If I could give them 17 out of 5 stars I would. I ordered through Canadaflowers.ca where Wish Etc got the contract for my order. The chocolates that were to accompany my flower order were not delivered on account of a bad delivery provider that she had no choice but to use, and who was a huge weiner to my fianceé (her regular delivery guy was sick). Wish Etc owner showed up to my fiancées work the next day with at least triple the $ value of chocolates that I had ordered, with a very heartfelt apology and explanation. I highly suggest this company if you need flowers etc (see what I did there) in the Trenton Quinte West area. Highly recommend!! The flowers that my fiancée received look to be very top quality and will last for quite a while. Dont worry, she found a very suitable back up delivery guy in case her regular guy is sick again.

What an amazing, beautiful shop!! Even while I'm in a complete different province Kelly had personally, hand delivered not only one but two arrangements for my grandma and my grandpa. She continuously goes above and beyond for her clients making us all feel so special, which makes her so special to me!

I cannot recommend this amazing floral shop enough! Not only were the flowers, garland and centerpieces more than I could have ever hoped for, but when I walked into the ceremony space and saw the apple blossom trees and all of the other decorations... I was absolutely speechless! All I had asked for in my consultation was a setting that was whimsical and enchanting but still classy and elegant. I felt completely comfortable leaving the rest to the Wish Etc... team, and they made the vision that I was seeing in my head (that I very poorly described) come true! My wedding day made me feel like I was in an absolute fairytale. Thank you so much for making my dream wedding come true!!!!

Kelly has been amazing every single time I have purchased from her! She had refinished a desk in her store and the colour didn’t work for me, so she refinished it over again to a colour I needed! She is amazing! Always warm and welcoming when we go in! I have many decor pieces from her! She also did flowers for my wedding and they were absolutely stunning. They worked with my budget to give us something we would love and be able to afford. I have nothing but good things to say about them! If you’re downtown Trenton pop in! If you’re looking for something specific Kelly is great to try to find it for you!

My experience from previous years have always been spectacular, but my last two visits at the store didn't leave a good impression. The blonde lady who was "helping" me chose some flowers for a bouquet wasn't very welcoming the first time, so I gave it one more try thinking she just had a bad day. Today, she just confirmed my theory that the service she gave me was just, put it simply, awful. I was picking the flowers myself and pointed at the hybdrangeas being a bit spotty and limp. She told me they are ok and picked off some of the brown flowers amd left it at that. I kept chosing more flowers to add to the bouquet and received almost no guidance as what would fit better when I asked for some help. The bouquet arrangement was done by me.... She just looked annoyed the whole time and looked more important than some of the surgeons I work with in the OR. Hope I'll have a chance to show her how customers should be treated if she ever comes to my workplace.

When another local florist let us down completely for Mother’s Day, Wish came through in spades. I called early in the morning and they were able to do a same day delivery of a lovely bouquet and gift for my mom! I’m so pleased with the service and highly recommend. I live in Toronto but whenever I am in Trenton, I make a point to visit this unique and welcoming giftware, houseware and flower shop. The owner, Kelly and her staff are extremely friendly, helpful and creative folks. The bouquets and arrangements are beautiful and unusual. The custom made signs, trays and distressed furniture are lovely and the store will also assist with your home decor or stage your home. In fact, they do it all with style! If you’re in the Bay of Quinte area, this gem of a store is worth a visit. If you live locally, then you are lucky to have this service and store available for your flowers for every occasion, including weddings, as well as the unique and beautiful gift and home items.

Not one for writing reviews but had to share my experience at this beautiful store in downtown Trenton. I have been going to this store since it opened about 5 years. This store has gone thru some changes throughout this . The staff is at it's very best, very knowledgeable and helpful. From flowers to decor and all trendy things in between. Would highly recommend this store it is a must stop when in Trenton.

Do not order online from these people. 15 plus dollar delivery charge for a local delivery 5 minutes from the store. I complained, was told I would be given a credit on my next order and they only provided free delivery for the next order. This was also during the height of the pandemic and had given very clear instructions to call and not to ring bell as this delivery was for immune compromised person.. This request was not followed either times. Misleading. I haven't returned. Lush flowers is much cheaper and better service.

Located right in the heart of Trenton, the Wish etc, staff always make me feel welcome with a friendly atmosphere and a warm store environment. Friendly and helpful service when I called about getting flowers for my mothers birthday. On the day of her birthday I called to see when they might be delivered and was told fairly soon. Right after my call to Wish I called and was chatting with my Mom. About 10 minutes into my call with Mom her flowers were delivered at the door. Nice! Thank you Wish. :)

I had filled out some forms online for wedding flowers On their website. I didn't receive an email until weeks later. I understand people are busy I called and spoke with the owner I believe. ..we started talking about what would be a good idea for flowers and what was needed, in the middle of my phone call the person tells me there are "customers in the store". I'm a business person and very understandable. I then told the person on the phone that I would let them go as they had "Customers in the store". we had both confirmed we would continue our conversation via email. after our phone call i sent the email with the pictures. Since then I haven't heard anything. Very unfortunate at the lack of communication here.
