The service is fantastic. However, my flowers died within 5 days. The flowers I purchased from costco outlived the $100 flowers from a professional shop. Unacceptable. I understand that it is the 'off season' for flowers. But this is ridiculous in my opinion. I pay for service AND quality. Not just a friendly voice over the phone.

It seems astounding to me that you can walk into a flower shop and have someone not only disregard your presence, but act as if you were completely annoying them because you came in to buy some flowers!! Um, really?!! Not to mention the flowers available, were shockingly awful! Plus, the lady was incredibly rude to me, talking down to me as if I couldn’t ‘afford’ to shop in her store. I was so upset with how I was treated, I walked out. Given that they are located on the main street of Stittsville, you would think that they would up their customer service game, and their stock. I’m surprised this place is still in business. Such a terrible experience. So sad. I love stittsville and will always support small businesses there. Always!! Unfortunately not this one????

Amazing customer service! My partner called a few hours before pick up and described what we were looking for based on their detailed website. Not only were they able to have it ready for us at 3PM when we requested, but the bouquet/arrangement was beautiful! Quick, easy and VERY affordable (especially during a global pandemic) Will definitely be returning!

Did flowers for my wedding in December. Looked identical to the picture I provided. I am from Stittsville, so I was so happy to be able to get my flowers from my hometown. They delivered them downtown to me for only an extra 10$. Highly recommend, dealt with Courtney and she is awesome!

I have always purchased arrangements for delivery, and have had really good feedback, but my first in store experience will be my last. I was looking for a last minute bouquet, nothing fancy.. and decided to stop in before heading to the local grocery store flower stop.No greeting just “hi”.. I asked if they could make a bouquet, “ no, you will have to order and come back”. I asked if they had any “ pre made” bouquets, “no”. No apologies, didn’t even bother to ask what the occasion was and what I was looking for.. No customer service at all. I really don’t think it would have taken much time to put something together - Very disappointed.

I gave them a one Star only because I could int give them a zero. I see some of these reviews must be family & friends and or fake. This place is not BBB Accredited and for good reason. See for yourself before you read more. Unbelievable bad service at this Flower shop. They are so unprofessional I am not even sure they actually do flowers. I placed an order 4 days ago for delivery. A delivery that never happened with zero attempts. They take your money and disappear. Buyer Be aware!!!! I Spoke to the owner Courtney today Dec 11th at 12:09pm and she definitely had the I don’t care attitude. It sounded like a fake flower shop. She lied repeatedly and told me that she had delivered a notice to my mother trying to get a hold of her and also left a note at the door. Unfortunately for her my mother doesn’t leave her home and the cameras at the location tell a different story. Why wouldn’t she attempt to call me as a customer to advise. This place has no problems taking your money and that is fraud. Police will be called as I want my money back. Stay away.

Terrible customer service. Attempts delivery to wrong address and blames the customer. Perhaps a good idea to confirm an address before delivering. No attempt to contact to notify. Said it wasn’t a priority as it wasn’t a special occasion.

If I could give a 100 star rating I could. Not only were they incredibly responsive and accommodating, the flower arrangements they created for my mother’s 50th birthday were absolutely stunning!! I provided a photo of what I had in mind and they went above and beyond to create beautiful flower arrangements (even better than the photo I provided). I have also bought a few plants for myself from Pretty Pots. The employees and owner took the time to explain what kind of plants they were as well as the kind of care they require. A friends grandma passed away and he loves collecting cool unique plants. Christmas is also his favourite holiday so I needed it to be extra special. I went into the store and the owner helped me pick out the perfect plant for him and wrapped it up in christmas colours with a bow. My friend absolutely loved it! He lives in rockland and now wants to make the trip just to visit the store and see what else she has! Thank you Pretty potts for the wonderful service. I and now my friend will definitely be back!

I learned about Pretty Pots 3-4 years ago and ever since I’ve never gotten my flowers elsewhere. The owner Courtney is super friendly and knows the answer to every question. The staff are always positive and extremely helpful. I’ve always had great service inside the shop and with delivery’s. Overall, its been only positive which is why I recommend this shop to everyone i know.

I had tried another florist before finding pretty pots and that florist let me down so the flowers I ordered for my aunt and uncle's anniversary didn't get sent. I quickly Googled florists again and found Pretty Pots. Their customer service was fantastic, Taking time to reply to my e-mails even as they were about to close. My credit card wasn't accepted but she still offered to send the flowers anyway and asked for a cheque instead. My card issues were eventually resolved and everything sorted. My aunt got the flowers and she was very happy. Pretty Pots went beyond expectations. I am from the UK so it was difficult to know which florist to use. I will be using Pretty Pots again. Thank you.

Dropped in last Friday to get a fresh bouquet for an elderly couple in their new home at Orchardview Mississippi. First off, the woman who served me seemed like she was not too interested in serving me but told me the price started at $40 & upwards! I was surprised at the expense but chose a $40 bouquet in cheerful, springlike colors. She never smiled once & threw together some flowers in the back room, brought them out, wrapped them & charged me $45 & change.

Sadly due to covid the shop is unwillingly or unable to handle orders. I suggest the public utilize another service provider who has adapted to the current pandemic in order to remain open and in business. Even more disappointing is the fact the store owner replied to this review in record time but was unable to respond to telephone calls to assist customers? Hmmmm ???? It all worked out in the end... I obtained a dozen roses...beautiful roses...at the Superstore for $19.99 vs $144 .

Went in to the flower shop fecently to get flowers for my gf. It was 2pm and they were about to close so wasn't sure if I was going to make it in. The owner, Courtney, saw me at rhe door and let me right in. She didn't hesitate to stay a couple minutes past close to help me get what I needed. What a wonderful experience and wonderful customer service! 100% recommended

I’ve made several orders on different occasions and always had the same superb quality service!! The owner Courtney is extremely friendly and patient as I am not very knowledgeable with plants and flowers. She took the time to explain on how to care for the plants and even let me know about the toxic plants for animals which is super helpful as I have furbabys. I would recommend this shop for all plant/flowers needs!!
