I had called several flower shops looking for a specific exotic flower, a favorite of a deceased relative. They were for a funeral I was going to be attending. The woman working here said she could get them, asked about my budget and I left the rest in her hands. She called me the day before the event to let me know when I could pick them up, and she even remembered that I had mentioned they were for a funeral so she had used flowers that were already bloomed, which was so considerate. When I saw the flowers I actually almost broke down in tears at how beautiful they were. Thank you so much for your care and making such a beautiful bouquet for me, to honor such a special person in my life.

Visited Paradise Garden a few times. From graduation ceremonies to anniversaries. They are super nice and very helpful in designing the best bouquet for your needs. The roses stayed fresh in the vases for a long time, it shows that the flowers are super fresh at delivery. Would recommend!

Long story short, my online order didn’t go through but at 10pm they were able to quickly wrap up my order and deliver it before midnight. They went above and beyond my expectation by making the arrangements even more lush with extra flowers and roses. They included a teddy too for the inconvenience. Initially I was sad that my order wasn’t delivered but they had excellent service, great communication and went the extra mile to ensure the delivery happened with an arrangement more beautiful than I initially picked out. I will definitely be coming back for future flower needs.

They do custom bouquets if you give them a price range and point out some colors or flowers you like. They made a beautiful bouquet for me within 10 minutes for 30 dollars! Friendly staff.

I have purchased flowers from this shop for various occasions ranging from anniversaries to grand openings. The people at the shop are very easy to deal with. By giving them specifications and a budget, the arrangements of flowers comes out beautiful. I have done online orders before and was aware that they will get the order as close as possible to the photos. And so far I have no issues with that. Usually when I have any concerns, the shop is very quick to answer and rectify any issues. I would not hesitate and continue to do business with this flower shop

Wow. Called Yuko in for a same day delivery and sent her pictures of what I wanted. The flowers my girlfriend got were even better than the pictures I sent. Yuko was so nice and listened to all the requests I had. I 100% recommend doing business with Paradise Garden and told Yuko I would be leaving a great review because I was truly impressed by the great service and product. 5 stars all around. *UPDATE: Yuko the manager got hold of me (and my Mum) very quickly and rectified the situation and was very pleasant. I got a beautiful delivery of flowers. The flowers are definitely beautiful and I would recommend those* I wasn't going to post, but feel disappointed. My mother ordered a gift basket online (and spent a lot of money) and when the gift basket arrived to me, it must have been dropped as the cracker packet was soggy... But more disappointing was that there was a handful of fruit (some withering with age), and the rest was a few things that either came from the dollar store or were plucked randomly from their pantry. I don't recommend the gift baskets. Can't comment on the flowers (see update above)

The basket that we received not only looked like it was put together by a bunch of amateurs but the product within was stale. We opened four items and all of them were bad! Do not touch this place... EVER!!!

Replying to owner: I did not call or send you photos. It must have been another customer with a similar issue. Thanks. When they say the flowers don't look like the picture they absolutely mean it. I understand color availability is an issue during covid, but it's not an excuse to deliver wilted flowers for $100. Waste of time and money. Do not go.

I wanted to order flowers in my neighbourhood and found this gem. They were very helpful and when I saw the sympathy spray, it was beautiful. The deluxe version was an excellent choice. The size of the standing spray, density of the flowers and the price were superior compared to other florists.
