For the past 14 yrs, the amazing staff at Bramble Bush have yearly provided a new wreath for my Mothers Gravesite. I rarely get there from out east, but I hear from my Dad and the family how amazing they are, and they send a picture each year so I get to see it. They provided amazing arrangements for the Funeral to start, and since go out of their way to place the wreath at Mom's grave. They make amazing Dried Flower Wreaths that last all year, until the new one is made and placed. They are so kind and so talented, I do not know why anyone would go anywhere else!! I live in Florida - my mom lives in Vernon. The ladies at Bramble Bush are my "gift connection" to my mom and they always exceed expectations on every level. The flower arrangements are always loaded with flowers and arranged so beautifully. The other bonus is they last forever! My mom has sent me photos up to 3 weeks later and there are still plenty of flowers just thriving. They are fast to process even when super busy, delivery is prompt, priced more than fair for what you get and speaking with the ladies when I order is always a blessed part of the entire experience. Fantastic service! I walked in to the shop to purchase a cut flower arrangement for my mother's birthday. My arrangement was prepared to order based on my preferences and the price I wanted to pay. The ladies were thoughtful enough to ask if the flowers were going to be put in water right away, and because they weren't, water tips were placed on each flower stem. My sister sent me a 'thank you' and a picture of the arrangement - it was pathetic to say the least. I had placed the same order with a florist in Sidney B.C., for my wife's aunt, and the difference between the two is like night and day. I lie to support the local businesses in the cities in which I place the orders, but I will not deal with Brambles again - huge rip off. The only positive: they got the date and address for delivery correct.

I contacted Annette about the possibility of organizing a monthly delivery of flowers to my Mom. She was super responsive and made it very easy - gave me options for how much I wanted to spend and what style they would be. She is flexible when dates change or when it's in our best interests to move the delivery due to the availability of flowers due to holiday (Valentine's/Mothers Day) and always remembers to ask me for the note to include in the delivery. I live in California and sometimes it’s hard to get deliveries of flowers sent to my Mom since she lives quite away from town, after my exhausting search trying to find someone that would be able to do it, I came across this florist and they offered to do it for a minimal fee which meant so much to me to be able to have them delivered to her door! I phoned Bramble Bush at 2:30 pm wanting a custom arrangement made before 4:30 pm and they accommodated this. Also I was late picking up and they stayed open waiting for me. I also had them do my Christmas deliveries for clients and they agreed to deliver presents not just their own flowers. Their delivery charges are very reasonable and they arranged an out of town delivery for a time when they were there anyway to save me cost.

Forget these online web order companies, buy direct from local and support local. I have never met the owners or been in this store but I hope to one day. They have been delivering arrangements to my mother (very tough critic) over the past year and they have been spectacular. After my father died we moved mum from Ladner to Vernon to be near my sister and brother. As travel is banned I needed to connect support and love to mum from Vancouver. The arrangements she received were beautiful, she said you can tell they put art and heart into them. You can order by phone or online and they deliver. Being from another province I trust that the flowers they send will be fresh and beautiful! And they have been. The staff are so warm and professional at the same time. I have never been in the store and only been to Vernon once but I hope to have a field trip someday!

Placed an order here to have flowers delivered to my mothers house on Mothers day. After I placed the order, and after being charged $15 for delivery, and another $3.45 for a service fee on top of a very expensive flower order, they then email me and say they want another $7 for the deliver because her house is "a bit away". Her house is IN VERNON, the place isn't that big. Anyway, if you don't want to be nickel and dimed, I suggest you go elsewhere.

Placed a last-minute online delivery order the evening before my Mom's birthday. Got a call shortly after from Annette, asking if there was any chance they could deliver the bouquet the day after, as they were swamped. While understanding of their predicament, I explained that tomorrow was my Mom's actual birthday, so it was important for it to arrive on the actual day. She said they'd do their best, but it wouldn't arrive until late in the day - which I very much appreciated.
