Please do not waste your time with this company. I was so extremely disappointed in their customer service.
I was recommended to Penn Florist by a client I have that used to work for the company, and alongside the owner, Brian. As a newly engaged bride, I was so eager to begin searching out for floral arrangements for my special day. I called and let Penn Florist know all the details of my upcoming wedding and scheduled an appointment with Penn Florist on 4/22/19 with the wedding florist. Upon arriving to my appointment, I was advised that the wedding florist was busy with other clients, but Sharon (what seemed to be the receptionist), could help me. As soon as I placed my belongings down, Sharon let me know that Penn Florist could not do my wedding because it was "too close to Easter". Sharon expressed that last Easter she "worked 50 hours" and that she would "not want to have to work 70 hours next easter" to accommodate my wedding. She shooed me away and said "We're going to pass." Coming from someone who is in the service industry, I felt as though this customer service was at an all time low. Not only did I arrange my affairs to make this appointment but I was never advised that this florist company would reject revenue during Easter. Also, I never received the chance to even speak to the wedding florist I was originally scheduled with. Nevertheless, I was extremely disappointed considering my client came highly reviewed for this company. All in all, if you are looking for a wedding florist and value your time- this may not be the company for you.
