Sent a 40th birthday balloon "bouquet"... they forgot to send it, so we had to remind them of our order! Then, instead of festive colours for a BIRTHDAY, they send less than 40 balloons (though it should have been a 40 count), and they were all BLACK. The two "special" balloons were also of lower "dollar store" quality. It would've been cheaper to go to the dollar store, buy the balloons I want, and paid for the helium. Oh, and the balloons started drooping / deflating the next day. Definite ripoff!

Aria has been my go-to florist for special occasions. I've always ordered the 65-75 custom arrangement bouquet and have always had a great reaction from my SO. Quick and punctual delivery across vancouver with accommodation for last minute requests. From leaving some water at the bottom of the bouquet to misting the petals so they don't dry out, attention to detail is what brings me back every time. Highly recommend :)

WONDERFUL florist!! I contacted them somewhat last minute for a floral crown and boutonnieres/corsages. I emailed Michelle the owner 2 concept images for the type of floral crown I wanted and told her the types of flowers I liked as examples, even though I knew they were not in season. I paid over the phone. When I told Michelle I would be catching a morning ferry on the morning of, she was so amazing and offered to meet me at her shop before opening hours so I could pick everything up, to ensure the flowers would last as long as possible!! (so I didn't have to pick them up the night before and risk them wilting). When I picked them up early that morning the crown and flowers were really beautiful!! Her pricing was fantastic compared to other florists and she even somehow managed to get the flowers I mentioned, even though they were not in season!! Really fantastic service, I was so excited to show her pictures afterwords because her crown really MADE my whole look. Thanks so much for the beautiful flowers and wonderful service!!! Highly recommend this shop!!

The first thing you'll notice when you walk into Aria is how fresh it smells. The creativity and artistry of each arrangement is simple, unique and beautiful all at once. They had flowers I've never seen before in arrangements I wouldn't have thought of myself. The owner is incredibly talented, professional and is quite accommodating to the customer.
