I had placed and order weeks in advance but it was not ready when I got there. I had to wait about 16-20mins to get it. It was on a busy day so I understand but better management would've been nice. Flower were fresh and the arrangement looked superb.

Excellent service, very low prices. Flowers are beautiful and fresh. Service from the owner was INCREDIBLE. Nothing was a bother to her. She wrapped the flowers better than any delivery company would for no extra cost. She even came outside to help me secure a bouqet to my bicycle. Lovely experience.

I bought my first large potted plant from Wins and I’ve been going back ever since! They are incredibly friendly and helpful. The selection is pretty good but they do sell out of things quickly so I normally like to call ahead to double check that they’ve replenished their stock before going in.

My significant other arranged flowers to be delivered to my residence on Valentine's Day FIVE DAYS in advance. They called him TWICE to CONFIRM that they will have the flowers ready. They ended up cancelling 10 MINUTES prior to the arranged delivery time without any notice and they didn't pick up when he tried to call them as to why it was cancelled so abruptly. He ended up having to call other places at the VERY last minute to make up for this business' unprofessionalism. Seeing as others also had negative experiences with their Valentines Day orders, I would not recommend this place at all. There should be no reason as to why this order was cancelled in such an abruptly manner when a customer took the care to place the order well in advance.

I used to order flowers by phone from the shop in past decades and have them delivered to my destinations. I recently ordered again through same phone number, the manager patiently and politely explained the products and pricing, I chose one. As for payment, I was unable to go to the shop to pay, e-transfer was not setup, but made arrangement to pay it near my house. This was all possible due to the courtesy, understanding, kindness of the manager. Keep up the service.

She knows so much and is willing to answer your questions as long as you ask! I like that you can browse freely and take your time choosing without someone hovering over your shoulder. One of the best in the city. Pretty sexy not gonna lie. Although they didn’t accept McDonald gift cards as a payment. I still enjoyed it. 1000000% coming back there. The flowers were so fine afffffff. I wish to give it 10 stars but oh well. Anyways, I recommend this place to everyone in the GTA.

I ordered from the United States for a friend. The gate was closed and Jenny was unable to deliver it. She called me, found another time to meet and then dropped it off later the same day. AMAZING!! First time here, came during covid19 but stage 3 so in store shopping was allowed with social distancing and face coverings. Small florist near Chinatown. Lady working there was friendly enough, although clearly not in charge as when we asked about delivery she had to call someone to find out the answer if they deliver to etobicoke on Sunday. In any event ended up getting some bamboo design thing for our friends new studio opening. So the lady just took it off the shelf and gave it to us, she didn't really have bags. Kinda weird to be honest but whatever supporting local. Anyways not sure if I would return again, I might want to check out what else is around but I will still recommend to those looking to support local businesses in the area and in need of some flowers.

Smaller shop and always a wonderful visit with familiar faces. A great selection of flowers, succulents and cacti. They also have quite a few different flower pots and vases to pick from. I am always able to find something here for a gift or for myself. Just went during the winter season and there was a smaller selection of cacti/succulents but still quite good for the season.

I used to be a happy customer of this place all over the summer and fall. Today was my worst experience in a florist shop. 2 people who works here ghost me for at least 5 minutes, no advise and no help. I choose a nice lys composition. Then, one of them finally came, grab the flower like a pack of rice and told me "This is 4 dll each flower. You still want it?". I just left. No respect, no service. I was really shocked and disappointed. If you ever want to buy flowers, please go away. I really don't recommend this place anymore.

Absolutely abysmal service. Rather than go through Uber, I opted to order directly through Win's to help support a local florist. I even added a service tip for consideration. The valentine's day gift I ordered was never delivered, then they lied and told me it had been delivered. Then they asked if they could deliver it at the end of the week. When I requested a refund for the services they never provided, they gave me the runaround and made me chase them to finally get an e-transfer refund. Please don't buy here.

Very nice service. I was trying to dig through my backpack for a plastic bag to put my tiny succulents in, but she had already carefully placed them into a small paper bag - a much safer choice too! Prices very good too. I will definitely be coming back once I’ve grown these two small ones into bigger pots.

When I was looking for a bridal bouquet, I was shocked at the prices - most flower shops charge at least $150 for a small bouquet! Thank goodness I found Wins. I ordered a bouquet at a very reasonable price of $55 plus $5 for delivery. It was lovely - about 2 dozen pink and red roses tied with ribbon :)

My friends and I left buying corsages until the very last minute, and were freaking out over the fact that we might not be able to get them in time, since usually, fresh corsages are made to order. Luckily for us, we ran into Win's Flowers by chance, and hallelujah, they were able to put together 4 corsages for the very next day and all the while keeping to a students' budget. When we went to pick them up the next afternoon, we were surprised at how beautiful they had turned out; we expected at least some kind of mishap since there was so little time to whip them up and especially with the cheap price tag ($60 for 4, with an unlimited amount of flower choices; I know some places charge per flower), but they came out bountiful and beautiful. When we were looking up places to buy corsages, Win's Flowers didn't even come up. Hoping that more recognition will be given to this well deserved florist.
