I called Raymond's to order flowers for a dear friend who was staying in a local hotel alone while having radiation treatments. I explained this when I called to order. Not only was the florist friendly and kind, they sent an absolutely beautiful arrangement that my friend is still enjoying at home a week later. I love this place. The people that work there are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The flowers I buy last forever and the arrangements are absolutely beautiful. I use them for work to send various arrangements, and I've always heard good things about what they send. I tend to buy flowers at least once a month, and I've never had one issue. I went in the other day with my daughter, and one of the staff gave her a single rose just to be nice. I would recommend Raymonds to anyone looking for great arrangements at excellent prices. Flowers were just fine but two weeks later I was contacted saying THEY took my credit card info down incorrectly. I was then in the hospital recovering from surgery and then I was threatened that they would take me to collections. Treating customers like this when Raymond’s flowers made the mistake and admitted it and then threatened me with collections over their $170 dollar mistake is ridiculous. Bill is paid and I hope you’re happy as there’s many other small businesses that will benefit from my patronage.

I have been a loyal return customer since 2017 and ordered a Mother's Day flower arrangement 3 weeks ago, costing almost $200. When I called on the delivery day at 6.40 PM as the flowers have not arrived, I was faced with rude customer service and was told that they were very busy and the flowers will arrive the next day. I understand that many people also send flowers on Mother's Day and florists get a lot of business at this time. The fact that I was not informed of this miss in delivery and they kept taking orders beyond capacity were disappointing. As I asked for a cancellation, the flowers "luckily" started getting arranged and will arrive to recipient within the hour. I expected better customer service from Raymond's. "It's Covid" is not a good enough excuse. If anything, Raymond's should understand how much more important these flowers are to the recipient as many could not be with their mothers on this very important day.

I've been a long time customer, until today. In the past week, I've ordered 2x for floral arrangements. While waiting last week, I thought a staff member said something to me, so I turned around, and said "pardon?" She rudely said "I wasn't talking to you!" Yesterday I called in an order to be picked up today. While the woman was nice, she did not say "you're not allowed in the store". I understand the restrictions, and quite frankly, can't keep up! So I walk into the store today(door not locked, nor were any staff wearing masks), and had such a glare from one lady. No one said hello, good morning, how can I help you or I'm sorry but you're not allowed in. I said I'm here to pick up my order. Another woman said "we're closed". I said "when I called in the order yesterday, I was not told this!" I paid, and left. Yes, there was a closed sign up but I didn't see it. Never spending my money here again!

I recently received the most beautiful bouquet of autumn flowers that I have ever seen. The ceramic planter was in the shape of a pumpkin and very high-quality. It really put a huge smile on my face and definitely is the most beautiful table arrangement I’ve had. Also, they were very considerate to find a suitable delivery time.

An AMAZING experience working with Raymond's Flower Shop for our wedding flowers. Zuzana was a joy to work with. I showed her an inspiration photo and she made these beautiful flowers almost identical. She had vases for us to use and rent that matched the theme of our wedding. When the flowers came the day of set up, I actually cried they were so gorgeous. She made two beautiful arrangements for our triangular arch and the bridesmaids bouquets were really well done. The flowers were unique, full, colour rich and really well put together. I even took my bouquet with me on our honeymoon so that I could continue to enjoy the flowers. Flowers meant a lot to me and Zuzana and her team definitely met went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Raymond's Flowers!!!! Highly recommend!!!

HORRIBLE. Would never trust them to deliver again. I am from Waterloo but called from Europe to have a 50th birthday bouquet delivered. I called 3 days in advance and sent pictures of what I wanted through email detailing how important it was that it be delivered at the person's work by 3pm! I thought a personal call and 2 emails would be enough. When I called to check, this bouquet was not delivered and the flowers were still sitting on the table 2+ hours after delivery was supposed to be done. When I called to ask why, they still didn't jump on it and get it done. She said, "I'll get to this as soon as possible" and didn't offer any discount and even an apology took awhile. Customer service was terrible. I would never trust them again. Camerons Flowers, who saved the day, made the bouquet and delivered in less than an hour. THANK YOU CAMERONS!

My experience with Raymond's Flower Shop was outstanding. I placed the order on-line and accidentally put in a couple of pieces of incorrect information. Marina from Raymond's had to call me twice to get the correct information and she was very patient and pleasant. This order could have gone horribly wrong but because of Raymond's service through Marina, everything worked out beautifully. Last but not least, the arrangement was gorgeous and was very much appreciated by the recipient. Thank you Raymond's and thank you Marina!

VERY RUDE. Called in and politely asked "do you by any chance know a rough time frame for delivery" and the lady who replied said "Ha are you being serious?" in a very condisending tone. In addition, the person who delivered my flowers said she would arrive in 2 min then I waited in my lobby for 10min before calling her and then she replied with " omg im sorry i forgot" HOW DO YOU FORGET???? VERY BAD EXPERIECNCE.

I’m from BC and I didn’t know anyone in Kitchener and I didn’t know a reputable florist and this arrangement was very important to me! So I googled Florists and found Raymond’s, I then contacted a cyber friend back east who contacted her cousin who also recommended Raymond’s! With in 3 hours of my first conversation with them this absolutely stunning sympathy arrangement was made up and delivered to the recipient! The customer service I received was exceptional and the quality of their workmanship was amazing! Thank you! I will gladly spread the word!

My boyfriend got me a money tree from here for Valentine's day a couple years ago and it started looking a little sick, so I went in and the lady was more than helpful. She talked with me about what to do and suggested I get a moisture meter to make sure I'm not watering too much (which I was) I have since gone back many times to get flowers and they're always lovely. :)

I ordered flowers for my sister who loss her daughter. I wanted them delivered on a particular day. They were unable to deliver on that day as they could not get in touch with her. I was very upset but they rectified the situation by upgrading the flower arrangement and the owner personally delivered the them to my sister. Things do go wrong sometimes but Raymond's flowers went out of their way to change my experience. They really care about their customers. I will definitely use them again!

Prices are very high when compared to other flower shops, a dozen for 96$ which doesn’t make any sense. The owner when I asked was very mean to me, and didn’t give me even one minute to ask how can I help you. She showed me that she is very busy and doesn’t have time to reply, even when she replied the answer was too short and with attitude. Overall a very bad customer service, and very high prices.

Nice little flower shop with a good selection of both potted plants and cut flowers. Staff was helpful in providing guidance when I a colleague and I stepped in to buy something for another co-worker who had a family member pass away and we arrived with a set budget that we collected from the office. She offered potted options or would have prepared a bouquet of cut flowers as we waited. We opted for a potted tropical flower, which was nicely wrapped for us.

I am very upset. I ordered flowers on May 4th (and paid for them the same day) to be delivered to my mother on Saturday May 9th (today) because they said they cannot deliver on Sunday. It is now 10pm and she did not receive the flowers today. I called their shop 4 times during business hours to inquire about the delivery and no one answered. I feel stressed because I could not get a hold of anyone and my credit card was already charged. Update: I called again Sunday, Nicki said the flowers would be delivered, just late. She did not apologize for NO communication with me about not delivering on the day specified. She threatened to go take the flowers away from my mom if I wanted a refund. I said no one had received anything so how could she take them away? She said they had too many orders to call everyone. Very unprofessional. Covid-19 or not: You should not take people’s money when you know you won’t be able to deliver the service or you should let them know and offer a refund. Don’t use this place. They made the experience very stressful. I would have been fine if they left me a voicemail Saturday night saying “Sorry the flowers were not delivered today as promised, but they will be delivered tomorrow.” Instead I lost sleep and stressed that my mother would not receive anything for mother’s day. FYI: The store called me today and left me a sarcastic voicemail saying “thank you for the Google review.” Instead of apologizing, they decided to take the rude route. Also, the response below is inaccurate. They did not offer to cancel my order. They asked if I wanted them to go take the flowers away from my mother after they were delivered! That is horrible. If you have time to write a 2-paragraph response online then you should have had plenty of time on Saturday to tell me that my order would not be delivered on the day it was supposed to be. It is your responsibility as a business to communicate with your customers.
