I called a few places in Vancouver to deliver flowers to family since I live in Toronto, a few local florist shops weren't willing to deliver to North Vancouver. Natures Wonders were so understanding, explained the products and were willing to deliver. Lady on the phone was polite, friendly an even called me back to let me know about care on one of plants.

I ordered flowers for my mother on Mother's Day and they weren't delivered. Very disappointing service. Will not use this florist again! I have to add that 3 days later, they have STILL not delivered the flowers. My mother is elderly and in a condo, and she told me today that she heard the phone ring and she didn't catch the phone call in time. One would think that that they would try again, but there wasn't a repeat phone call today. I was also sent an email to confirm that the flower delivery had been made, but this was not true. My mother did not receive the flowers. I called the florist and spoke with a woman called Theola... and she just made excuses, had multiple reasons for why the delivery wasn't made. not impressed, very frustrated, will definitely not use this service ever again.

Recently I had an awful experience with this company. My husband ordered flowers for me, they called me ones and did not try it again. When my husband realized that his surprise had not worked, I called them back on the next day, but they did not bring the flowers at supposed time, they just told me, their driver already out of town. When I called them again, with awful mood and my ruined celebration and started arguing with them, they arrainged another time and brought my flowers again at inappropriate time. Awful service! 0 out of 10! never do it again and nobody recommend this company.

I received this in an email: Thank you for choosing Nature's Wonders Florist. Please bea dvised that the florist in Toronto contact the ***************** and reached a voicemail informing them that the school was closed until Monday. As we were unable to reach you by telephone to discuss this date change, we will move forward with it, but ask that you contact us with any questions. WE apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but thank you in advance for your understadning. Thank you, First of all the number that I gave them was a personal cell number and not a business number, so there were no phone call to the number I gave them and the address is to dorms which people live in. They were suppose to be delivered on Saturday and instead of doing their job they sent this message. Next they never called me to mention any problem. I gave them my cell number. Look at the typo's. I deleted the name's for privacy and left the rest. I am cancelling the order if they are not delivered on Sunday. I have never had a company send a lye in writing like that. They are suppose to be opened on Sunday. They think they can do people any kind of way when they are ordering for out of the country. Little do they know, I will be in their town.

I ordered flowers for a funeral! It was very pretty and arrived on time as promised. I ordered one night before the funeral and I was concerned that they may not be able to get it ready by noon the next day. They called us at 8 a.m. saying that they have received our order and will send it on time, which was really nice. I just thought it was slightly smaller than its picture.

My boyfriend ordered flowers from this florist yesterday for our anniversary because he is out of town and wanted them delivered today. I received a call at 9am from them confirming the delivery then waited all day for someone to come. I called the flower shop over 15 times, left voicemails and I emailed with no reply. Such a disappointment. Will not be ordering from this shop again and will be looking for a refund.

I ordered flowers for my special mama for Mother's Day. My mom was very impressed by all the special treats I sent her. I sent a big bouquet of flowers, some chocolates, a teddy bear, and balloons. They were the best decision of my life. Everything was very thoughtful and were nice card they sent for Mother's Day. I will be using this company in the future and sending flowers to loved ones. Very impressive company and very passionate about flowers.

Very disappointed with this flower shop! My boyfriend wanted to surprise me with a flower delivery for our first Valentines Day, the flower shop called the day before and asked when I would be home to recieve the flowers. #1 they ruined the surprise. I told them I would be home until 1pm than out for the evening. #2 flowers were not delivered on Valentine’s Day after surprise was ruined! I waited around until 7:30pm too have them not show up. #3 It is a day later and I still do not have the flowers. My boyfriend and I have bothered called the shop and have been told they’d be delivered right away, still no flowers. When I called I was put on hold multiple times, and was told they be delivered soon. Flowers did finlly arrive very late The driver was pleasant thank goodness!

Also they took it upon themselves to change the delivery address without asking me and when I contacted them to cancel my order (because it was pointless after 8pm) nobody even bothered replying. Happy with my experience! Ordered online the night before and my order was delivered the next day in downtown Vancouver. Flowers were beautiful and exactly as advertised. I'm from out of the area, so I was thrilled they were able to take care of the delivery and put together the order so nicely. An email was sent to me confirming the delivery. Another negative review for this florist! Poor customer service experienced. Twice now they have sent confirmation of delivery emails to me, despite the delivery not taking place. On this second occasion, I had to contact them the following day to enquire about delivery, giving an alternative address (my mother would be at work.) The delivery arrived that day, but I still haven't received any communication one week later from the florist by way of apology or otherwise. I will not be using their service again and would caution any future customers of the same.

Ordered Flowers to be delivered to a rural area. They notified me that the flowers could not be delivered there as the flower shop in town was closed due to covid. Andrea went an extra mile to arrange the flowers to be delivered to another address I provided, with an extra note of an apology for the delayed delivery on my behalf. This was few years ago, but I was keeping my roommate’s wedding bouquet in my fridge overnight and in the morning I realized flowers in the back had wilted overnight and turned ugly brown. It was pretty early in the morning and I panic searched in the morning to find floral shop that was open and happened upon this shop. I rushed in, explained what happened and ask if they can help me fix the bouquet. They replace the badly wilted flowers really quickly and it looked beautiful. Thank you ladies who helped me not ruin my roommate’s wedding..! I’m forever grateful <3

Ordered flower delivery for Valentines Day - specified delivery any time after 3 PM. 7 PM rolls around without a delivery and I'm getting quite nervous so I give them a ring. I have a chat with a staff member who confirms my order and tells me they are running behind but assured me the order is on the way. NOT WORTH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. You get cheated. Total for this lame looking vase of tulips was $105. Quite "wondrous" given the company's name. Stem length ranged from 6-8 inches, some were broken off and didn't even have a flower on it. How low can you get?

My partner ordered me flowers for my birthday and they were delivered on time, however through an error on my building management's part, I thought they were never delivered. My partner emailed after hours letting them know the flowers were not delivered. I got a call first thing the next morning and they immediately began to get to the bottom of the situation. They were extremely kind and helpful and they didn't make me feel silly once I had realized that the flowers had in fact been delivered when they were expected. On top of all that amazing customer service, the flowers are gorgeous! Beautiful, fresh and fragrant. Receiving this thoughtfully arranged bouquet certainly helped make me feel closer to my partner in Australia during these crazy times.

I ordered flowers on Feb.14 and I put on the Special Instructions field that I wanted it delivered on Feb. 15. It was a very clear instruction with recipient's name, location address and the time she will be working. The flowers was delivered on Feb 14th to some random person at the recipient's address. The recipient was not working and she just received a txt from her coworker that there are flowers for her. Talk about ruining the moment. I emailed the company the same day it was delivered to let them know how disappointed I was. It is now almost the 17th and I have yet to hear back. I did get an email on the 15th to let me know that it was delivered to the said recipient. BS! They will probably contact me now since I noticed that they reply quickly on bad reviews.

THe delivery was not timely.I am in US - THe order was placed 2 days back online , and got confirmed from customer representative through phone as well. THe flowers were supposed to be delivered in the morning and it did not. We paid more and opted for the florist delivery to make sure it was delivered in the morning because it was a birthday surprise. When i called up to check in the morning why it wasnt delivered, they told me that the house number was missing. That was my bad. Moreover they should have called back or sent an email to check on the house number instead of waiting for us to call them and check why it was not delivered. And the details had been provided and it was informed that the delivery will be made by 2 PM. And finally the delivery is being made by night when the day is almost over which was not expected.

If you like half your order maybe or maybe not showing up at your destination, this is the company for you. They try to short change on the bouquet of flowers, have very poor customer service where they refuse to refund or communicate for days. Avoid this company if possible.

I had excellent service from Nature's Wonders Florist. My Mom passed away and I was nervous about ordering flowers for the funeral. They let me change out some flowers we didn't like in the bouquets for Irises (her name was Iris) for free, and they took care of everything for me, including setting up a delivery date and time with the funeral home so I didn't have to go back and forth. The arrangements were absolutely gorgeous and were on time and on budget. I trust this company 100% and would likely only ever use them for flower delivery in the future.

They advertise same day delivery and even have an option to add in a specific time within a few hours. Purchased early in the morning for a mid--afternoon delivery. Did exactly that and the flowers never showed... Why advertise it then? I even called 30 minutes before the end of day for the delivery to check in, and they assured me it would show up. Well it didn’t. Update: They called me two hours later, apologized, and offered to ‘upgrade’ and send it the next day. It is finally delivered and they’re beautiful, but I’m still upset they gave me false hope and ruined my entire Valentine’s Day. I could have planned something else if they warned me it wouldn’t show up. Lesson learned.

Don't even waste your time. Thanks to them my wife is convinced I forgot our anniversary. I ordered flowers, balloons, and a card to be sent to my wife on our anniversary. This was a month before our special event. I was on the ball. She'd have flowers, everyone at her work would be jealous. It was perfect. So the day comes and guess what shows up. Nothing. Seriously, nothing! I call Nature's Wonders Florist and they can't give me a straight answer why this happened. The person was super nice. She's the only reason why this review gets 1 star and not 0. Anyways, I'm sitting on the couch next to my wife. Who is pretty convinced that I've forgotten our anniversary. While sitting here I have just gotten an email from Nature's Wonders Florist saying that they have delivered the flowers directly to my wife ???? Yeah not so much. I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed.

Edited review post customer service: Ordered flowers for my partner's birthday. She received a call saying they would be delivered on the day they were supposed to be, but then weren't. After contacting the store they were very apologetic and assisted in locating the flowers and were even prepared to send replacements.

I ordered a small bouquet to be delivered to my mother on her birthday. I received an email confirmation that it had been delivered on the day, but the following day received another to say that the delivery van had been in an accident and the flowers hadn’t been delivered. They offered to include a box of chocolates with the order as an apology, which I accepted. Later that day my mum received a wilted, squished bouquet of flowers and box of melted chocolates. To top it off, she was told that the reason her flowers weren’t delivered the previous day was that they had been accidentally delivered to someone else with the same name, making me wonder why I was told there had been a car accident, and if either story was true. Despite the offer of free shipping on my next order I wouldn’t use this company again.

My experience was not good. My friend in Europe used this company to send me flowers for my birthday. This is the 2nd year she has sent me flowers using this company. The flowers they used were very cheap and not very lively. As I local I know what flowers are in season and I do not mean expensive ones. It looked like they used the base, cheapest more wilted flowers. I felt like my friend was taken advantage of because I know she has really good taste. The vase that came with the arrangement was very nice, that was the best part. Also the flower shop called me 5 times and I let them know I was out till a certain time and they said they would delver the flowers on the last truck out and instead the drive dropped them off at my house 2 hours early and left them outside the door at my condo building. I got a call from them telling me he left them there. Fortunately we were close by and my boyfriend went to pick them up for me because I was worried they would be stolen. Overall the quality and service was not good in my opinion.

Sorry for the delayed review! This company is awesome. They delivered the flowers to my gf at her office—on time and in pristine condition. They even went the extra mile and played the song I had requested upon delivery. My gf said she started crying and that the reception staff started to cry, and that even the flower delivery person started to cry.

Ordered some flowers for mother's day on a Wednesday before Mother's day and the sales person I was on the phone was super friendly and professional. They disclosed that some of the flowers may not be open but they'll do their best to make the flowers still very presentable. They were not kidding! The arrangement was still amazing even before the bigger flowers opened and when they did open, it was like waiting for a great gift to come. My mother enjoyed the whole process (it was like a second part of the gift for the flowers) But the best part was when I picked up the flowers on Sunday morning of Mother's day, all the staff were friendly and helpful despite being incredibly busy. The flowers even came in a vase with freshly poured water in it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. WORST SERVICE AND FLOWERS EVER. I ordered on the 18th for a surprise birthday gift in the morning before 1pm for same day delivery. They called me back to confirm they had the correct address and asked me for the recipient's phone number because they HAD to have it. I called back around 2pm to ask at what time they would be delivered. I called all afternoon, many times to both numbers listed online and sent emails and everything went unanswered. They answered my email on the 19th in the morning saying they CALLED the person that it was a surprise, not to mention it was someone from work, to let them know they couldn't on the 18th so they would deliver on the 19th.I have no idea why they did not mention this to me over the phone instead of calling the person it was a surprise for, which they knew. they never called ME at any moment. on the 19th they changed my delivery time about 4 times, finally reached them over the phone and they were very very rude, being sarcastic and very impolite. In conclusion for ordering FLOWERS that I spent over 110$ on for a surprise birthday gift, the surprise was ruined because they called the person, they delivered a day later, and they completely dissapeared during more than 24 hours. SO NOT WORTH IT. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

When you order the "Lush Lily" bouquet and not a single lily is open it's pretty disappointing. Even the small decorative flowers haven't opened yet. If I wanted lilys that will be open a week from now I would have went to a flower shop and bought closed lilys. When I'm paying for beautiful flowers to be delivered to make a statement the sentiment is lost when they look like this. I would not recommend this business to anyone

Such friendly and helpful staff, they had everything I needed and suggested some nice additions that made everything perfect. Flowers were fresh and lovely, the delivery went great with such a caring polite attitude. If you have any concerns or questions the girls answering the phone really know what they are doing and make you feel like everything is perfect. The lead designer is a wonderful guy and will make sure that you are totally satisfied. One of my favorite designs is "The Love Boat". This is my flower shop!

Super unimpressed. I ordered a bouquet which was almost $90 and was supposed to include irises and lillies. The arrangement arrived and was 90% dasies and 6 lillies which were still buds. I phoned and talked to them and to their credit theythey did offer to send some nicer flowers to brighten up the arrangement.... they sent like 4 gerbers...? I feel completely ripped off, if i lived in the same city as the recipient i could've gone to safeway and made the same arrangement myself for half the price. EDIT: After leaving this review, I was contacted again by the store but I missed the call. They were offering to send me a free bouquet and chocolates. I didn't have time to call them back but I got a message from the recipient saying she just received a whole new bouquet and it's very pretty, I wish they had sent that one first! I had originally given this shop 1 star but edited it to 4 because of how hard they tried to make it right. I took 1 star off for the inconvenience and the fact that I shouldn't have had to go through all of this heat to get what I paid for, but I am very happy that they tried so hard to make it right. Not good value for your money. My boyfriend paid over $70 for this beautiful bouquet only for it to last about 2 days before wilting completely. My flowers from Costco have lasted much better than this. Water was changed every day too. Would not recommend this place, he’s been here numerous times, brought home beautiful bouquets only to have them die within a couple days. Completely unreasonable given the price of these flowers.

My sister ordered a gift from here with a card, chocolate and flowers. She saved up for the order and spent nearly $100. She received notification that the order was delivered. When she called the recipient later in the day to ask about the surprise, she found out no one had delivered it. After inquiring, she was notified that it would be delivered the following day and that the notification was a mistake. The following day, when the gift was delivered, it was missing both the card and the chocolate. We are grateful that the company refunded the order. However, we are very sad that it ruined a gift that was meant to uplift someone going through a hard time. I recognize that this company has good quality flowers but I can't recommend them due to disorganization and inability to fill orders properly.

Ordered a huge bouquet of flowers for my mom's birthday. Not only did they deliver on time, they delivered on their promise that the bouquet would be exactly what I ordered: a huge bouquet of flowers. The guy that delivered my package (flowers, card and chocolates) sang a Happy Birthday song to my mom too! That was a huge surprise since that wasnt part of what I paid for but my mom was very happy that the delivery guy sang the song to her. All in all, 5 out of 5. This florist is really wonderful and I highly recommend them!

I normally do not take the time to write reviews because I order a lot of flowers for both business and personal gifts. If I did write reviews for each order I have sent, there would be at least 200. I am taking the time to write now to personally say, “Thank you so very much” to whomever made my floral arrangement from this flower shop. I don’t know their name but wish you could teach all the other florists I have used on how to do what YOU did. Yours was truly a work of art and not just flowers stuck in a vase like so many other shops do. It looked like it belonged in a museum or gallery of some type and was only 100 bucks, the amount I always spend. A second “Thank You” goes to the driver or whomever figured out I gave you the wrong address. My Bad. I really appreciate you fixing that for me and still delivering it on the day I wanted. I don’t think I have ever been so mad and stress before waiting for a flower delivery to my wife. I paid full price and full delivery charge for a Valentine’s Day delivery to my wife’s office. This ended up with my wife not getting anything and I had to tell her that I actually got her flowers that never came. I called over 20 times and there’s no one who answers the phone, the mailbox was full, and I have no help at all. On the receipt they have all our phone numbers, not even a courtesy call. I find it ridiculous how a florist on the most important day of any day out of a year, will not deliver. I’m very disappointed at this store and I’ll make sure everyone of my friends and my family know about my horrible experience.

EDIT**** I reached out via email to natureswonders explaining my situation. They replied promptly and rectified the situation. Although my experience wasnt good, i appreciate their understanding and handling of the matter afterward. Changing rating from 1 to 3 based on the customer service. Absolutely terrible. Ordered a valentines day bouquet, added the extra $20 to make it the “deluxe” bouquet, and paid the $15 delivery charge. Called in the morning to see when delivery would be and was told it would be delivered between 12-4pm. Called at 5 when i still did not receive the flowers and was told i must have spoken to someone new. The person on the phone then said itll be delivered soon and if they werent delivered then they would simply cancel the order... ON VALENTINES DAY. Flowers were finally Delivered at 7:30 pm And left outside the door. The flowers themselves were not at all as described. I paid for the deluxe and even then it looked more sparse than the photo online. Both me and my girlfriend were dissapointed by the service and quality of this store.

I have been using Nature's Wonders to send flowers to my girl in Yaletown on a regular basis. The flowers have been of good quality and delivery is always on time. If what I initially ordered is either out of stock or of less than good quality, they always contact me and get my permission to substitute with some other floral arrangement at no extra cost to me. Good company; highly recommended.

I ordered an orchid plant for a friend’s birthday. It was delivered to her on a very cold Vancouver day and unfortunately the plant arrived frozen. Needless to say it wilted and died within minutes of being inside. They were not taking any calls on the day it was delivered, and their voicemail box was full. I found out later that the shop was closed because of a staff shortage due to COVID. Upon reaching someone the next morning I was assured the plant would be replaced immediately. The person I spoke with was very apologetic and accommodating. She sent out another beautiful plant and even added a box of their specialty chocolates. I highly recommend this florist as they stand by their products, are completely approachable, and offer excellent customer service.

I just had the most wonderful customer service experience with the Flower Shop! I had ordered flowers for my sweetie this past Valentines, and because I hadn’t initially given enough information the delivery had not worked the first time. I got a lovely call from someone asking for the apartment buzz code which I was able to procure and the second attempt went off without a hitch! I am just so grateful for the care that went into making it happen and how incredibly kind and patient everyone was on the phone. It was one of the best customer service experience I have ever had and I am so insanely grateful. AND she loved the flowers too!

My husband ordered flowers for Valentine's Day and when he saw what was delivered, he was immediately shocked with the ridiculous difference in quality. The pictures online were completely different from what I recieved He paid almost $100 for something that looks like weeds picked from a garden. I'm having problems uploading pictures to my review so check the images section! If you do not enjoy being scammed, then AVOID AT ALL COST!

I ordered flowers for delivery for my manager which cost $105, and the delivery time was at 12:00pm. The flowers WERE NOT delivered until 12:40pm which was 40 minutes overdue. I called them the first time at 12:05 to double check where the flowers were and the clerk told me that the driver is 10 minutes away... Waiting another 10 minutes, and the driver was STILL NOT HERE. I went outside to grab the flowers from the driver at 12:40pm, only to see him talking out the front door which I had to yell "flowers are for me." The delivery driver was also NOT friendly at all.

They ruined the surprise .. my family ordered me flowers from Hong Kong as a birthday surprise and the flower shop called me to confirm my address ! There goes the surprise.. I didn’t tell my family about this, of course they would be disappointed ! Dear flower shop, Please understand that most of the people ordered flowers online to give someone special to them a surprise. You don’t call to confirm the address.. I understand you want to double confirm but that’s your problem and don’t impose that on your clients. (P/S: People who send the flowers are usually more careful than you think..) The flowers are beautiful anyways ~

DO NOT use this Florist for anything you consider important. I was in contact with Kara and she assured me they could deliver flowers on Valentine's Day. They even sent me an email confirmation saying the flowers were delivered on Valentine's Day. The next day, to my Ultimate Horror, they sent me an email saying they did not deliver the flowers on Valentine's Day and that they would deliver the NEXT Day !!! I replied to this email from Elisa cancelling my order ( I had confirmed they had not been delivered ) but they went ahead and delivered the flowers anyway. And when they delivered the flowers they DID NOT deliver the Teddy Bear that was supposed to be with the flowers. Since then they have not responded to any of my emails ( they are quick to respond when you are looking to make a purchase ). I had contacted Visa and according to Visa as long as they deliver " something " at any time of their choosing you cannot dispute the charge. So DO NOT use Nature's Wonder Florist for anything you consider important and DO NOT expect what you ordered when you ordered it ! Please let anyone thinking of ordering anything from this store to read this horror story first prior to ordering from this horrible business.

The sunflower arrangement I ordered for Mother's Day was not up to my mom's standard. When I told NWF about my mother's review, they said she was right and then sent her a specially prepared designer's-choice arrangement the next day. Wow: happy mom and happy daughter. I had received a gorgeous pink and white azalea from a friend through Nature's Wonders Florist Ltd. and decided to use them. In the past, I have had a few disappointments when using a telephone floral service, but NOT this time folks! Besides having Andrea (one of their staff) guide me through my options, she REALLY listened to my request for them to make a special bouquet for my friend. She made sure that all my instructions were followed to a tee, and sent me confirmation that the arrangement had been delivered. I have used Nature's Wonder many times over the last few years and adore them! They always, always, go over and above making sure that anything I send from the US to Canada is handled beautifully. I am very picky about flowers and plants, and very rarely call a wire floral service, preferring to call a local florist personally to order, but with Nature's Wonder, I don't have to. Today alone, they made at least 6 calls on my behalf to insure that an order I made was done well. The recipients have always loved what I have sent, and the pictures they have shared bear witness to Nature's Wonder's professionalism, pride in their craft, and prompt service. And they are great fun to talk to as well!

Awful. I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday to be delivered to her office. She had not received them by 4pm so I called them to query as to when they would be deliverd. The girl who picked up told me "sometime this evening" - she finishes work at 5pm! I asked if they could expedite the order as they should have deliverd much sooner as I had originally requested and I got a flat out no. I then agreed to a refund which I am still chasing after 2 weeks. Awful place to do buy from. DON'T PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THE PAIN as they will be a thorn in your side.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentines day in the am. The flowers were not delivered until a couple of hours before Feb 15. They noted the delivery address incorrectly as well. When I spoke to a staff member named Kara she offered me a small amount of money off my next purchase which was generous of her and appreciated. Only problem is every time I call them to place another order no one answers the phone. I've tried multiple times over the last few months at different days and times - all of which are during their normal business hours. I've even left a message which was never returned. Purchasing flowers should never be this difficult.

I received flowers for Valentine's day and one of the three roses was broken when it was delivered. It looked like the stem was cut 3/4 of the way through making it bend so the rose wasn't even standing up. I understand Valentine's day is busy but delivering that kind of quality is not acceptable.
