The staff is friendly and helpful. We purchase special orders from flyers from time to time. They are willing to bring in these special orders so that the customer can see items that are not in stock. You are not obilgated to take the special order if it is NOT what you expected or wanted. I could see however if a person do not take a special order they had placed all the time the store may decide to not order for you, but we have not had this experience. So if you want friendly, knowledgeable, helpful service head on down to Homehardware Swn River for a great shopping experience! They have great flyers with fabulous sales each week. We will probably see you there. Happy shopping.

Service was quick, got exactly what I asked for a laundry basket and floor finish! Price was what they quoted me over the phone ! And this is the result of their wonderful wax!
