Excellent Customer Service and gorgeous flower I have online order a fresh flower bucket for my wife's bday which cost $289. It's not expensive but also not cheap. I have requested the bucket to be delivered to the restaurant which I have booked for a birthday dinner. The bucket was delivered around 4 pm and I arrived at 7 pm. When the manager delivered the flower bucket to us, my wife is literally crying as all the flowers are dead which is a very suspicious way. I email be bloom flower shop right away and they reply within an hour which obviously they should be off work already. They sent me a very sincere apology email although they were pretty sure they have sent the flower bucket out in a gorgeous and perfect form. They promise they will remake it and deliver it in person the next day. I'm so impressed and thankful they will do that. And the next day, we did receive a gorgeous and perfect flower bucket. I can felt this floral shop really care about their clients. And the flower designs are great and trendy. I will order again and I really recommend this floral shop to all of you who looking for a fine florist.

The florist doesn't understand the flower arrangement at all, only asks me how to get it. 2: The flowers were already bad, and all dead by the next day. Some of the flowers sent were soft, and all the next day died. 3: They stoped replying me once I told them the flowers were dead. I told them on the WeChat that the flowers are dead, they will not reply to me. She does not know how to make any flower arrangements. She just has NO ideas at all!!! The florist of this shop has to ask me what to do, what color is the main flower, and actually ask me how to get the flowers, ask me some very unprofessional problems, the whole process is me Saying what they do, they don’t have any opinion about the flower arrangement, it’s entirely up to the guests themselves. I always ask how I want to match.... What is the flower and ask me what to do? What flower to use instead.... How do I know? ! When I feel the whole process, I feel that I can’t buy flowers without knowing the flowers. She just has NO ideas at all!!! 这家店的花艺师做个花 什么都要问我，什么颜色什么主花都订了，还居然要问我配花要怎么弄，问我一些很不专业的问题，整个过程下来，就是我说什么他们做什么，对于插花没有任何自己的见解，完全靠客人自己来说。总会问我想怎么搭配....什么花没了又问我怎么办 要用什么花代替....我怎么知道啊？！整个过程感受下来我就觉得：不懂花还不能买花了

Lillian was very professional and helpful. I made a phone order to have a bouquet customized with a certain type of flower that fits my budget. She was able to get something made accommodating all my request and in the right color scheme too! And the delivery was made in the exact time frame I asked. Great experience.

My boyfriend visited here for our anniversary. He was in a hurry and he was handed over to buy old pre-made bouquet for $36.80 (after tax). It was already wilting when I received them. It is disappointing to find out he was recommended to buy flowers that are ready to be trashed after one week of purchase (Please see the image below). Therefore, we do not recommend this place- there are way better places in Vancouver for flowers for better quality at this price point.
