I cannot say enough praise for Hailly. When I first approached her for our wedding florals, she jumped on a call with me to get to know my vision. She asked all the right questions and made the process seamless. I felt completely comfortable allowing her the creative freedom to bring my vision to life and she did not disappoint. Not only is she a very talented florist - high quality designs and florals - she provides an unparalleled level of customer service. Working with her was like working with a friend. I hope to have the opportunity to work with her again!

Hailly and her team were just amazing to work with. Friendly, professional - and willing to do some crazy backbends as we had to do several last-minute (i.e. day-before-the-wedding) pivots due to Covid! We ordered 5 bouquets, 5 boutonnieres, and 2 corsages for our wedding. Due to covid, I wasn't able to personally chose the flowers but gave Hailly ideas and examples instead. I put my full trust in her and it paid off! Our flowers were beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. Her prices were great and she worked to fit my budget perfectly. Her responses to my many questions were prompt and thorough. We were so happy with our results and 100% recommend Hailly!

When ordering our flowers with Hailly, I knew they would be beautiful, but when we saw them in the bridal suite I was in complete awe! Every single flower, placement, and colour was just absolutely perfect. The arrangements that Hailly Lucas Floral Design made for our event were stunning. The flowers were so fresh and the design was beautiful. Due to a last minute change to the COVID restrictions the day before the event, we needed to pick the arrangements up a day earlier than planned and Hailly was very accommodating. The service overall was exceptional and the flowers were absolutely a highlight of our event. We will definitely be contacting them again and have already recommended them to our friends.

We used Hailly for our May wedding after meeting her at a wedding show. We really liked how friendly and knowledgeable she was. When we began to search for quotes, Hailly was helpful in guiding us with what we wanted and needed. She was very quick with responding to our questions and very willing to meet with us as needed to ensure our day was perfect. She also went above and beyond to accommodate our changing needs including delivering all of the arrangements last minutes after we changed our minds. Most impressive, were the amazing arrangements she created for our wedding day. They were beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We had sent some visions of what we liked and we had a general idea of what it would look like, but we were truly blown away by how fantastic everything looked. We received so many compliments on the flowers from those who attended the wedding and those who saw pictures after. I wanted to wait until I got my photos back before posting this review but I couldn't wait a second longer to write about this incredibly talented person! I feel so grateful to have met and worked with Hailly. If you have stumbled across this review and you are unsure about whether you should reach out.. DO IT!! Hailly is so creative, accommodating and genuinely interested in you, your vision and working with you to make sure it all comes together (even better than you can imagine). She literally spent hours on the phone and zoom with me going through my ideas, questions, giving me options, and describing in detail what I could expect. She then followed those conversations up almost immediately with a well organized and detailed proposal. We received SO many compliments about our floral arrangements and my bridesmaids literally squealed when our bouquets arrived. The colours and textures were incredible. I truly believe she could work with any budget to create an atmosphere through florals that anyone would be proud to show off. My DOC even commented on how lovely, kind and helpful she was the day of our wedding. I truly can't recommend her enough and will post photos as soon as I get them back from my photographer.

The flowers for our wedding were more amazing than I even could picture, and they have been lasting beautifully for days afterwards (I write this 4 days after the wedding and they still look gorgeous!) We were able to use the arrangements for a brunch the next day and my aunt even brought a bouquet to a baby shower two days later! Working with Hailly was wonderful as well. She is very dedicated, responsive and flexible. She was always available when I had questions and was flexible with changes to the plan. She arrived on site at the wedding on- time and fully prepared to set up the arrangements. She is a very professional business woman and artist - I highly recommend her!

I was referred to Hailly through Hayley from Plan It Right Events and I knew from the initial consultation that Hailly was a good fit. I had a very specific vision and Hailly understood it right from the beginning but she took it to another level with her artistic ability and industry experience. She is personable and down-to-earth and we were lucky enough to meet her partner who is very kind and helpful as well. Truly, they are gems. Hailly’s communication with me was prompt and professional. Even with the wedding boom, she always replied to emails and updated my proposal to ensure we were on the same page with any changes that arose. I don’t know how she finds the time to do as much as she does. Hailly has been clear on social media that there are shortages in the floral industry and price increases due to the pandemic and I went into my contract with her knowing that there may be substitutions. Hailly has a quite professional proposal website that clearly indicated the floral plan and the timeline for my wedding. As an A-type personality, I really appreciated this as it ensured we were aligned. The flowers - sweet mother of dragons! They were stunning. I’m still dreaming about how gorgeous my bouquet was and how beautiful the reception and ceremony arrangements were. If Hailly had to make substitutions, I didn’t know about them because everything looked even better than I had envisioned. I received so many compliments on my flowers. I can’t wait to get the professional photos back so I can re-live them. They lasted well after the wedding so I was able to revel in them a bit more. My wedding felt like a dream and I couldn’t be happier with choosing Hailly Lucas Floral Design. I highly recommend her. Thank you Hailly :)
