I regret going through them for valentines day. Upgraded flowers to the top tier and they did not half as good as the flowers in the picture which was from a lower tier. Dying flowers everywhere and plenty of empty spots. Wish I could give them 0/5 stars. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and go anywhere else.

I asked to have flowers delivered on mother's day. I was told they would have it delivered on Sunday with no problem. I double checked the date. Yet they delivered them on Saturday. At no point did they mention that it might not be Sunday. I was disappointed because I was out of town on Sunday and wanted my wife to get something special. I will not use this floral place again because of this.

Was very upset! Me and my family sat down to order a half casket flower top. We choose a beautiful fall color arrangement. We gave 2 very simple instructions of NOTHING pink and NO RED ROSES. After talking we agreed to red carnations which was fine with us. The flowers arrived moments after us to the funeral home which was wonderful.. 15min later I walk in to say my finale good by to my MIL to find RED ROSES in the piece as the red flower.. I walked up to my husband and brother in law to see if maybe the florist called and said they had no other red flower. Nope... So thanks a lot for putting red roses on my mother in laws casket after being told not to! Will never shop there again!

I love this shop! Super pleasant shopping experience. All the staff is friendly and helpful. The garden center is open now with mandatory masks. No big deal. They have everything you would want in every price range. I found a young plant to replace one of my faves that the kids killed while I was on a trip.... So happy

I love buying houseplants here! Best variety and selection found for houseplants in the area. Also, I have found absolutely zero insects on plants when I bring them home from here which is amazing. All plants have been healthy and still doing well months later! Love this place, highly recommend

Ordered a Christmas bouquet and ordered the premium and looks like it’s the standard and was supposed to have white Lilly’s and they put red in becouse they were out of white a phone call would have been nice so I could have figured something else out. Will never use them again

My family have used La Crosse Floral for both arrangements and garden plants for decades. This family owned business is tops for customer service. During the early stages of the Pandemic I was looking for hydrangea bushes for a new flower border and Linda arranged it all - sent me photos - and arranged a pickup outside the greenhouse so I could get them in the ground early. Who else would do that for you?

You should be ashamed! If I could give you zero stars I certainly would. The photo on the right is what I ordered, the photo on left is what my Valentine received. I understand that sometimes substitutions need to be made, however this has nothing similar in it. I spent $91.00 to have my friend receive this bouquet I could have purchase at WalMart for $7.99 and stuck it in a vase. Not only should you be ashamed you should be terribly embarrassed by this floral arrangement. Thanks for spoiling our special day. So disappointed, Pete Fairchild

Most of the ladies here acted like they would prefer that I not come in trying to buy flowers. Maybe I wasn't asking the right way. FYI flowers not purchased in a vase are called wrapped flowers. The one lady getting mine ready trimmed them right then and packed them with water.

I had the exact same experience as Connie....I ordered a $60.00 bouquet called Christmas Treasure and I upgraded to the deluxe and what was delivered to my Mother was worth about $20.00..I could see through to the green foam. I called and they said that Telefloral tells them how many stems to put in it and it will never look like what you see online and that they were sorry but there was nothing they could do. La Crosse Floral has Telefloral on their website but doesn't back the product that they are selling. Lost my business.....

They are very quick, and prompt with their deliveries, and are always very clear and detailed with what you are getting for your money.

This is a wonderful family business, with helpful cheerful employees, homegrown products, a 60,000 square foot greenhouse, HUGE Floral Shop in which to find great gifts and a walk-in cooler filled with fresh flowers. Plus, they have air plants, succulents, and all the cool stuff for mini gardening and terrariums. Love this place.

They don't back their product. Received a bouquet which had drying leaves and wilting flowers upon arrival. Phoned La Crosse Floral and spoke with Jeanie. They did not offer a replacement indicating they had followed a teleflora 'recipe' per directions and there was nothing else they could do.

Nothing like the photo on the web page. When I called to complain, they told me the photo my father sent was taken from a bad angle. She said she could drive to the assisted living this afternoon and send me a photo from a better angle and the bouquet would look great. She also said it contained the right amount of flowers per their recipe. 6 carnations and 4 lilies are shown on their web photo. I could see 1 carnation and 2 lilies on the actual photo. If you have a recipe, perhaps you could include it in the advertisement. I paid $84 for a lopsided arrangement that looks cheap. The $10 flower bunch at the grocery store would have been nicer.

Every time when I enter the shop these flowers scent l love it, and today I was mentioned those roses smells so good , and the ower Linda she gave me three roses , oh she is so nice thank you, the other lady set the roses in to individual tube with water so they can keep when I done my work, thank you! These roses smells good in the truck when I working , and also it’s kind of present to me today, I will be convert tomorrow so excited , it makes my day , thank you again.

HORRIBLE! Since I can remember, it has been a mother's day tradition to go to La Crosse Floral to pick out flowers to plant. We have spent HUNDREDS of dollars here every year. Never again. I ordered the bouquet bellow (right) for my mom's masters graduation ceremony. Having had positive experiences at La Crosse Floral, I expected the bouquet to be the same as the one represented on their website. I ordered the bouquet over the phone and received the disaster pictured (left). Upon addressing the clear misrepresentation of the product, I was told that it was common knowledge that those photos are inaccurate and that the recipes they follow do not come close to the bouquets advertised on their website. However, this was never communicated to me on the phone. Save yourself TIME and MONEY and go to Bittersweet (or Walmart, for that matter) where you will receive better flowers and service.

Scammed my friends. Charged flowers ordered by their friends for them, said they delivered. They never received them, and security cameras prove never delivered. Their story changed, owner got rude on phone. Refusing to resolve issue. Apparently they didn't spend enough on their bouquet, so wasn't a big deal to them

I would not recommend this business to anyone. They took my friend's money. She bought me flowers for a funeral (a time of sadness... so you would think the owner would have more compassion when dealing with people who lose loved ones).... the flowers never came. We called to work it out and they implied we were not telling the truth. Their story on how the flowers were delivered/left on our porch changed three times. We have a home camera that records everything and never once was a floral van recorded. Also he owner is argumentative on the phone and never once offered a partial refund to my friend and/or replacement flowers for the mystery flowers that never arrived. She also did not understand or take the time to listen due to repeatedly hanging up on us... that my friend was in Canada and the $ exchange is expensive. She proceeded to tell us my friend "only spent ___$ and it was just a small bouquet" ... like her business to them did not matter. What happened to the customer is always right? I am not sure where this person learned social skills... but they lack in them.... and might want to revisit common phone etiquette if they plan to continue owning a business. She also claimed they took a photo of our home. If this review does anything. Just know that the business owner is a real treat. If you order from them... I truly hope it works out for you and you do not have to deal with the owner. They will never. get our business again.

After a horrible experience with an online flower retailer on Valentines day I called and spoke with Linda and she was incredibly helpful and understanding and saved the day for me and got the right arrangement and delivery put together.
