Ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday from my daughter, the ordering process was very easy and the flowers are so gorgeous. They even called to tell me my delivery was delivered as no one was home to answer the door at the time of delivery. I would recommend them and will for sure order from them again.

First off, the flowers were lovely and my girlfriend was really happy so no complaints there but I was a little disappointed by the service. I physically went into the store and spoke to an employee who told me so long as the online order was in before 9:00 am (I placed the order at 8:55 am) the flowers would arrive to their destination that day - which was true, they did arrive, just at the very end of the work day. I talked to my girlfriend at 3:00 and was told nothing had arrived. I called the store and was told they were on delivery. I found it frustrating that it took 8 hours to deliver flowers to an office about 100 metres away from the store. The person I spoke to on the phone said that they didn't have the flowers I wanted on hand at the time the order was placed so they had to get them shipped to the store, which I understand, I guess I just hoped for a little better communication. If I had known it would take that long I would have ordered something else. The employee didn't really do or offer anything in compensation, maybe I didn't voice my displeasure well enough. I can't say they didn't hold up their end of the bargain but I'm kind of underwhelmed with the situation. EDIT** Customer Service contacted me and explained the situation and rectified the situation, which I thought was very considerate. Much appreciated, Nolan! Top-Notch Service! I want to thank the lady at this premier flower shop, Flower Creations on King St west in Toronto. She went out of her way to track me down by phone & email to get the correct delivery address for my GFs Valentines day flowers who works in a big building down town Toronto. I forgot to fill in a small but important detail. She really made every effort to contact me to insure my delivery goes smooth today. The flowers were to be delivered on Thursday evening but they were never received. They didn't send me any notice of that fact. In the end the delivery was only made the following Monday. There was a terrible and frustrating mishap but in the end they do try to give you the best service.

first of all they don't look at the card they write for you. Horrible spelling and who ever wrote it didn't pay attention to detail. Second, they delivered a soaked box with flowers that look like they were in an action movie. Third, they are way overpriced. I can do the same arrangement for half the cost and still make money. King street location is probably going to kill their revenue and this results to bad service. But i will comment that they did send a second one that didnt look as bad as the first. First impressions.......lasting impressions.....

Ordered flowers online here for the first time for a friends 40th bday. She loved them and after seeing the pic she sent me I did too. Loved the arrangement, the colours were beautiful and the added chocolate was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I ordered flowers and have it sent to someone special in a different time zone. I could not input the same day of delivery because my time was advanced. I just left a message and requested to be delivered the same day I ordered it. Got my request and my gf was surprised and hapy. KUDOS fower creations. Totally recommend this company!

My fiance ordered flowers from this company to be delivered as a surprise to my work on Valentine's Day. I am a teacher so the flowers were to be delivered to my school. They had not arrived by 4pm when the office closes so he ended up telling me about the surprise. We received a phone call at 5:40pm from the delivery guy saying he was at the school and no one was there. He ended up driving them to our house so I received them sometime after 6pm. They ended up refunding the delivery fee, which was very appreciated. I would suggest if you order from them verifying that they can get the flowers delivered by a certain time.

I’m impressed they sent me an email asking me to leave a comment, after messing up my order. I ordered flower for an anniversary event, to ensure if goes smoothly, I placed the order 2 days in advance. I read the terms and chose the flower carefully; paid delivery to ensure it gets sent on the specific time. A day later, flower was delivered – not the date as planned. I actually thought I placed the wrong order…Not the case. Called the shop, they refunded my delivery charge (To me for total customer satisfaction, I thought at the very least entire order to be refunded as the service provided is not what the client placed) The person over the phone tried to comfort me by telling me early delivery is better than late…(That excuse upset me even worst, I literally went speechless and silent on the phone for 30 seconds) Also the flower, while I’m not an expert and I understand changes may happen due to seasons/quantity...etc. The color scheme is not what as presented on the website. You be the judge. I tried to be unbiased, only not leaving a 1 star because at least there is flower delivered... ************** Dec29, 2017 Sorry it took me a while to post this update. A day after the review was posted, I received a call from the store. Person over the phone confirmed the order, apologized for the inconvenience. He had refunded my order fully and offered me credit for my next order. While I’m not sure if I will be a return customer, I think it is fair to say I appreciate they took my review/comment seriously and in a timely manner. Follow up action was also appropriate. I haven’t changed my 2 star review as I believe it is where it should be (reflect my initially order experience) but I feel like an update review is needed to be fair to the store and provide info on the post order experience. ******** May19, 2018 I made another purchase and this time around the order went smoothly. Im changing my 2 starts to 4.

Great experience, my Valentine loved her gift which arrived perfectly on time. The florist called the day before to confirm delivery and we actually wound up avoiding a potential scheduling conflict that would have resulted in the flowers not being delivered properly. Typical convenient indoor outpost for those needing a bouquet fast. Been there like 10 times. Of course, not a huge floral range or super elegant bouquets but I've never seen any rotten flowers in their refrigerators. They sell fresh stuff only. I hope people will keep supporting them because that florist is fine.

I went with Flower Creations because of their review rating (top 10 according to my filter/search) and pricing. In addition to the above: I left instructions for the flowers to be delivered between a certain time, and the flowers were delivered on time! My delivery time was early too! There was also a promo online, where Lindor chocolates would be added to the purchase if it was ordered online--my husband did indeed receive the chocolates. Best of all, my husband said the roses were really nice. He was surprised that every single rose looked fresh and perfect. Amazing to hear! 5/5. Thank you for making my husband's birthday special with your effort, time management and customers service skills. Keep up the great work!

Today was my first time ordering flowers online therefore a bit puzzled and inexperienced. I called yo have delivery done however first agent (not rude) but not very helpful either when asked various question and/ or assistance my thoughts nonetheless since I needed to place an order it was done with reference to the website. Funny enough if I wanted to do the website option I would have received free chocolate with the order (which I did not get anyways) I guess trying to get a human touch to any order tells you so much of what our future will be!!! Anyways feeling a bit vague with my thoughts, I called back 10 minutes later to add message for the card (inexperienced with the original one) and got another agent- by the name of Peter He was so helpful and patience as I explained my reasons for sending that flowers and my wife's mood. With his additional help I am sure my wife will be so pleased with the final delivered arrangement. Thanks Peter for making my wife's day a special one; and I hope your place of work appreciate the work you do for them- have a blessed day!!!

I read the reviews and trusted the store to send flowers to my girlfriend. It turns out, not only the flowers were half dead, they also included the price and receipt with the flower to the shipping address which is ridiculous. There website indicated that they would also send free chocolate almonds which i don't really care for. However, when they did, they did indicate that it was FREE with the flowers, taking away all the meaning of the chocolate. Either don't send the chocolate or if you do, do not mention "FREE" in addition to the price and everything on the receipts of the shipping address. Ridiculous.
