Very unhappy with my arrangement. This is my second time here and I’m beyond disappointed. I asked for a simple hand tied bouquet and it didn’t even look appealing in the end. The florist does her job too quick and doesn’t even take her time perfecting the design. I won’t be coming here again.

I should have written this review in 2018 when I bought flowers here. I just happen to come across the Tiny Flower site and thought to leave a review because this place is great. At the time, I needed a graduation bouquet and I wanted it to be special because I was graduating from a master's program. I researched a number of flower shops, but chose Tiny Flower because I really like the way they styled their flowers (I think the main stylist is Helen who also manages the shop). I felt her arrangements were the most unique compared to what I had seen. I spoke to Helen and sent her some photos of the kind of graduation bouquets I had seen/liked and told her my budget. In the end, she delivered exactly what I wanted - a very colorful and unique combination of flowers (see the attached photo where I'm holding it against my right shoulder/arm). It was the perfect bouquet for my graduation. Thank you Helen!

I made a fairly last minute order with Tiny Flower, and Helen made it easy and straightforward. I sent a few sample photos and requests for specific flora via email, and received prices the next day. The entire process was stress free, and over email which makes my life a lot easier! The arrangements themselves were beautiful! Exactly what I had asked for- right down to the willow leaves, which are not generally a standard option. Helen even chose willow leaves with blossoms on them, which was very special! She has always given me care instructions, and these were no exceptions- I popped the flowers in the fridge and they were still perfect the next day.

Helen is amazing. I went in to get a bouquet for my boyfriend's convocation the day before. I asked her if she could help me pick something that would be fitting for the occasion, and she did. She took my preferences into account and helped me assemble something right away, within my budget. Throughout the whole process, she would explain to me why she was picking the flowers she did, and what colors would look better. Because the convocation wasn't until the next day, I was worried the flowers would die on me, but she gave me tips on how to keep them fresh until the day of. I highly recommend Tiny Flower.

I asked her if she could put together a small bouquet for me, and I told her my budget of $30. I picked out blue roses, but had no idea what looked good with it and she suggested some other colours and flowers for me. She put together a beautiful bouquet and it was right at my budget! I highly recommend this place because of the amazing service, quality AND pricing, not to mention I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes! I will be back here for sure!

I received a beautiful bouquet, but in two days, the roses flopped over. When I called to ask if it was normal, the woman told me that it was my responsibility to cut the roses before I put them in water. I didn't know to do that, and the flowers had just arrived fresh from the company. If you order roses from this company, be sure to cut the roses as this company does not stand behind their product and will blame you when they die the day after delivery. I'm glad others have had good experience, but at least you should know the bad experience.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my mother-in-law who lives nearby this shop. I had a great experience on the phone and was pleased that they were able to fill my order even though I was requesting it with only one day's notice. I was also pleased that even though I said it could be delivered at any time the next day, it was delivered first thing in the morning. The small disappointment came when we got our credit card statement. The price we were charged was not what I was told on the phone. After finishing the order, I asked the staff how much it would cost after delivery and tax, and clarified that that price included those costs. When we got our statement, we realized there was a $10 difference between the quoted cost and the actual charge; so not much, but I've read in the reviews that this has happened to other buyers and the difference has been higher. I wouldn't hesitate to encourage you to purchase your flowers here - they were beautiful and timely - but, I would recommend to buyers that you clarify the final cost, and I would suggest to the store owners that they provide more accurate depictions of what the buyers will be charged.

I heard great things about tiny flower, and picked up a chinese evergreen and a snake plant. The chinese evergreen has millipedes and the snake plant has tiny brown flies, which I unfortunately noticed a week after having them in my home. The person at the shop was extremely helpful when I was in the shop but I would check the plants thoroughly in-store before buying them. edit: my chinese evergreen has spider mites too :(

I found them pretty helpful on the phone for flowers to be delivered 2 days after. They have a lot of social media - Instagram and the google pictures. However their website did not work at the time. So I had to place my order by phone and estimate how it would look like. I am not sure if there was miscommunication, though I did email them to confirm address and everything. But I did not get a receipt by email like I requested and I found out my credit card was charged almost 20$ more than what I estimated the cost to be and confirmed with her on the phone. She did not send a picture of the bouquet I had delivered to a friend either. So simply put - gave my credit card and the address and they did whatever with it. I do not feel this was fair and I am very disappointed because I did think she was very pleasant and helpful on the phone.

I wanted to them 5 starts because of their amazing flowers. The florist charged me extra for the greens and did not tell me that they cost too. She was also a bit pushy to get me to buy more stuff even though it was not necessary. This place feels more authentic if you are being honest and do not push people to buy more than they need.

A good mix of 'standard' and more unusual varieties of tropicals. It might be a tiny shop but it's packed full of the best quality houseplants in the downtown core. Never had any problems with pests hitching a ride (common problem with big box stores) and everything I've purchased has flourished for years.

I would definitely recommend this flower shop！My first pick in this area for sure. The owner and their staffs are friendly and prices are reasonable. It may not look that fancy，but it‘s a great place where you can find what you want. I wend there several times to get flower bouquets for birthdays and ceremonies and all of them met my expectations. They can fill your order pretty quick. Their plants are really nice too. Please go in if you ever drop by and bring some lovely ones home！

Got a beautiful plant for my boyfriends birthday here! I was having such a hard time finding a reasonably priced plant that was big enough to sit on the floor. I gave up and stated walking home and passed Tiny Flowers just by coincidence along the way! They had a wonderful assortment of various sized plants, all for a very good price. I always buy my plants and flowers here now. This is a little gem along Bay Street. It might look small, but there is such a large selection of plants, including planters. The owner is always prompt with responses and very friendly. The prices are much more reasonable than many other stores. I have also ordered bouquets and they have been beautiful arrangements for a great price. Highly recommend!
