I got this stunning bouquet for my sister on February 8th for women's day. I was running late and called the flower shop and they were kind enough to make it on the spot with my poor explanation of what flowers I wanted. They nailed it and my sister loved it and was really happy to get it.

What an amazing and healing place. A great place to buy a gift and make someone happy. Incredibly beautiful plants and the owner is such a sweet gentleman. Gift flowers, they are powerful and they represent everything simple and utterly pure. I asked the owner whether I could take photos to share and he happily agreed. I've purchased bouquets there twice. Excellent customer service, beautiful arrangements. Once, I called in to check on bouquet options, and the owner sent me some photos on Whats App. Brilliant!!! We're in 2017, this guy is in 2021. Just sayin. Support your local florists peeps!

Very disappointing experience. Ordered a bouquet for our anniversary. Got a confirmation email for delivery on the same day. After waiting until late in the afternoon, I called to confirm that delivery was still on track. Spoke with the store owner, who told me that he unfortunately hadn't even received my order, despite me getting a confirmation email with the delivery date. He explained that these orders are handled by TeleFlora before passed on to the local store, and asked that I called TeleFlora instead. I'm disappointed that not only they missed my order on a special occasion, but also was more concerned about putting blame on someone else than in doing anything to correct the situation.

I was blown away by the stellar customer service and outstanding artistic quality of the beautiful bouquet that I ordered for my daughter. My queries were answered quickly and customization was done beautifully! I requested a sunflower as this has special meaning for myself and daughter and Belal went out of his way to include one and adjust the flowers to look amazing with the yellow! The requested pitcher that I really wanted was out of stock but he has assured me he would send her one when he gets them. This is the first time I have ordered flowers where the finished product looks better than the online pic! Get your flowers here, you won't be disappointed by the quality and thoughtfulness offered!

Just thrilled with my flower arrangement I got from Flower d'amour's . These are actually the most beautiful flower arrangement that I have ever had. The owner was awesome, he was friendly and helpful, you can tell he has a passion for his job. He put together an arrangement on the spot and they were stunning. All my favorites roses Lily's and carnations. I would Definitely shop here again.
