and Lauren was able to make a beautiful arrangement within my budget! They flowers here are well priced too. The staff is also superb! Lauren is so kind, and I met the owner the next day to pick up the arrangement too. Highly recommend Bita :)

A friend of mine who is outside of Canada asked for flower delivery service in Vancouver. I googled and found out online flower shops prices are absolutely out of my friend's budget. I kept asking friends until I got a recommendation for Bita Florist. I checked the website and found very different range of prices. I talked to the owner and explained the situation and limited budget. The owner did an extraordinary job in preparing a beautiful bouquet and delivered it on time. I probably exchanged more than 10 text messages with the owners to make sure the order would be prepared and delivered on time. The responses were very respectful, very professional and very quick. After the delivery, I had a feeling that they treated me as a close friend and put lots of love and considration in the bouquet. I definitely recommend this place and be back for more orders!

One of my favourite flower shops! The staff and owner are really nice people. They have such an extensive collection for such a small space. They also sell some pretty cute pots. Prices are reasonable too :) I find at most places I have to damage control a few weeks after I get a plant from them because they don’t maintain them properly. But i’ve never had that issue here, everything i’ve bought from them are thriving and growing without any hassle :)

I went there last week and told the owner that I was looking for a bouquet for potential dried flowers decor. So he asked my budget and preference then made one for me! The color combination was so aesthetic, and I was very happy with it. Then I hang dried all flowers for a week. Today I trimmed them a bit and put it on the wall! The whole experience was very pleasant. Definitely will go back later for another bouquet.
