With my second order there was a delivery issue (unfortunately these things happen), but this was addressed by the wonderfully helpful James at customer service! They are great! The recipient wasn't there and they rang to another apartment and left the bouquet there. I would have appreciated if they had called the recipient once they didn't find her...to make sure they deliver the stuff to the right neighbour (in that case everything was fine)I ordered 24 roses and a pack of macaroons. Roses were gorgeous and the macarroons super tasty. This picture shows the bouquet after 2 days Thanks so much.

Wonderful experience ordering online, the flowers delivered were exactly as pictured and of high quality. The second photo is four days later, still blooming beautifully. They even sent out an update email right before shipping to show what the bouquet looked like. Highly recommend ode de la rose!

Really disappointed. I used them instead of the typical 1800Flowers thinking their flowers would stand out. I saw the flowers after they arrived and they seemed dry, didn’t pop at all like the images, and quite honestly - I’ve ordered flowers from 1800flowers that looked significantly better than these. I paid for more believing I would be getting more and hoping to have a new florist as a go-to for special occasions. Never again.

Pretty happy with the bouquet we received. Only con is that the flowers seem to be cut at very different stages, so some flowers are wilted by the times others are just opening. Regardless, delivery went very smoothly and flowers were not damaged when they arrived.

I'm an Italian guy and I wanted to make a gift to my girlfriend who currently lives in NYC, so I opted for a classic roses bouquet. The delivery was right in time, the packaging was awesome (there was a beautiful orange rose even outside the box) and very professional, but most of all the bouquet was perfect and it was really appreciated! Fantastic customer service as I was sent the photo of the bouquet before the delivery by mail, and even the confirmation of the delivery, always by mail. I think that is a nice way to reassure an online client like me! Nice job, I sincerely recommend Ode a la Rose to other clients! ????

I selected a window of time for delivery and received a photo in my inbox of the bouquet right before it left the store. Yesterday, a Saturday morning, I was searching online for a florist in New York, that could deliver a flower arrangement that same day, to my daughter. I called their shop, and their employee was extremely helpful, and guaranteed me that the flowers would be delivered that afternoon. Ode a La Rose delivered an adorable bouquet, with high end roses, in a chic shopping bag. I ordered flowers to be sent to Riverside Church in New York City for a memorial for my nephew. I ordered online, in addition to calling the Ode De La Rose florist shop in New York, to ensure they got this right. Riverside Church is one of the biggest landmarks in the country, so I assumed there would not be an issue with delivery. On Friday, I received an email that my order had been delivered there. My brother, who lives far outside the city, drove over an hour to the church, but there were no flowers at the memorial site. After calling ode de la rose back this morning, it appears they delivered the flowers to another address, realized their mistake, and didn’t bother to redeliver. This is the first bad review I have ever left in my life, but I am so disappointed in the way this was handled, especially given the circumstances and meaning behind the flowers.

This place came highly recommended by a longtime corporate client. When I was unable to reach them by phone, I placed an order online. The bouquet they sent looked nothing like the image on the website or instagram. The 20 stems consisted of 9 leafy greens and 11 small, pathetic-looking flowers. The delivery person left it in front of my loved one's mailbox in the lobby of her building rather than delivering it to the apartment. I am extremely disappointed and embarrassed by the poor quality of the arrangement and the substandard delivery.

BEWARE!!! This is a scam!!! I spent almost $200 And ordered a large (27 stem) bouquet and they sent a small bouquet. They took a photo and it was in the box so I cldnt see how big it was. My daughter sent me a photo, it had 16 stems- I asked her to count bc it looked soooo small. When I called the NYC store the guy argued with me over how many stems were sent!! Chutzpah!! No apology, no admitting they made a mistake. I think it was on purpose. I called my Amex and am disputing the charge. He said he wld give me a refund but I don’t trust them AT ALL!!

I go look on the website and they are selling the same bouquet for $30 more now. I’m so disappointed. I was looking forward to them. They sent to wrong address. Your job is literally to send things to the right address .The person who answered said they were me, but alas, not me (not sure who is lying here). They said they would re-send next day , and....no flowers .I sat at home (my first day off in 4 months working in the ER) to get them delivered ....so frustrating. In January, my mother received a GORGEOUS bouquet of roses. They were truly the most magnificent roses we'd ever seen. Fragrant, bright in color, fresh and beautifully arranged in a vase. Everyday, I would take a picture of them and send it to my best friend (who sent them) to show her just how amazing they were. I cut the ends every day as well, (1/4 inch) and put them back in fresh water. They lasted exactly one week. Growing up in NYC and having received many a bouquet of roses over the years, never have they ever been so fresh and lovely. I sent my mother a bouquet for her birthday....they were just perfection! Finally a florist in NYC that can be trusted to send a gorgeous arrangement of exquisite roses AND the price is reasonable. When I find an excellent product, I refer to everyone. Fabulous service online as well as over the phone. I even received a picture of the bouquet before it was delivered. I adore Ode a la Rose!!

Ode de la Rose's bouquets are elegant and 'just right' for so many occasions! It's great to know exactly what you're getting despite ordering online. I sent a bouquet of perfect yellow roses to a hostess to thank her for her cocktail party, and surprised my young daughter with a happy, colorful winter flower bouquet to celebrate a recent success she had at a competition. (I was able to add a photo to my card for this, which was fantastic! Made it very personal.) Overall the service of this company does give you the sense of a neighborhood boutique that caters to your personal needs while actually being online, simple, fast and totally reliable. Love it!!

Do not ever buy. Flowers were received in horrible condition. Petals were wilted/fallen off and mold was found on the stems. Its been a month since my refund request and I still have yet to receive it. Terrible customer service.
